Definitions

  • drawers which are movable or displaceable via guides on the furniture.
  • drawers which are made up of several or different components, for example for design reasons, it is important that the drawer is easy to assemble and that it is comfortable to use.
  • the WO 2016/071008 A1 relates to a fastening device for fastening a first furniture part to a second furniture part.
  • the object of the present invention is to improve a drawer of the type described in the introduction, in particular with regard to a separately attachable wall attachment component on the drawer.
  • a wall attachment component of the drawer should be advantageously attachable to adjacent sections of drawer walls and reliably secured over a comparatively long service life.
  • the invention is based on a connecting device for connecting a first drawer wall to a second drawer wall adjacent to the first drawer wall, the drawer walls forming part of a when connected Form a drawer and are spatially aligned at an angle to each other.
  • the connecting device according to the invention is in particular a drawer wall connecting device.
  • a separate wall attachment component is provided on a drawer wall
  • its secure and permanently reliable fastening must be taken into account. Since the drawer is moved relatively frequently over its life cycle, the components such as the wall attachment component of the drawer are exposed to particular static and dynamic loads, which must be taken into account when attaching the wall attachment component to the remaining components of the drawer.
  • drawers with their components comprising several drawer walls, are subject to changing loads during use, since the drawer is moved alternately in an opening and a closing direction or in opposite directions. For example, undesirable noises can occur during the movement of the drawer if, for example, there is only comparatively small bearing play in the wall attachment component attached to the drawer as an additional component or if this occurs during use of the drawer.
  • the connecting device is designed to secure a wall attachment component, which forms a component of the drawer that is separate from the drawer walls, the connecting device comprising a bearing section and an adjustment part received on the storage section with a contact side of the adjustment part and an actuator, whereby the adjustment part is adjustable relative to the storage section, so that when the drawer walls are connected, a distance between the contact side of the adjustment part and an end face of the wall attachment component facing the adjustment part can be changed, and wherein for an adjustment movement of the adjustment part relative to the storage section, a guide contour on the storage section and one on the Guide contour coordinated counter-contour on the adjustment part are designed in such a way that with an adjustment movement of the adjustment part on the bearing section that can be predetermined by the actuator, the adjustment part moves in an adjustment direction, whereby a distance of the contact side relative to the bearing section can be changed, with a distance of the contact side of the adjustment part to one of The position that can be taken on the front side of the wall attachment component can be changed.
  • the adjustment of the adjustment part is advantageously possible from the outside with respect to the drawer or manually by a person with a simple handle or without aids such as a tool.
  • the adjustment direction includes a forward adjustment direction and a back adjustment direction opposite to the outward adjustment direction or a forward adjustment movement and a back adjustment movement.
  • the forward adjustment movement and the back adjustment movement preferably comprise two superimposed movements in a first direction and in a second direction transverse to the first direction.
  • the contact side is accordingly moved obliquely in relation to the use state or moved both in a horizontal direction or back and forth, and at the same time or superimposedly moved in a vertical or vertical direction or down and up.
  • the wall attachment component can fall out to the rear due to tolerances, in particular of the glass wall attachment component. Because in the longitudinal direction of the drawer wall, the wall attachment component is exposed to an increased load, particularly when there are changing directions of movement, such as the frequent or alternating opening and closing movements of the drawer in question.
  • the wall attachment component is held comparatively securely in corresponding grooves on the adjacent drawer components and secured against falling out.
  • any bearing play of the wall attachment component relative to components of the drawer adjacent to the wall attachment component is canceled or brought to zero, at least in the adjustment direction of the adjustment part . Because so far, for example, due to tolerances of the components and/or the wall attachment component, there has been a movement play or an undesirable bearing play of the wall attachment component, particularly in the direction of movement of the drawer, which is avoided by the connecting device according to the invention.
  • Securing the wall attachment component can be advantageously set up with the connecting device according to the invention. It is also advantageous because the bearing section and the adjustment part can be integrated into a corner connector component for connecting angled drawer walls or can be attached or plugged into it. This is advantageous because the corner connector component is necessary anyway.
  • the bearing part, the adjusting part and the actuator are easily attached to a known corner connector component, e.g. B. infectious.
