Definitions

  • the invention relates to a roller door according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
  • Roller doors are for example in the DE 10 2009 017 767 A1 described. They are used, among other things, as so-called high-speed doors for closing industrial halls. On the one hand, it is important that the door leaf movement is guided safely. On the other hand, it is important that there is often only little space available for accommodating the door leaf in the open position.
  • the cited document already proposes a roller door in which at least one joint arrangement has at least one joint plate placed and fastened to an end face of a rigid door leaf element designed as sandwich elements, for example, running approximately perpendicular to the joint axis.
  • Goals according to the preamble of claim 1 are in the DE 10236648 A1 and the DE 19915376 A1 described.
  • a roller door is specified in which a single guide arrangement connected to the door leaf can have two guide rollers arranged one behind the other in the direction of movement of the door leaf.
  • the invention is based on the object of providing a roller door that can be stored in the open position with little space requirements and enables a high opening and closing speed while at the same time ensuring reliable guidance of the door leaf movement.
  • this object is achieved by the development of the known gates specified in the characterizing part of patent claim 1 .
  • the design of the door leaf, at least in sections, from flexible material enables a reduction in the space required because the material adapts itself to the winding to be formed in the open position and thus enables a small spiral diameter in the open position.
  • a robust door leaf is realized by the stabilization devices of the door leaf.
  • the door leaf is guided with the aid of the joint members of the joint arrangements coupled to the stabilizing devices, as a result of which the tensile or shear forces occurring during the movement of the door leaf can be transmitted via the joint arrangements.
  • the door leaf can be made correspondingly light. Care must only be taken to ensure that the stabilizing devices of the door leaf are securely coupled to the joint members of the joint arrangements.
  • PVC and/or polycarbonate can be used as the flexible material for the production of goals according to the invention.
  • the thickness of the plastic sheet is chosen according to the requirements.
  • polycarbonate has proven to be a material with excellent properties for use in doors according to the invention.
  • the material has a high elasticity with sufficient flexural strength to follow the winding contour even with large widths.
  • the material also has other positive properties such as high impact strength.
  • roller doors according to the invention thus combine the advantages of a roller door construction with rigid slats and lateral joint arrangements with the advantages of film doors in order to provide a high-speed door that has a high opening and closing speed due to the flexible construction of the door leaf while at the same time providing a reliable guidance through the joint arrangements and relief of the door leaf through the transmission of shearing or tensile forces through the joint arrangements.
  • the connection of the door leaf to the joint arrangements can be implemented in a particularly stable manner, because the stabilization devices provided anyway to avoid bulging under wind loads can be used for this purpose. Together with the joint arrangements, the stabilizing devices form, as it were, a rigid skeleton for the flexible door leaf.
  • the door leaf has a segment (hereinafter also referred to as "pane") made of preferably transparent and pliable or flexible material with segment or pane edges running approximately perpendicularly to the lateral edges of the door leaf, the segment - or disc edges are provided with a thickening and at least one stabilization device has a stabilization profile with at least one receiving area for receiving the thickening on a segment or disc edge.
  • the stabilizing profile preferably extends over the entire width of the door leaf in a direction perpendicular to the lateral edges of the door leaf, with the receiving area expediently also extending over the entire width of the door leaf.
  • at least one segment edge can be designed without thickening and can be held on the stabilization device in a material-to-material and/or non-positive manner, such as via a clamping strip.
  • the segment or the pane can extend over two, three or more joint members in the door leaf movement direction or in a direction running parallel to the lateral edges of the door leaf.
  • the articulated members arranged between the stabilization devices are then only indirectly connected to the door leaf via the articulated members connected directly to the stabilization device.
  • the stabilization profile can be designed, for example, as a plastic extruded profile. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, however, the stabilization profile is designed as an extruded aluminum profile. Such an extruded aluminum profile combines high strength with low weight.
  • the thickening at the edges of the segment or pane can be realized by glued-on or welded-on piping strips, which are accommodated in a form-fitting manner in corresponding receiving areas of the stabilization profiles.
  • other connection options are also being considered, for example via a terminal strip in order to be able to easily exchange the flexible segments when installed.
  • the door leaf is only attached to the joint arrangement, for example as a hinge strip, via the stabilization profiles, which also serve as wind reinforcement can be realized, connected.
  • the lateral edges of the individual panes or door leaf segments can extend over two, three or more joint members, with individual joint members only being indirectly connected to the door leaf segments or panes via the joint members directly connected to the stabilizing profiles.
  • At least one segment edge is attached to the stabilization device with a clamping element that can be releasably fixed to the stabilization device and is preferably at least partially accommodated in the stabilization device and/or delimits the stabilization device.
  • the individual panes or door leaf segments can be exchanged particularly easily by releasing the clamping element from the stabilization device and then removing the corresponding segment edge from the stabilization device. If both segment edges of a segment are attached to the stabilization device with corresponding clamping members, the corresponding segment can be completely removed from the door leaf without impairing the stability of the basic structure, consisting of the joint arrangements and the stabilization devices.
  • the edge of the segment is arranged between the clamping element of a sealing strip, which can be detachably fixed to the stabilization device, in order to ensure a tight transition between the stabilization device and the door leaf segment.
  • the intermediate hinge points of the joint arrangement or the hinge strap are not connected to the flexible material.
  • the hinge strap or the joint arrangement takes over the pushing and pulling forces in the course of the opening and closing movement.
  • the connection of the stabilization profiles or wind reinforcements to the hinge can be done in any grid of the hinge points. This means that different pane heights can be realised.
  • the number of stabilizing profiles or wind reinforcements can be selected lower, i. H. the section height can be particularly large, while wide doors can be equipped with several stabilization profiles or wind reinforcements for smaller section heights.
  • the door leaf has at least two panes of flexible material arranged one behind the other in the direction of door leaf movement, between which a stabilizing profile with two receiving areas for receiving thickenings provided on facing pane edges is arranged.
  • the connection between successive discs made of flexible material is thus effected with the stabilizing profile.
  • At least one stabilizing device extends approximately parallel to a hinge axis over the entire width of the door leaf.
  • a trouble-free connection of the stabilization device without impairing the mobility of the joint arrangement is achieved if the stabilization device is connected along the joint axis to at least one, preferably to two joint arrangements provided on opposite lateral door leaf edges.

