Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Wirkware mit frei wählbarem Schussfaden-Musterrapport, bei welchem mittels eines Schusseintragsystems eingebrachte Schussfäden (5a, 5b, 5b) mittels eines teilweise intermittierend und/oder kontinuierlich mit zumindest teilweise variierender Geschwindigkeit gesteuert angetriebenen Schussfadenlängsförderers (6) einem Arbeitsbereich (8) der Wirknadeln (1, 3) zugeführt werden und die dem Arbeitsbereich zugeführten Schussfäden (5a, 5b, 5c) jeweils mit einem Schussfaden-aufnehmenden Abschnitt (10) einer Schussfaden-Vorbringerplatine (7) ergriffen und in dem Arbeitsbereich der Wirknadeln (1, 3) in Maschen der Wirkware eingeführt werden, wobei der Schussfaden-aufnehmende Abschnitt (10) beim Zuführen des Schussfadens (5a, 5b, 5c) in den Bereich der Maschenbildung eine Bewegung im Wesentlichen in Schussfadenförderrichtung und eine Bewegung im Wesentlichen quer zur Schussfadenförderrichtung ausführt. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung eine Kettenwirkmaschine zur Durchführung des Verfahrens. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Wirkware mit Vollschüssen mit Musterrapport und eine entsprechende Kettenwirkmaschine vorzuschlagen, bei der der im Schussfadenlängsförderer (6) entstehende Randabfall der Schussfäden (5a, 5b, 5c) ebenfalls minimiert ist, wobei aber auf ein zusätzliches Vorbringersystem verzichtet werden kann. Darüber hinaus soll der Musterrapport je nach gewünschter Musterung flexibel einstellbar sein.