  • the corner connector component is used to connect drawer walls that abut one another at an angle, such as. B. one Drawer side wall designed with a drawer rear wall. Connecting sections of the corner connector component engage on the inside or outside, such as. B. an outside of a drawer back wall and an inside of a hollow chamber frame, which are connected to each other.
  • the contact side of the adjustment part can be brought into contact with an end face of the wall attachment component. This can be recognized haptically by the person making the adjustment, since further adjustment in the relevant adjustment direction is then blocked.
  • the adjustment part and the bearing section are designed in such a way that the adjustment part and thus the contact side can be moved or is moved when adjusting in the outward adjustment direction in a first adjustment direction and at the same time in a second adjustment direction directed transversely to the first adjustment direction.
  • the adjusting part is moved correspondingly counter to the first adjusting direction and at the same time counter to the second adjusting direction.
  • the movement of the adjustment part in the second adjustment direction results in the contact side of the adjustment part coming into contact or being able to be brought into contact with an associated, preferably rear, end face of the wall attachment component.
  • the narrow z. B. the rear end face of the wall attachment component has a normal or surface normal, which coincides with the longitudinal direction of the wall attachment component, preferably coincides with the longitudinal direction of the drawer or preferably with the direction of movement of the drawer.
  • the corresponding end face of the wall attachment component is, for example, a narrow rear end face facing the rear wall of a drawer.
  • the plane spanned by the front side is preferably parallel to a plane spanned by a drawer front and/or a drawer rear wall.
  • the spatial alignment of the contact side or a plane spanned by the contact side is maintained or a parallel offset of the contact side takes place with the adjustment of the adjustment part.
  • the adjusting part By adjusting relative to the bearing section, the adjusting part can be brought from a basic position that can be assumed on the bearing section into a different positioning position on the bearing section, such as an intermediate or maximum position, and back from the other positioning position into the basic position. In the basic and maximum positions, adjustment is possible in only one or only in the outward or only in the back direction, in the other direction z. B. an attack.
  • the distance of the contact side relative to the bearing section is preferably minimal and in the maximum position, the distance of the contact side relative to the bearing section is preferably maximum.
  • the contact side of the adjustment part is offset in an adjustment direction of the connecting device, preferably parallel to the contact side of the adjustment part in the basic position or the maximum position of the adjustment part on the bearing section.
  • the connecting device comprises a corner connector component with two connecting sections aligned at an angle to one another, a first connecting section being designed for attachment to the first drawer wall and a second connecting section being designed for attachment to the second drawer wall.
  • the first drawer wall is preferably a side component of the drawer such as a Side frame, e.g. B. a hollow chamber frame or a hollow chamber side frame or a profile such as a hollow profile or a side wall profile.
  • the connecting device on the one hand, the stable connection of the two angled drawer walls can be set up and at the same time the wall attachment component, which is attached or attached to one of the two drawer walls, can be brought into a secure and play-free attachment situation.
  • a known corner connector component can advantageously be used for the connecting device according to the invention.
  • the connecting device can be provided in such a way that an additional or further component can, in particular, be detachably and subsequently attached to a known corner connector component, thereby forming the connecting device according to the invention.
  • the wall attachment component can be easily mounted, for example, on a frame component of the drawer.
  • the additional or further component preferably includes the bearing section, the adjustment part and the actuator.
  • the further component can accordingly be provided in a coordinated manner as an attachment component which can be plugged onto a known corner connector component, for example.
  • the further component can be plugged into one of the two connecting sections.
  • the other connecting section remains at least essentially free of the further component.
  • the further component is preferably accommodated on the connecting section, which can be attached to the drawer wall, in particular a drawer rear wall, the surface side of which is aligned parallel to the contact side of the adjustment part.
  • the corner connector component is preferably designed as a corner connector component for connecting a drawer side wall and a drawer rear wall.
  • the corner connector component is then coordinated to abut the first connecting section the drawer side wall and for resting the second connecting section on the outside of the drawer rear wall, in a rear corner area of the drawer.
  • the further component is preferably accommodated on the second connecting section of the corner connector component or on the connecting section which is intended to rest on the drawer rear wall.
  • the further component is preferably accommodated on the second connecting section in the region of a longitudinal edge of the second connecting section.
