Claims (4)

  1. Ein Kochgerät (1) umfasst Körper (2); eine Kochkammer (3), die in dem Körper (2) angeordnet ist und in der die zu kochenden Lebensmittel platziert werden; ein Gehäuse (4), das ein Kasten mit offener Vorderseite ist, der die Kochkammer (3) umgibt; einen Dampfgenerator (5), der an dem Körper (2) vorgesehen ist und die Erzeugung des Dampfes bereitstellt, der während des Kochvorgangs auf das Nahrungsmittel zu leiten ist; eine Wasserzufuhrleitung (6), die an dem Körper (2) vorgesehen ist, um an einem Ende mit der Hauptleitung (S) verbunden zu werden, und die es ermöglicht, das Wasser an den Dampfgenerator (5) zu liefern; und eine am Körper (2) angeordnete Abführungskanalanordnung (7) mit mindestens einer Öffnung (8) und mindestens einem Kaminkanal (10), der die Prozessluft in der Kochkammer (3) während des Garvorgangs zulässt um mithilfe eines Schornsteinmotors (9) bewegt und durch die Öffnung (8) ausgetragen werden, die Wasserzufuhrleitung (6), die in mindestens einem Bereich nahe am Kaminkanal (10) angeordnet ist, um einen Wärmeübergang zwischen ersterem und Kaminkanal (10) zu ermöglichen, ist gekennzeichnet durch einen Fühler (12), der an der Wasserzufuhrleitung (6) vorgesehen ist und der die Temperatur des aus der Hauptleitung (S) entnommenen Wassers erfasst, und eine Steuereinheit (13), die den Betrieb des Kaminmotors (9) steuert, basierend auf den von dem Sensorelement (9) empfangenen Daten.
  2. Ein Kochgerät (1), wie in Anspruch 1 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wasserzufuhrleitung (6) den Kaminkanal (10) umgibt.
  3. Ein Kochgerät (1), wie in einem der vorherigen Ansprüchen aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Folie (11) auf der Innenfläche des Kaminkanals (10) angeordnet ist.
  4. Ein Kochgerät (1), wie in einem der vorherigen Ansprüchen aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kaminkanal (10) aus einem Material mit hoher Wärmeleitfähigkeit hergestellt ist.
