Definitions
- the invention relates to an anchoring device.
- the invention further relates to an anchoring with an anchoring device.
- the invention also relates to a method for producing the anchoring.
- anchoring devices are known from the prior art.
- a system for connecting metal components made of steel is known, which comprises two slotted plates and screw pins which are passed through the slots and connect the plates together.
- Anchor in construction is a component for the tensile connection (anchoring) of components.
- Anchors are predominantly made of steel, but can also be made of wood, reinforced or prestressed concrete or other tensile materials.
- the steel anchoring devices can consist of brackets and main support bars and can be welded together to form a basket. Depending on the use, different materials and quantities can be used.
- US 5,533,835 A discloses an anchoring device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a disadvantage of the prior art is that the known anchoring devices have to be welded together, which is why it is no longer possible to adapt the anchoring devices afterwards.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object of overcoming the disadvantages known from the prior art.
- the anchoring device comprises at least two, preferably three and particularly preferably four anchor rods and a first anchor plate, the first anchor plate having a centrally arranged recess and openings, each anchor rod being guided through an opening and one nut per anchor rod on the underside of the anchor plate on the first Anchor plate is mounted, the anchoring device further comprising further anchor plates according to the number of anchor rods, each of the further anchor plates having an opening, one of the anchor rods being guided through each of the openings and two further nuts per anchor rod, one of the two further nuts on the top side of the anchor plate and another one of the two additional nuts on the underside of the anchor plate to fix the other anchor plates.
- the anchoring device comprises, in addition to the first anchor plate, further anchor plates, each of the further anchor plates having at least one opening, one of the anchor rods being guided through each of the openings and two further nuts per anchor rod fixing the at least two anchor plates on the upper side of the anchor plate and on the underside of the anchor plate.
- the anchoring device can include two further anchor plates with two anchor rods, two or three further anchor plates with three anchor rods, two, three or four further anchor plates with four anchor rods, etc.
- the first anchor plate can be understood as an anchor template.
- An opening can be understood as meaning a hole or a borehole.
- the second or further anchoring plates can be understood to mean a re-anchoring, a re-anchoring means or a re-anchoring plate.
- the shape of the outer contour of the first anchor plate and/or the further anchor plates can in principle be formed according to the outer contour of all known geometric shapes.
- the choice of the outer contour shape depends on the outer contour of the column. For example, in the case of a round tube support, a circular outer contour is used if a support base plate to be connected also has such an outer contour and the anchor rods are arranged along a circular line and parallel to one another between the back anchoring plate and the support base plate.
- the shape of the inner contour of the opening or recess in the first anchor plate is not subject to any strict specifications. It can have any known geometric shape, with a rectangular, square or circular contour being particularly preferred. This also applies to the design of the quiver formwork, which is inserted into the recess and later removed again after casting.
- the shape of the quiver, and with it that of the body of the quiver formwork can be cuboid, cube-shaped, pyramidal, cylindrical, truncated or hemispherical.
- the anchor rods can be used as anchor bolts or anchor carriers can be designed, for example, in the form of anchor plate spacer elements.
- the end faces of the spacing element preferably each have two shorter anchor rods which hold the nuts and the anchor plates.
- the number of anchor rods can be freely selected. For reasons of stability when assembling the support, at least three anchor rods are preferably used, since a support base can thus be placed and aligned on a sufficiently stable first anchor plate. For reasons of stability when installing the support, four anchor rods are preferably used. More than four anchor rods are particularly preferably used. This results in above-average stability.
- the anchoring device is only screwed together during production and not welded. This allows the anchoring device to be adjusted later. Furthermore, the use of high-strength anchor rods with a grade of 8.8 is also planned, although 10.9 and 12.9 and all other material grades are also possible. This means that large tensile forces can be transmitted with a relatively small nominal diameter of the anchor rods.
- the anchoring device can be understood as an anchor cage or reinforcement cage.
- Anchor rods can also be understood as anchor bolts or threaded rods.
- the anchor rods at least partially have one or more threads. Accordingly, all nuts used have an internal thread that meshes with the thread of the anchor rods.
- the first anchor plate in particular in the form of an anchoring template, can be placed with a recess at a diameter-dependent distance from the top edge of a foundation. This can ensure that the nuts located on the underside of the first anchor plate can still be turned.
- the first anchor plate is spaced apart from the second anchor plate and/or from the further anchor plates. This gives the anchoring device sufficient stability.
