Claims (17)

  1. Bouchon en matière plastique destiné à être placé avec complémentarité de forme et de façon étanche sur le goulot d'un contenant pour liquide, comprenant une plaque de tête (1) prévue pour couvrir une ouverture de contenant et un joint d'étanchéité extérieur (7) s'étendant de façon périphérique sensiblement parallèlement au bord de la plaque de tête (1), qui est destiné à venir en prise avec la face extérieure d'un goulot de contenant (20) définissant l'ouverture du contenant, ainsi qu'un joint d'étanchéité intérieur (5) s'étendant de façon périphérique à l'intérieur du et parallèlement au joint d'étanchéité extérieur (7) qui est destiné à s'engager avec la face intérieure du goulot de contenant, les joints d'étanchéité extérieur et intérieur (7, 5) faisant chacun saillie sur une face intérieure (11) de la plaque de tête (1) en direction du goulot de contenant à couvrir par la plaque de tête, le joint d'étanchéité extérieur (7) comprenant dans au moins une section de pourtour une zone d'affaiblissement (6, 6', 6", 16), le bouchon étant configuré de façon que le joint d'étanchéité extérieur cède dans la zone d'affaiblissement (6, 6', 6", 16) à une surpression intérieure moins grande que sans la zone d'affaiblissement et cède notamment à une surpression intérieure moins grande que dans les autres zones du joint d'étanchéité extérieur, le bouchon en matière plastique étant configuré comme bouchon fileté, le bouchon fileté (100) comprenant une plaque de tête (1) et une enveloppe de capuchon cylindrique (2) pourvue d'un taraudage (3), qui définissent un axe (50) du bouchon, les joints d'étanchéité extérieur et intérieur étant configurés comme des entretoises s'étendant parallèlement et de façon annulaire à une distance de l'enveloppe de capuchon, et la zone affaiblie étant limitée à un secteur angulaire (α) mesuré par rapport à l'axe, caractérisé en ce que la zone d'affaiblissement (6, 6', 6", 16) est constituée d'une zone circonférentielle axialement raccourcie dans le secteur angulaire (α) du joint d'étanchéité extérieur.
  2. Bouchon fileté selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une zone d'étanchéité qui est une zone axiale du joint d'étanchéité extérieur ayant une diamètre intérieur constant, qui englobe, au moins en partie, le tiers central de la longueur axiale du joint d'étanchéité extérieur et correspond au maximum à la longueur axiale du joint d'étanchéité extérieur.
  3. Bouchon fileté selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la zone affaiblie (6, 6', 6", 16) est formée par une rainure (6') ou une nervure (6") s'étendant sur la surface intérieure du joint d'étanchéité extérieur, qui s'étend sur le côté intérieur du joint d'étanchéité extérieur au-delà de l'extension axiale de la zone d'étanchéité du joint d'étanchéité extérieur.
  4. Bouchon fileté selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la rainure (6') ou la nervure (6") s'étend essentiellement axialement et a une section transversale de moins de 0,05 mm2, plus particulièrement moins de 0,02 mm2, et a, par exemple, une largeur et une profondeur respectivement de 0,1 mm.
  5. Bouchon fileté selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la longueur axiale de la zone de la circonférence raccourcie est inférieure aux 2/3 de la longueur axiale du joint d'étanchéité extérieur en dehors de la zone affaiblie (6, 6', 6", 16).
  6. Bouchon fileté selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la zone affaiblie (6) se compose d'une zone de circonférence du joint d'étanchéité extérieur (7) avec une épaisseur de paroi diminuée par rapport au joint d'étanchéité extérieur (7) restant, le joint d'étanchéité extérieur (7) ayant, dans la zone affaiblie (6), le même rayon intérieur que le joint d'étanchéité extérieur (7) du restant, mais ayant cependant un rayon extérieur plus petit.
  7. Bouchon fileté selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de paroi diminuée du joint d'étanchéité extérieur dans la zone affaiblie (6) s'étend de manière axiale sur au moins une partie du tiers axial central de la longueur du joint d'étanchéité extérieur et est moins que la moitié de l'épaisseur de paroi en dehors du secteur d'affaiblissement, l'étendue de la zone affaiblie (6) étant limitée, en direction circonférentielle, de préférence à un angle circonférentiel entre 20° et 90°, notamment entre 40° et 70°.
  8. Bouchon fileté selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la zone affaiblie avec une épaisseur de paroi diminuée s'étend de manière axiale d'une extrémité axiale libre jusqu'à au moins le tiers axial supérieur, par rapport à l'étendue axiale du joint d'étanchéité extérieur en dehors de la zone affaiblie.
  9. Bouchon fileté selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie (14) en forme de disque annulaire de la plaque de tête (1) définit, entre les joints d'étanchéité extérieur et intérieur, une surface de butée (4) axiale pour la surface frontale (24) d'une ouverture de goulot de contenant et que le diamètre extérieur maximal du joint d'étanchéité intérieur (5) est prévu à une distance axiale entre 0,4 et 1,0 mm de la surface de butée.
  10. Bouchon fileté selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au passage de la partie (4) en forme de disque annulaire de la plaque de tête (1) au joint d'étanchéité intérieur (5), il est prévu une rainure périphérique passant dans la surface intérieure (11) de la plaque de tête.
  11. Bouchon fileté selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le joint d'étanchéité intérieur (5) a une longueur axiale d'au moins 2 mm avec une partie d'extrémité se réduisant de façon conique de son diamètre maximum à son extrémité libre axiale.
  12. Bouchon fileté selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre extérieur maximal du joint d'étanchéité intérieur est d'au moins 1,5 mm plus grand que son diamètre intérieur maximal.
  13. Bouchon fileté selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est en polyéthylène et que l'épaisseur de paroi de la plaque de tête est de 1,2 mm maximum à l'intérieur de la zone entourée par le joint d'étanchéité extérieur.
  14. Contenant pour des liquides, avec un goulot de contenant sur lequel un bouchon fileté est fixé fermement et de manière étanche, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un bouchon fileté selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13 ci-avant.
  15. Contenant selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le goulot de contenant comprend un filetage extérieur et que le bouchon fileté est un bouchon en matière plastique.
  16. Contenant selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que le rayon extérieur maximal du joint d'étanchéité intérieur est de 0,3 à 0,7 mm plus grand que le rayon intérieur nominal du goulot de contenant à la position respective.
  17. Contenant avec bouchon fileté selon l'une des revendications 15 ou 16, caractérisé en ce qu'un rayon intérieur constant du joint d'étanchéité extérieur, dans la mesure où celui-ci entre en contact pour étanchéité avec la partie extérieure (22) du goulot de contenant (20), est de 0,3 à 0,7 mm plus petit que le rayon extérieur constant nominal du goulot de contenant (20) dans la zone de contact pour étanchéité avec le joint d'étanchéité extérieur.