  • appropriate reinforcement strips which can also be glued and/or welded to the panes of the door leaf, for example, sufficient overall stability can be achieved even if the material of the pane itself does not provide sufficient flexural rigidity.

Description

The invention relates to a roller door according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

Roller doors are for example in the DE 10 2009 017 767 A1 described. They are used, among other things, as so-called high-speed doors for closing industrial halls. On the one hand, it is important that the door leaf movement is guided safely. On the other hand, it is important that there is often only little space available for accommodating the door leaf in the open position. In view of these requirements, the cited document already proposes a roller door in which at least one joint arrangement has at least one joint plate placed and fastened to an end face of a rigid door leaf element designed as sandwich elements, for example, running approximately perpendicular to the joint axis. As a result, an increase in the thickness of the overall structure due to the joint arrangement can be avoided and the space required for roller shutters in the open position can be reduced. However, it has been shown that such gates still require a considerable amount of space and the speed of movement of the gate leaf is limited.

Goals according to the preamble of claim 1 are in the DE 10236648 A1 and the DE 19915376 A1 described. In the DE 202004015692 A1 a roller door is specified in which a single guide arrangement connected to the door leaf can have two guide rollers arranged one behind the other in the direction of movement of the door leaf.

In view of these problems in the prior art, the invention is based on the object of providing a roller door that can be stored in the open position with little space requirements and enables a high opening and closing speed while at the same time ensuring reliable guidance of the door leaf movement.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by the development of the known gates specified in the characterizing part of patent claim 1 .

The design of the door leaf, at least in sections, from flexible material enables a reduction in the space required because the material adapts itself to the winding to be formed in the open position and thus enables a small spiral diameter in the open position. At the same time, a robust door leaf is realized by the stabilization devices of the door leaf. The door leaf is guided with the aid of the joint members of the joint arrangements coupled to the stabilizing devices, as a result of which the tensile or shear forces occurring during the movement of the door leaf can be transmitted via the joint arrangements. The door leaf can be made correspondingly light. Care must only be taken to ensure that the stabilizing devices of the door leaf are securely coupled to the joint members of the joint arrangements.

Commercially available, preferably transparent PVC and/or polycarbonate can be used as the flexible material for the production of goals according to the invention. The thickness of the plastic sheet is chosen according to the requirements. In any case, by using the flexible material in the form of a plastic foil or web, an adaptation of the door leaf shape to the spiral shape in the open position can be ensured while ensuring a small winding radius.
In particular, polycarbonate has proven to be a material with excellent properties for use in doors according to the invention. The material has a high elasticity with sufficient flexural strength to follow the winding contour even with large widths. The material also has other positive properties such as high impact strength.