- the distance must be chosen so that, on the one hand, it meets the static requirements and, on the other hand, there is a sufficiently large concrete cover between a quiver to be produced and the back anchoring.
- a distance between the first anchor plate and the second and/or the further anchor plates can be, for example, 20 cm or more.
- Each of the further anchor plates preferably has at least one opening.
- the openings are arranged on the edge of the anchor plates. This means that the anchor rods can be easily guided through the anchor plate.
- a quiver formwork is removably inserted into the central recess of the first anchor plate, with flanges or edges of the quiver formwork lying flat on the top of the anchor plate on the first anchor plate.
- the quiver formwork is used to make a quiver.
- a quiver can be understood as a cavity, a free space, a recess or a recess in a foundation.
- the quiver formwork preferably also has openings, with the anchor rods penetrating the openings. This means that the quiver formwork is easily connected to the first anchor plate.
- the anchoring device preferably further comprises nuts arranged on the top of the anchor plate or centering disks and nuts arranged on the top of the support base plate or on the top of the flange, the nuts being rotatably mounted on the anchor rods. This means that the first anchor plate or the quiver formwork can be fixed.
- the anchoring according to the invention comprises a concrete foundation, a support, in particular a steel support or chamber concrete support, and an anchoring device, as described above, with a support foot of the support resting on the first anchor plate, a push collar being arranged on the underside of the support foot, and the anchor rods being guided through openings in the support foot , and wherein centering washers are arranged on the top of the support foot and the centering washers are attached to the anchor rods by means of nuts.
- the first anchor plates (templates) of all anchoring devices located in the same construction section are adjusted to the same height by turning the nuts located on the underside of the first anchor plates. To do this, the nuts on the top of the anchor plate must be removed beforehand. This makes it possible to achieve an assembly level through which all steel supports can be assembled at exactly the same height (z direction) without installing lining plates. After leveling, the nuts are screwed back onto the anchor rods to attach the centering washers to the support base plate.
- the drilling diameter can be freely selected in terms of design.
- the drilling diameter can be several times, for example three times, the nominal diameter of the anchor rod. This allows a tolerance range for moving the support of plus/minus a simple nominal diameter of the anchor rod to be achieved, namely in the x and y directions.
- the large bores can be covered with the centering disks.
- a centering disk can be understood as an eccentric disk.
- the size of the disks is such that in every position of the anchor rod is towards the center of the opening or drilling center/the opening or bore is completely covered, plus an overhang selected according to static requirements.
- the shape of the outer contour of the centering disk or eccentric disk can also be designed according to the outer contour of all known geometric shapes. Circular and/or square outer contours for the centering discs are preferably listed here.
- the discs are not welded to the anchor plate. This means there is no need to subsequently repair the corrosion protection.
- the shear collar has a cross section that meets the static requirements. In principle, all known cross-sectional profiles as well as individually manufactured or welded cross-sectional profiles are possible for the shear collar.
- the shear collar is welded to the underside of the column base. Since the support base plate rests or is placed directly on the first anchor plate, an opening is required in the first anchor plate in order to pass the push pin through.
- the push collar is preferably welded to the support base. This means that thrust forces can be easily absorbed.
- the shear collar can be designed as an I-profile. Other commercially available profile cross sections can also be used that meet the static requirements. In principle, all known cross-sectional profiles as well as individually manufactured or welded cross-sectional profiles are possible for the shear collar.
- the further anchor plates or the second anchor plate and the anchor rods are concreted into the concrete foundation, with a distance on the top of the concrete foundation from the nuts of the first anchor plate on the bottom of the anchor plate. There must be enough distance on the underside of the nuts from the top of the concrete foundation so that the nuts can be rotated to level the upper anchor plates. This ensures a sufficiently static connection between the foundation and the anchoring device.
- a quiver is arranged between the concrete foundation and the support base, with the nuts on the underside of the anchor plate and the first anchor plate and the shear collar being arranged or inserted in the quiver.
- the nuts of the first anchor plate located on the top side of the anchor plate must first be removed, as already mentioned above.
- the quiver is preferably mortared or filled with concrete. This is done after aligning the steel structure or steel support.
- the nuts of the first anchor plate located on the top side of the anchor plate are removed.
- a quiver formwork is introduced into the central recess of the first anchor plate, with the quiver formwork being removed again after the quiver has been produced in the concrete foundation. This means that the quiver formwork can be reused.
