Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Bodenausgleich einer Estrich-Ausnehmung mit Abdichtung für die Installation einer Dusch- oder Badewanne. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zum Bodenausgleich einer Estrich-Ausnehmung mit Abdichtung für die Installation einer Dusch- oder Badewanne. Bei der Erneuerung von Dusche oder Badewanne im Zuge der Renovierung von Sanitärräumen tritt regelmäßig die Problematik auf, dass nach Entfernung der Dusch- oder Badewanne Ausnehmungen im Estrich verbleiben. Gemäß der Norm DIN 18534-1:2017-07 muss eine Dusch- oder Badewanne zum Baukörper oder hinter und unter der Wanne abgedichtet werden. Ist die Wanne zum Baukörper abgedichtet, müssen bei einem erneuten Ausbau der Wanne die angrenzenden Flächen komplett erneuert werden, da ein nachträglich erneutes Abdichten auf die vorhandene Abdichtung mit aufgebrachtem Fliesen- oder Putzbelag nicht möglich ist. Wird stattdessen hinter und unter der Wand abgedichtet, kann die Wanne ausgetauscht werden, ohne dass die Dichtung beschädigt und somit erneuert werden muss. Bei einer Restaurierung ist nach entfernen einer Wanne, aufgrund der meistens sehr schwierigen Gegebenheiten der Estrich-Ausnehmung, wie z.B. durch verlaufende Rohrleitungen und/oder unebene Flächen, die normgerechte Abdichtung sehr aufwendig, wenn sogar wirtschaftlich nicht realisierbar. Meistens wird die nach Ausbau der alten Wanne vorhandene Estrich-Ausnehmung komplett mit Estrich aufgefüllt und nachfolgend mit dem umliegenden Baukörper abgedichtet. Die

- Device for levelling out a screed recess (71) for the installation of a shower tray or bathtub (5) comprising a supporting structure (1), which receives at least one support plate (3), wherein the supporting structure (1) has a support frame (2) adjustable in length and/or width, on which at least four supports (24) infinitely adjustable in length are arranged and which is provided with intermediate struts (22), whose position is adjustable within the support frame (2) and to which the at least one support plate (3) can be attached, wherein the supporting structure (1) has at least two support plates (3) and wherein the frame struts (21) and the intermediate struts (22) have support webs (211, 221) complementing each other to form receptacles, into which at least one support plate (3) is inserted in each case.
- Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the at least two support plates (3) are made of sound-absorbing material.
- Device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the support frame (2) is formed of frame struts (21), which are connected to each other via corner connectors (23), wherein the corner connectors (23) are preferably connected to the frame struts (21) via plug connections or screw connections.
- Device according to claim 3, characterised in that at least one corner connector (23) has at least one joint for a pivotable connection of two frame struts (21), wherein two legs (231) adjustable in their angle to one another are preferably provided.
- Device according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the frame struts (21) and/or the intermediate struts (22) are designed so that their length can be changed telescopically.
- Device according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that at least two oppositely arranged frame struts (21) have a longitudinal groove, in which at least one intermediate strut (22) is displaceably mounted.
- Device according to claim 6, characterised in that at least one intermediate strut (22) has a fitting piece (222) at each end, which is displaceably guided in a longitudinal groove of a frame strut (21), wherein means for fixing a fitting piece (222) are arranged in a longitudinal groove.
- Device according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the support webs (211, 221) of the frame struts (21) and the intermediate struts (22), which complement each other to form receptacles, are set at right angles.
- Device according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that at least one support plate (3) has a trough-shaped recess (32) for receiving a drain fitting (4), which is provided with at least one lead-through (321) for a drain pipe and which is preferably detachably closable via a form-fitted cover (33), which has an opening (331) for the drain of a shower tray or bathtub (5).
- Device according to claim 9, characterised in that the cover (33) has an elastically formed region, in which the opening (331) is arranged.
- Device according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that at least one support plate (3) is provided with an inspection flap (31).
- Device according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that at least one support plate (3) has a sealed-in pipe bend for connecting the shower or bathtub drain on the one hand and the drain set (4) on the other hand.
- Method for levelling out a screed recess (71) for the installation of a shower tray or bathtub (5) having a device according to one of the previous claims, wherein a supporting structure (1) is first inserted in the screed recess, whose frame struts (21) and intermediate struts (22) are adjusted to the desired length and the intermediate struts (22) are positioned at a distance and whose supports (24) are adjusted to a desired height, subsequently support plates (3) are placed on the supporting structure (1), after which the support plates (3) are sealed against one another as well as the adjacent screed and, if necessary, the wall area via sealing membranes.
- Method according to claim 12, characterised in that the height of the supports (24) is adjusted in such a manner that the mounted support plates (3) form a plane with the surrounding screed.
- Method according to claim 13 or 14, characterised in that a supporting frame for receiving a shower tray or bathtub (5) is placed on the support plates (3) sealed via sealing membranes.