The roller doors according to the invention thus combine the advantages of a roller door construction with rigid slats and lateral joint arrangements with the advantages of film doors in order to provide a high-speed door that has a high opening and closing speed due to the flexible construction of the door leaf while at the same time providing a reliable guidance through the joint arrangements and relief of the door leaf through the transmission of shearing or tensile forces through the joint arrangements. The connection of the door leaf to the joint arrangements can be implemented in a particularly stable manner, because the stabilization devices provided anyway to avoid bulging under wind loads can be used for this purpose. Together with the joint arrangements, the stabilizing devices form, as it were, a rigid skeleton for the flexible door leaf.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the door leaf has a segment (hereinafter also referred to as "pane") made of preferably transparent and pliable or flexible material with segment or pane edges running approximately perpendicularly to the lateral edges of the door leaf, the segment - or disc edges are provided with a thickening and at least one stabilization device has a stabilization profile with at least one receiving area for receiving the thickening on a segment or disc edge. The stabilizing profile preferably extends over the entire width of the door leaf in a direction perpendicular to the lateral edges of the door leaf, with the receiving area expediently also extending over the entire width of the door leaf. In addition or as an alternative, at least one segment edge can be designed without thickening and can be held on the stabilization device in a material-to-material and/or non-positive manner, such as via a clamping strip.

In all embodiments of the invention, the segment or the pane can extend over two, three or more joint members in the door leaf movement direction or in a direction running parallel to the lateral edges of the door leaf. The articulated members arranged between the stabilization devices are then only indirectly connected to the door leaf via the articulated members connected directly to the stabilization device.

The stabilization profile can be designed, for example, as a plastic extruded profile. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, however, the stabilization profile is designed as an extruded aluminum profile. Such an extruded aluminum profile combines high strength with low weight.

The thickening at the edges of the segment or pane can be realized by glued-on or welded-on piping strips, which are accommodated in a form-fitting manner in corresponding receiving areas of the stabilization profiles. In addition, however, other connection options are also being considered, for example via a terminal strip in order to be able to easily exchange the flexible segments when installed.

In the case of roller doors according to the invention, the door leaf is only attached to the joint arrangement, for example as a hinge strip, via the stabilization profiles, which also serve as wind reinforcement can be realized, connected. The lateral edges of the individual panes or door leaf segments can extend over two, three or more joint members, with individual joint members only being indirectly connected to the door leaf segments or panes via the joint members directly connected to the stabilizing profiles.

In the context of the invention, it has proven to be particularly expedient if at least one segment edge is attached to the stabilization device with a clamping element that can be releasably fixed to the stabilization device and is preferably at least partially accommodated in the stabilization device and/or delimits the stabilization device. In this embodiment of the invention, the individual panes or door leaf segments can be exchanged particularly easily by releasing the clamping element from the stabilization device and then removing the corresponding segment edge from the stabilization device. If both segment edges of a segment are attached to the stabilization device with corresponding clamping members, the corresponding segment can be completely removed from the door leaf without impairing the stability of the basic structure, consisting of the joint arrangements and the stabilization devices.

In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the edge of the segment is arranged between the clamping element of a sealing strip, which can be detachably fixed to the stabilization device, in order to ensure a tight transition between the stabilization device and the door leaf segment.

The intermediate hinge points of the joint arrangement or the hinge strap are not connected to the flexible material. The hinge strap or the joint arrangement takes over the pushing and pulling forces in the course of the opening and closing movement. The connection of the stabilization profiles or wind reinforcements to the hinge can be done in any grid of the hinge points. This means that different pane heights can be realised. In the case of narrow doors, the number of stabilizing profiles or wind reinforcements can be selected lower, i. H. the section height can be particularly large, while wide doors can be equipped with several stabilization profiles or wind reinforcements for smaller section heights.

Structurally, it has proven to be expedient if the door leaf has at least two panes of flexible material arranged one behind the other in the direction of door leaf movement, between which a stabilizing profile with two receiving areas for receiving thickenings provided on facing pane edges is arranged. The connection between successive discs made of flexible material is thus effected with the stabilizing profile.