- the anchor bolts are fixed with the centering washers on the flange on the top side of the support base and the foundation recess between the shear lug, the underside of the flange and the foundation recess is filled with shrink-free mortar/concrete.
- a formwork device screwed to the anchor rods ensures when installing the anchoring device that a quiver of the required size and in exactly the right place is created when the foundation is concreted.
- This formwork device preferably consists of a material with which adhesion of concrete or mortar can be effectively prevented using formwork oil.
- the material is preferably weather-resistant.
- the formwork device is particularly preferably usable again. This is particularly advantageous for standardized anchoring devices, since the formwork device can be purchased from the same supplier/manufacturer that also supplies the anchoring device.
- this type of quiver formwork eliminates the need for time-consuming cleaning of the quiver, which is required when using Styrofoam blocks, along with the disposal of the Styrofoam residue.
- column anchoring can be achieved, which allows a statically optimal load transfer of all forces (x, y, z) into the foundation.
- clamping at the base of the column can be achieved. This is created by a statically required arrangement of the anchor rods in relation to the column cross section.
- High-strength anchor rods in grades 8.8, 10.9 or 12.9 are preferably used, although all other material grades can also be used in accordance with the applicable standards. These must be selected according to the static requirements in terms of number, diameter and anchoring length. In addition, the dimensioning of the back anchoring (second anchor plate) must be taken into account, whereby in addition to the dimensioning, the back anchoring length also depends on the concrete quality and the concrete reinforcement.
- the dimensioning of the anchoring device depends on the structural and static requirements.
- FIG 1 shows an anchoring device 1.
- the anchoring device 1 comprises four anchor rods 2 and a first anchor plate 3.
- the first anchor plate 1 can be understood as an anchor template.
- the first anchor plate 3 has a centrally arranged recess 4 and drill holes. Each anchor rod 2 is guided through one of the drill holes.
- One nut 6 is turned onto the anchor rods 2.
- the nuts 6 serve as supports for the first anchor plate 3, with the nuts 6 being arranged on the underside of the anchor plate.
- the nut 6 is covered by the first anchor plate 3. But they are, for example, in the Figure 4 shown.
- Nuts 5 are also provided. The nuts 5 are used to fix or position the first anchor plate 3, with the nuts 5 being arranged on the top of the anchor plate.
- the anchoring device 1 further comprises a second anchor plate 7.
- the second anchor plate can be understood as a back anchoring or back anchoring plate.
- the second anchor plate 7 has drilled holes. Each anchor rod 2 is guided through one of the drill holes.
- Two nuts 11, 12 are each turned onto the anchor rod 2.
- the nuts 12 serve as supports for the second anchor plate 7, with the nuts 12 being arranged on the underside of the anchor plate.
- the nuts 11 serve to fix or position the second anchor plate 7, with the nuts 11 being arranged on the top of the anchor plate.
- the first anchor plate 3 is spaced apart from the second anchor plate 7.
- the drill holes in the anchor plates 3, 7 are arranged along the edges of the anchor plates 3, 7.

This means that the anchoring device can include two further anchor plates with two anchor rods, two or three further anchor plates with three anchor rods, two, three or four further anchor plates with four anchor rods, etc.
The first anchor plate can be understood as an anchor template.
An opening can be understood as meaning a hole or a borehole. The second or further anchoring plates can be understood to mean a re-anchoring, a re-anchoring means or a re-anchoring plate.
The shape of the outer contour of the first anchor plate and/or the further anchor plates can in principle be formed according to the outer contour of all known geometric shapes. The choice of the outer contour shape depends on the outer contour of the column. For example, in the case of a round tube support, a circular outer contour is used if a support base plate to be connected also has such an outer contour and the anchor rods are arranged along a circular line and parallel to one another between the back anchoring plate and the support base plate.
The shape of the inner contour of the opening or recess in the first anchor plate is not subject to any strict specifications. It can have any known geometric shape, with a rectangular, square or circular contour being particularly preferred. This also applies to the design of the quiver formwork, which is inserted into the recess and later removed again after casting. The shape of the quiver, and with it that of the body of the quiver formwork, can be cuboid, cube-shaped, pyramidal, cylindrical, truncated or hemispherical. When choosing the shape of the recess contour and the cross-sectional contour of the quiver formwork, there should preferably be a positive connection when the quiver formwork is inserted into the recess.
