Abstract

La présente invention concerne un revêtement pour dispositifs médicaux implantables. Le revêtement contient un ensemble de couches, lequel comprend au moins une multicouche de polyélectrolytes ainsi qu'au moins une couche de nanodiamants fonctionnalisés. L'au moins une multicouche de polyélectrolytes est composée de monocouches de polyélectrolytes chargées alternativement positivement et négativement. De plus, les nanodiamants fonctionnalisés sont fonctionnalisés avec au moins un agent bioactif. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé pour la fabrication d'un tel revêtement pour dispositifs médicaux implantables, l'utilisation d'un tel revêtement ainsi qu'un dispositif médical implantable comprenant un tel revêtement.