  • the longitudinal edge is preferably a vertical longitudinal edge of the second connecting section or, when attached to the drawer, a vertically oriented outer edge of the second connecting section.
  • the corner connector component is preferably a sheet metal component.
  • the corner connector component is, for example, a folded sheet metal component with two connecting sections that are strip-shaped in their basic shape.
  • An outer contour of the second connecting section, for contact with a drawer rear wall, encloses an area that is approximately two to three times as large as the area that is enclosed by the outer contour of the second connecting section.
  • the length of the second connecting section is adapted to a height of the associated drawer rear wall or at least approximately corresponds to the height of the drawer rear wall.
  • the first connecting section is preferably aligned at right angles to the first connecting section and is then bent in one piece at the second connecting section in its lower region, for example.
  • a height of the first connecting section is preferably matched to a height of the relevant drawer side wall or does not exceed the height.
  • the wall attachment component is present or is supported on the underside on a narrow top side of the drawer side wall.
  • Prepared attachment means for a preferably releasable attachment of the bearing section to the corner connector component are provided on the bearing section and/or on the relevant, for example second, connecting section of the corner connector component.
  • the attachment means are designed, for example, as a latching or snap or screw connection means.
  • the bearing section on which the adjustment part is accommodated can also be permanently connected to the corner connector component or be present in one piece or be an integral part of the corner connector component.
  • the bearing section and the adjusting part are designed in such a way that when adjusting the adjusting part, a distance of the contact side of the adjusting part in the direction of a free end of the first connecting section can be changed. It is assumed that there is a corner connector component with a first connecting section and a second connecting section.
  • the first connecting section is designed to be attached to the first drawer wall, on which the wall attachment component can be arranged, preferably above it over the length of the first drawer wall, such as preferably a drawer side wall.
  • the change in distance enables a tolerance of the wall attachment component to be compensated for in its longitudinal direction.
  • the contact side of the adjustment part is directed towards the free end of the first connecting section and thus towards the relevant side z.
  • a rear end face of the wall attachment component is reduced until the contact side of the adjustment part abuts the end face.
  • the adjustment part is preferably secured with a locking arrangement against being adjusted back.
  • a mechanical fixed stop is provided in the longitudinal direction of the wall attachment component and this is fixed in its position, i.e. any play that is regularly present before the adjustment is eliminated.
  • the wall attachment component is thus clamped on both sides in the longitudinal direction, for example at the front.
  • a front relevant wall attachment component end face on a non-adjustable stop for example on a drawer front element, which is opposite the drawer rear wall in the longitudinal direction of the drawer.
  • the wall attachment component On the back, the wall attachment component has its rear face abutting the contact side of the adjustment part. This means that with the adjustment of the adjustment part and thus the adjustment of the contact side of the adjustment part, the entire wall attachment component in the area z. B. a millimeter or a fraction of a millimeter is moved towards the front of the drawer front element. This prevents the wall attachment component from slipping backwards or falling out and/or an undesirable noise when moving the drawer due to play of the wall attachment component in the longitudinal direction of the relevant drawer wall or the drawer side wall.
  • a latching arrangement is provided, with which the adjustment part can be secured on the bearing section in a position of the adjustment part achieved by an adjustment movement. This makes it possible to avoid unwanted adjustment of the adjustment part on the bearing section, which is in a fixed position relative to the drawer, after the adjustment part has been adjusted. A set position of the adjustment part is thus permanently retained.
  • the locking arrangement forces acting on the wall attachment component and thus also on the adjustment part can be absorbed, in particular when the drawer moves back and forth on a furniture part, without the adjustment part automatically adjusting. Without a locking arrangement, the adjustment part can be moved due to the movement of the drawer Opening and closing movements may be adjusted back again and thus the wall attachment component generates unwanted noises.
  • the adjustment part can be releasably locked with the locking arrangement in an adjustable position on the bearing section.
  • several, for example three or more, different, each securable positioning positions can be set up, which differ in their position in the adjustment direction or in the longitudinal direction of the wall attachment component, for example by identical distances from one another.
  • a maximum possible adjustment path of the system side in the adjustment direction is e.g. B. a few millimeters.
  • the plane provided by the preferably flat, flat contact section is offset parallel to the plane of the contact side of the adjustment part in an engaged basic position of the adjustment part on the bearing section.