The anchor rods can be used as anchor bolts or anchor carriers can be designed, for example, in the form of anchor plate spacer elements. The end faces of the spacing element preferably each have two shorter anchor rods which hold the nuts and the anchor plates.
The number of anchor rods can be freely selected.
The anchoring device is only screwed together during production and not welded. The anchoring device can be understood as an anchor cage or reinforcement cage. Anchor rods can also be understood as anchor bolts or threaded rods. The anchor rods at least partially have one or more threads. Accordingly, all nuts used have an internal thread that meshes with the thread of the anchor rods.
When installing the anchoring device in a concrete foundation, the first anchor plate, in particular in the form of an anchoring template, can be placed with a recess at a diameter-dependent distance from the top edge of a foundation. This can ensure that the nuts located on the underside of the first anchor plate can still be turned.
Preferably, the first anchor plate is spaced apart from the second anchor plate and/or from the further anchor plates. This gives the anchoring device sufficient stability. The distance must be chosen so that, on the one hand, it meets the static requirements and, on the other hand, there is a sufficiently large concrete cover between a quiver to be produced and the back anchoring. A distance between the first anchor plate and the second and/or the further anchor plates can be, for example, 20 cm or more.
Each of the further anchor plates preferably has at least one opening.
More preferably, the openings are arranged on the edge of the anchor plates. This means that the anchor rods can be easily guided through the anchor plate.
Furthermore, in the anchoring device according to the invention, a quiver formwork is removably inserted into the central recess of the first anchor plate, with flanges or edges of the quiver formwork lying flat on the top of the anchor plate on the first anchor plate. This means that the quiver formwork can be stored easily. The quiver formwork is used to make a quiver. A quiver can be understood as a cavity, a free space, a recess or a recess in a foundation.
The quiver formwork preferably also has openings, with the anchor rods penetrating the openings. This means that the quiver formwork is easily connected to the first anchor plate.
The anchoring device preferably further comprises nuts arranged on the top of the anchor plate or centering disks and nuts arranged on the top of the support base plate or on the top of the flange, the nuts being rotatably mounted on the anchor rods. This means that the first anchor plate or the quiver formwork can be fixed.
The anchoring according to the invention comprises a concrete foundation, a support, in particular a steel support or chamber concrete support, and an anchoring device, as described above, with a support foot of the support resting on the first anchor plate, a push collar being arranged on the underside of the support foot, and the anchor rods being guided through openings in the support foot , and wherein centering washers are arranged on the top of the support foot and the centering washers are attached to the anchor rods by means of nuts.
To assemble supports, the first anchor plates (templates) of all anchoring devices located in the same construction section are adjusted to the same height by turning the nuts located on the underside of the first anchor plates.
In order to enable the supports to be adjusted in an x and y direction, large openings or large bores are arranged in the support base plates of the supports. For example, the drilling diameter can be freely selected in terms of design. The drilling diameter can be several times, for example three times, the nominal diameter of the anchor rod. This allows a tolerance range for moving the support of plus/minus a simple nominal diameter of the anchor rod to be achieved, namely in the x and y directions.
The large bores can be covered with the centering disks. A centering disk can be understood as an eccentric disk. Preferably, the size of the disks is such that in every position of the anchor rod is towards the center of the opening or drilling center/the opening or bore is completely covered, plus an overhang selected according to static requirements. The shape of the outer contour of the centering disk or eccentric disk can also be designed according to the outer contour of all known geometric shapes. Circular and/or square outer contours for the centering discs are preferably listed here.
The discs are not welded to the anchor plate. This means there is no need to subsequently repair the corrosion protection.
Since the anchor rods cannot transmit forces orthogonally to the anchor rod due to the large bores, an additional construction element is required. A push pin is used. The shear collar has a cross section that meets the static requirements. In principle, all known cross-sectional profiles as well as individually manufactured or welded cross-sectional profiles are possible for the shear collar. The shear collar is welded to the underside of the column base. Since the support base plate rests or is placed directly on the first anchor plate, an opening is required in the first anchor plate in order to pass the push pin through.
When manufacturing the foundation, it is necessary to produce the quiver into which the shear cleat extends and through which, after the supports have been installed and the quiver has been cast, the loads can be transferred orthogonally to the anchor rod.
The push collar is preferably welded to the support base. This means that thrust forces can be easily absorbed. The shear collar can be designed as an I-profile. Other commercially available profile cross sections can also be used that meet the static requirements. In principle, all known cross-sectional profiles as well as individually manufactured or welded cross-sectional profiles are possible for the shear collar.