As already explained above, it has proven to be expedient with regard to obtaining a stable door leaf construction if at least one stabilizing device extends approximately parallel to a hinge axis over the entire width of the door leaf. A trouble-free connection of the stabilization device without impairing the mobility of the joint arrangement is achieved if the stabilization device is connected along the joint axis to at least one, preferably to two joint arrangements provided on opposite lateral door leaf edges.

Particularly in the case of particularly high and/or wide door leaves, it has proven to be expedient with regard to the desired stabilization if at least one reinforcement strip is provided which extends approximately parallel to the lateral edge of the door leaf and is fastened to the door leaf. With the use of appropriate reinforcement strips, which can also be glued and/or welded to the panes of the door leaf, for example, sufficient overall stability can be achieved even if the material of the pane itself does not provide sufficient flexural rigidity.

Similar to those in the DE 10 2009 017 767 A1 described roller doors, a roller door according to the invention with a flexible door leaf can be assigned at least one spiral guide track for guiding the door leaf movement and for determining the open position of the door leaf, wherein at least one joint member can have a guide arrangement cooperating with the guide track to guide the door leaf movement on its side facing away from the door leaf, which preferably has at least one guide roller which is rotatably mounted with respect to a roller axis running parallel to the hinge axes and which is preferably accommodated in a guide track at least in the open position of the door leaf.

When operating the known roller doors with a door leaf made at least partially of a flexible material, such as a plastic film, and a possibly oval-spiral guide track for guiding the door leaf movement, it has been shown that at high door leaf speeds there is increased wear on the guide track and of the door leaf can come. According to the invention, this problem is solved by a door, in particular a roller door, with a door leaf that can be moved between an open position, in which it at least partially opens up a wall opening and forms a multi-layer winding above the wall opening, and a closed position, in which it at least partially closes the wall opening , which is formed at least in sections from a flexible material, such as a plastic film, which is essentially characterized in that the leading edge of the door leaf during an opening movement is connected by a non-rotatable connection to an upper edge in the closed position of a segment made of a flexible material leading stabilization device is formed, which is non-rotatably connected to a with a preferably predetermined by guide rails, at least partially curved guide track is connected to a cooperating guide arrangement, with the alignment of the guide arrangement following the course of the guide track.

This solution is based on the finding that the increased wear observed at high door speeds when conventional doors are operated is essentially caused by the fact that the upper edge of the door leaf made of a flexible material is deflected from the plane of the door leaf when it enters the spiral guideway in such a way that First of all, the door leaf bulges inwards, which in the further course of the opening process suddenly changes to a bulge outwards, which is maintained in the open position. The sudden change from the inner curvature to an outer curvature during the course of the opening movement leads on the one hand to a high load on the door leaf itself and on the other hand to an increased radial load on the guideway. This causes the observed increased wear.

The non-rotatable connection of the upper edge of a door leaf segment made of flexible material to the stabilization device that forms the leading edge of the door leaf during the opening movement, on the one hand, and the non-rotatable connection of the stabilization device to the guide arrangement that interacts with the guide track and follows its course, on the other hand, means that the upper edge of the Torblattsegments made of flexible material is forcibly deflected outwards when the guide arrangement enters the spiral guideway, whereby the gate leaf segment is forcibly impressed with an outer curvature. The transfer of this outward curvature of the upper segment in the course of the opening movement is transferred to the following segments of the door leaf when the following stabilizing devices between the individual door leaf segments are rotatably connected to the guide rollers to be guided through the guideway, with the roller axes, as already mentioned above, being parallel can run to the joint axes of the articulated joint members, in particular coaxial thereto. Overall, a defined curvature of the door leaf can be ensured in the course of the opening movement. This avoids excessive loads on the door leaf and the guide track and prevents increased wear.

According to the invention, the guide arrangement non-rotatably connected to the leading stabilization device has two, three or more guide pins or rollers arranged one behind the other in the direction of movement of the door leaf, which are attached to a common carrier non-rotatably connected to the leading stabilization device. Through the use of two, three or more guide pins attached one behind the other in the direction of movement of the door leaf and cooperating with the guide rail or rolling ensures that the orientation of the guide arrangement as a whole roughly follows the curved course of the guide track. In this case, the carrier is preferably attached to a leading joint member during the opening movement, it also being possible for the carrier to be attached to the joint member in a rotationally fixed manner. If the guide arrangement has two, three or more guide rollers arranged one behind the other in the direction of movement of the door leaf, each can be rotatably connected to the common carrier connected non-rotatably to the leading stabilization device with respect to a roller axis running parallel to the joint axes.