Preferably, the further anchor plates or the second anchor plate and the anchor rods are concreted into the concrete foundation, with a distance on the top of the concrete foundation from the nuts of the first anchor plate on the bottom of the anchor plate. There must be enough distance on the underside of the nuts from the top of the concrete foundation so that the nuts can be rotated to level the upper anchor plates. This ensures a sufficiently static connection between the foundation and the anchoring device.
More preferably, a quiver is arranged between the concrete foundation and the support base, with the nuts on the underside of the anchor plate and the first anchor plate and the shear collar being arranged or inserted in the quiver. This allows the first anchor plate to be leveled by turning the nuts on the underside of the anchor plate to accommodate the support. For leveling, the nuts of the first anchor plate located on the top side of the anchor plate must first be removed, as already mentioned above. The quiver is preferably mortared or filled with concrete. This is done after aligning the steel structure or steel support.
- Concreting an anchoring device, in particular as described above, into a concrete foundation, the anchoring device comprising at least two anchor rods and a first anchor plate, the first anchor plate having a centrally arranged recess and openings, each anchor rod being guided through an opening and a nut in each case each anchor rod is mounted on the underside of the anchor plate on the first anchor plate, the anchoring device further comprising further anchor plates in accordance with the number of anchor rods, each of the further anchor plates having an opening, one of the anchor rods being guided through each of the openings and two further nuts per anchor rod, one of the two other nuts on the top side of the anchor plate and another of the two further nuts on the bottom side of the anchor plate, fix the further anchor plates, the further anchor plates or the second anchor plate and the anchor rods being concreted into the concrete foundation, and there being a distance from the top side of the concrete foundation to the nuts of the first anchor plate on the bottom side of the anchor plate,
- Leveling or aligning the first anchor plate by turning the nuts on the underside of the anchor plate of the first anchor plate,
- Placing a column base of a column on the first anchor plate, with a push collar being arranged on the underside of the column base, which protrudes into a quiver of the foundation and with the projecting anchor rods penetrating openings in the column base,
- Arranging centering disks on top of the support base, and
- Tightening the nuts on the top side of the centering discs to fix the centering discs.
Before leveling or aligning the first anchor plate, the nuts of the first anchor plate located on the top side of the anchor plate are removed.
In the method according to the invention, to produce the quiver in the concrete foundation, a quiver formwork is introduced into the central recess of the first anchor plate, with the quiver formwork being removed again after the quiver has been produced in the concrete foundation. This means that the quiver formwork can be reused.
- Fill the quiver in the area between the bottom of the column base and the top of the foundation with non-shrinking mortar or concrete. The anchor rods protrude far enough from the top of the foundation. When the steel support is placed on the foundation, the shear collar is immersed in the quiver, which is dimensioned sufficiently large so that When the steel support is placed in the end position, there is a free space between the push button and the inner surface of the recess.
Once the steel support is aligned, the anchor bolts are fixed with the centering washers on the flange on the top side of the support base and the foundation recess between the shear lug, the underside of the flange and the foundation recess is filled with shrink-free mortar/concrete.
The entire assembly is therefore carried out without any further work on the foundation, the flange (column base plate) and the anchors.
The use of a Styrofoam block to create a corresponding recess in a foundation is known from the prior art.
In the present case, a formwork device screwed to the anchor rods ensures when installing the anchoring device that a quiver of the required size and in exactly the right place is created when the foundation is concreted.
This formwork device preferably consists of a material with which adhesion of concrete or mortar can be effectively prevented using formwork oil. The material is preferably weather-resistant.
The formwork device is particularly preferably usable again. This is particularly advantageous for standardized anchoring devices, since the formwork device can be purchased from the same supplier/manufacturer that also supplies the anchoring device.
In addition, this type of quiver formwork eliminates the need for time-consuming cleaning of the quiver, which is required when using Styrofoam blocks, along with the disposal of the Styrofoam residue.
After the quiver has been cast, column anchoring can be achieved, which allows a statically optimal load transfer of all forces (x, y, z) into the foundation.
In a further embodiment, clamping at the base of the column can be achieved. This is created by a statically required arrangement of the anchor rods in relation to the column cross section.
High-strength anchor rods in grades 8.8, 10.9 or 12.9 are preferably used, although all other material grades can also be used in accordance with the applicable standards.
The dimensioning of the anchoring device depends on the structural and static requirements.