In addition to the usual spiral guideway, alternative guideways such as an oval spiral, a horizontal deflection or a vertical guide can also be implemented depending on the space required on the structure.

In all of the embodiments of the invention, it has proven advantageous if at least one joint member is assigned a sealing arrangement that can be placed against a boundary surface of the door leaf in the closed position. In this context, it has proven to be particularly favorable if the individual sealing arrangements assigned to the articulated members form a continuous sealing strip in the closed position in the manner of a chain seal, to which individual segments or panes of the door leaf or also the lateral edges of the door leaf as a whole in the closed state can create.

Within the scope of the invention, such embodiments are also contemplated in which the sealing arrangement rests against the outer boundary surface of the door leaf facing away from the space to be closed with the door leaf. However, it has been shown that a particularly reliable seal can be achieved when the sealing arrangement rests against the inner boundary surface of the door leaf that faces away from the outer boundary surface and faces the space to be closed with the door leaf. This aspect of the invention in turn goes back to a detailed investigation of the kinematics of the door leaf movement when entering the spiral guideway. In this phase of the movement, the door leaf is pushed outwards and can thus strike against a sealing arrangement lying against it on the outside, which in turn can lead to increased wear of the door leaf itself and the sealing arrangement. However, if the sealing arrangement comes into contact with an inner boundary surface of the door leaf, this cause of wear is eliminated and an improved seal is thus achieved overall.

As already mentioned above, it has proven to be expedient if the sealing arrangements assigned to the joint members form a continuous sealing strip in the manner of a chain seal in the closed position. In this context, such embodiments are also considered in which the sealing arrangements are at least one over two, three or more joint members have extending sealing element, so that there is a gapless seal over the corresponding number of joint members. This sealing element can be connected to the articulated members via separate fastening elements attached to the articulated members. As an alternative or in addition, the seal receptacle can also be integrated into the individual articulated links. In this case, a composite material made of plastic and metal can be used to produce the articulated members with optionally integrated sealing elements.

Gate leaves of gates according to the invention can be moved into the open position at a particularly high gate leaf speed. However, care must be taken to ensure that when the open position is reached and the door leaf is braked accordingly, the door leaf does not warp in the area of the edge of the door leaf that follows during the opening movement. In the context of the invention, it has proven to be particularly expedient in this connection if a pretensioning device, which can be coupled during the opening movement to an edge of the door leaf trailing during the opening movement, for braking the opening movement and for providing a pretensioning force urging the door leaf from the open position into the closed position is provided. Coupling the pretensioning device to the trailing edge of the door leaf ensures that the lower area of the door leaf in the closed position with the trailing edge during the opening movement is pretensioned in the desired manner with the aid of the pretensioning device when the open position is reached. In this way, warping of the door leaf in the area of the trailing edge during the opening movement can be avoided. At the same time, the pretensioning device can provide a breakaway torque that is advantageous for initiating a closing movement, because the door leaf is pretensioned into the closed position with the pretensioning device possibly indirectly coupled to its trailing edge during the opening movement.

In the context of the invention, it has proven to be particularly advantageous if the pretensioning device has a tension spring that extends approximately in the direction of gravity and is designed, for example, as an expander cable, i.e. a cable that is at least partially made of an elastomeric material, the upper end of which is moved by an im Area of the trailing edge of the door leaf during the opening movement is detected and carried along. Additionally or alternatively, the use of tension springs is also considered.

In all embodiments of the invention, it has proven advantageous for kinematic reasons if the length of at least one articulated link is in the closed position parallel to the lateral edges is more than 20 mm, preferably more than 30 mm and/or less than 400 mm.

This in 1 The roller door shown comprises a door leaf, generally designated 10, which is formed from panes 12 made of flexible, transparent material, which are connected to one another via stabilizing profiles 40. At the lateral edges of the door leaf 10 are hinge arrangements arranged in the form of strap hinges 20 and 30 which are connected to the door leaf 10 via the stabilizing profiles 40 . At the joints between the individual hinge elements, the hinge strips have guide rollers 22 and 32 on their side facing away from the door leaf 10, with which the movement of the door leaf can be guided using suitable guide rails.

According to 1 the hinge straps 20 and 30 forming a push-pull association are formed from hinge members 26 and 36, respectively, which have a fork-shaped receptacle or comparable design at one end, into which a pin of an adjacent hinge member engages. A common hinge pin passes through the fork and pin in order to bring about an articulated connection between successive hinge members. The roller axes of the guide rollers 22 and 32 respectively run parallel to the joint axes, preferably collinear therewith. Likewise, the stabilizing profiles 40 designed as extruded aluminum profiles run parallel to the joint axes or roller axes. The connection of the stabilizing profiles 40 to the joint arrangements 20 or 30 can take place at the pivot points of the hinge straps.

According to 2 a roller door according to the invention has a spiral guide track 100 into which the guide rollers 22 or 32 attached to the hinge strips 20 or 30 move when the open position is reached. In 2 the hinge members 26 and 36 are hidden in the area of the spiral guide track in order to be able to achieve a better representation of the door leaf itself. It can be seen that discs 12 made of flexible material readily conform to the desired spiral shape. It is also not necessary for the discs 12 themselves to be connected to the hinge straps. Rather, it is sufficient if only the stabilizing profiles 40 are connected to the joint arrangements in the form of the hinge straps 20 or 30 between the individual panes. It can also be seen that the individual panes of flexible material can extend over a considerable height of the door leaf. This is a particular advantage compared to conventional louvered doors, which allows the spiral diameter to be minimized.

According to 3 the panes 12 have thickenings formed by welded piping 14 on the pane edges running perpendicularly to the lateral edges, which are accommodated in the receiving areas 42 and 44 of the stabilizing profiles. Starting from the receiving areas 42 and 44, the width of the receiving areas 42 and 44 tapers in the radial direction in such a way that the receiving areas in their mouth areas only allow the panes 12 with glued-on piping flaps to pass through, but not the thickenings or piping 14 to pass through. This achieves a secure connection of individual panes via the stabilizing profiles 40. However, you must use this connection no tensile or shear forces are transmitted. These are transmitted via the hinge straps 20 and 30, respectively.

Fig. 3) in die Stabilisierungsprofile 40 ein. According to 4 the hinge straps 20 or 30 are connected via the stabilizing elements 40 with the aid of a screw which runs collinear to the roller axis of the guide rollers 22 or 32 and is secured with a lock nut 50 . The screw engages in a corresponding recess 52 (cf. 3 ) into the stabilization profiles 40. In 4 it can be seen that the hinge axis of the articulated connection between successive hinge members 26, roller axis, screw axis and the axis of the stabilizing profile 40 run approximately collinear.

Fig. 5b) und eine Dichtleiste 160 (vgl. Fig. 5c) ausgelegt sind. Fig. 5d).In the figure 5 illustrated embodiment of the invention differs essentially from the basis of 3 explained embodiment that the stabilization profile 140 has two receiving areas 142 and 144, which are used to receive a clamping member 150 (cf. Figure 5b ) and a sealing strip 160 (cf. Figure 5c ) are designed. In the assembled state, the clamping element and the sealing strip are accommodated in the receiving areas 142 and 144, with a segment or disk edge being arranged between the clamping element 150 and the sealing strip 160 (cf. Figure 5d ).

In the 6 illustrated embodiment of the invention differs essentially from the basis of figure 5 explained embodiment that the clamping member 250 is a limitation of the stabilization device 240. For this purpose, the clamping element 250, as in 6 shown, clipped into the stabilization profile 240. In this embodiment of the invention, too, the edge of the pane 212 is arranged between the clamping element 250 and the sealing strip 260 in the assembled state, with the sealing strip 260 being accommodated with a fastening bead in a corresponding receptacle of the stabilizing profile.

Figure 7a ) shows articulated members 126 designed as extruded aluminum elements, with the connection of the rollers 122 to the articulated arrangement being shown via plain bearings.

Figure 7b ) shows joint links designed as a plastic injection-moulded hybrid with a plastic injection-moulded casing and a sheet steel core.

At the in 8 illustrated embodiment of the invention, a seal assembly 370 is placed on articulated members 360. The sealing arrangement 370 has a sealing strip 380 which forms a continuous seal in the closed state because the sealing strip 380 extends over a plurality of joint members 360 . An outer boundary surface of the individual segments or panes of the door leaf can be placed against the sealing strip in the closed state.

In 9 the connection of the stabilizing profiles 240 to the joint arrangement is illustrated by bolts running collinearly to the joint axes, the stabilizing profile being arranged on the one hand in the joint arrangement and the guide rollers on the other hand in the joint arrangement.

Gelenkglied 26 verbunden. At the in 10 In the illustrated embodiment of the invention, the leading edge of the door leaf during an opening movement is formed by a stabilizing device 40 which is non-rotatably connected to a guide arrangement denoted overall by 60 . The guide arrangement comprises an approximately U-shaped holder 62. An outer leg of the U-shaped holder 62 is fastened to the stabilizing device 40 via a bolt 64 and a locking screw 66. Bolt 64 and screw 66 are spaced from each other in the direction of movement of the door leaf indicated by arrow P. In this way, a non-rotatable connection of the holder 62 to the stabilization device 40 is realized. Attached to the holder 62 are two guide rollers 22 arranged one behind the other in the door leaf movement direction P, each of which is fastened to the holder 62 such that it can rotate with respect to roller axes running parallel to the joint axes of the joint or hinge members 26 . The holder 62 is also non-rotatably connected to the leading hinge or joint member 26 during the opening movement.

In Figure 10b the door leaf equipped with the guide arrangement 60 is shown entering the spiral guideway. Due to the positive guidance of the guide rollers 22 rotatably arranged on the holder 62, the stabilization device 40, which is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the guide arrangement 60, and the edge of the window pane 12, which is connected in a rotationally fixed manner and thus leading during the opening movement, is carried along or aligned in accordance with the guide track, and the window pane 12 is thus forced outwards arched. This curvature is transferred to the subsequent panes of the door leaf because the stabilizing devices 40 provided between the individual panes 12 are connected to the guide rollers 22 so as to be rotatable with respect to a roller axis running collinear to the joint axes of the joint members. This forced guidance of the guide arrangement 60, the guide rollers 22 attached thereto, the stabilization device 40 connected to it in a rotationally fixed manner and the upper edge of the segment that advances during the opening movement or the pane 12 that advances in the opening movement, which is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the stabilization device 40, prevents the pane from turning over in an uncontrolled manner 12 and the subsequent panes 12 between an inner curvature and an outer curvature are avoided and thus the wear resistance of a door according to the invention is increased.

Incidentally, the differs in 10 illustrated embodiment of the invention characterized by the basis of Figures 1 to 4 illustrated embodiments of the invention, that the individual joint members have two fork-shaped receptacles on one side and pins engaging in the fork-shaped receptacles of an adjacent joint member on the other side. This achieves improved torsional rigidity of the joint arrangement.

At the in 11 The illustrated embodiment of the invention shows a sealing arrangement 470 resting in the closed position on an inner surface of the panes 12 facing the space to be closed with the door leaf. The sealing arrangement 470 comprises one, two, three or more joint members 26 overlapping a U-shaped sealing profile, from which a sealing lip 472 extends in the direction of an inner boundary surface of the pane 12 .

The sealing lip 472 is equipped with a hollow chamber seal 474 on its edge facing the inner boundary surface of the pane 12, through which a particularly reliable sealing effect can be achieved. The sealing profile 476 of the in 11 The sealing arrangement shown may extend over two, three or more hinge members extending between consecutive stabilizing devices 240 . Overall, the sealing arrangement 470 extends approximately in the direction of gravity in the closed position of the door leaf.

In 12 is a perspective view from above of one of two side frame profiles 600 of a door according to the invention. The lateral frame profile 600 has a channel 610 running in the direction of gravity, in which a tension spring 500 is accommodated, from which in 12 the upper end can be seen. Attached to the upper end of the tension spring 500 is an exposed cantilever 520, against which a driver (not shown) attached to the lower joint member 26, which follows during the opening movement, comes into contact in the course of the opening movement. With the help of the driver, the cantilever 520 and thus also the upper end of the tension spring 500 can be carried upwards in the course of the opening movement and the tension spring 500 can thus be tensioned. As a result, the opening movement of the door leaf is braked on the one hand and, on the other hand, a breakaway torque that promotes the initiation of a closing movement is provided in the open position of the door leaf.

The invention is not limited to the embodiment explained with reference to the drawing. Rather, consideration is also given to providing additional stabilization strips parallel to the lateral edges of the door leaf in order to achieve additional stabilization with regard to wind loads. The push-pull connections, which are designed in the form of hinge straps in the described embodiment, can also be designed differently. The connection of the stabilizing elements to the push-pull assembly can also be articulated while avoiding a rigid connection. This creates a floating storage created, which helps to avoid a transfer of torsional forces from the wound segments on the push-pull association.