  • the engaged basic position of the adjustment part means a position limited in one direction, which is maximally spaced from the free end of the first connecting section of the corner connector component. From the basic position, the adjusting part can be adjusted in the direction of the free end of the first connecting section or brought into different positioning positions.
  • the adjustment part with the contact side can preferably be reversibly brought into and out of secure positioning positions as often as desired, e.g. B. in the basic position. In the basic position, the adjustment part rests in one direction, preferably against a stop on the bearing section. It is expedient if, before using the connecting device or before securing the wall attachment component, the adjusting part is in its basic position on the bearing part, i.e. there is a maximum distance between the contact side and the free end of the first connecting section.
  • the contact side is moved in the direction of a counter section on the wall attachment component such as. B. the rear end face moves, so that a contact contact between the contact side of the adjustment part and the counter section on the drawer component can be set up.
  • the latching arrangement is preferably designed in such a way that the adjusting part has at least one latching position, preferably several latching positions, and a non-latching position between two adjacent latching positions on the bearing section. An established locking of the adjustment part on the bearing section can be canceled by external action, for example by manual operation of the adjustment part.
  • the latching arrangement preferably has sections which can be moved past one another under friction on the bearing section on the one hand and on the adjustment part on the other hand, for example a slot with a contoured edge on the bearing section and at least one counter contour on the adjustment part, for example with an elevation protruding towards a slot edge which fits onto the slot is coordinated with the edge gradient.
  • the elevation snaps into a wider slot area on the contoured edge.
  • Areas on the slot e.g. B. narrow areas and / or the counter contour are designed in such a way that the counter contour can be moved past places with increased friction due to the elastic behavior of the relevant areas.
  • the actuator comprises a displacement arrangement. This allows a continuous adjustment movement of the adjusting part to be carried out relative to the bearing section by actuating the adjusting part become. It is therefore advantageous to position the contact side precisely or continuously to resolve the distance between the contact side and, for example, B. the front side of the wall attachment component can be set up so that there is a stop contact between the contact side and the front side. The wall attachment component is then present on the drawer without vibration.
  • the actuator preferably has a section on the adjustment part and a section on the bearing part, which are in contact with one another, the contact preferably taking place over the entire adjustment path of the adjustment part.
  • the adjusting part is, for example, guided over the actuator and is preferably slidably adjustable on the bearing section, for example in the manner of a wedge gear with inclined surfaces.
  • the adjusting part is displaceable on the bearing part, with the adjusting part being movable in a first adjusting direction and at the same time in a second adjusting direction directed transversely to the first adjusting direction.
  • the movement of the adjustment part in the z. B. second adjustment direction causes the contact side of the adjustment part to approach the relevant side of the wall attachment component and can be brought into contact with the end face of the wall attachment component.
  • the movement of the adjustment part in the first adjustment direction does not require a change in the distance between the contact side of the adjustment part and the end face of the wall attachment component.
  • an advantage is that the actuator comprises an eccentric arrangement. This allows the distance between the contact side of the adjustment part and the front side of the wall attachment component to be changed in a space-saving and functionally reliable manner.
  • the adjustment part can be adjusted linearly back and forth by z.
  • the actuator is designed for manual adjustment of the adjustment part and/or for adjustment with an operating tool. This is user friendly.
  • the z. B. locked positioning positions of the adjustment part relative to the bearing part can advantageously be set up and canceled again by manual operation and/or with a tool.
  • An advantageous modification of the invention is based on the fact that the actuator has a guide surface on the bearing section and a guide surface on the adjusting part, whereby when adjusting the adjusting part relative to the bearing section, the guide surface on the bearing section and the guide surface on the adjusting part remain in mutual contact. This always ensures safe surface guidance when adjusting the adjustment part.
  • the mutual contact preferably takes place over the entire possible adjustment distance of the adjustment part.
  • the guide surfaces are part of the displacement arrangement.
  • the guide surfaces are z. B. aligned obliquely to the longitudinal direction of the adjustment part or the bearing section.
  • the guide surfaces are designed, for example, in the manner of an inclined surface sliding gear or a sliding bearing.
  • the bearing section comprises a window-like recess through which the adjustment part passes, with the contact side of the adjustment part being present on one side of the recess.
  • the actuating element or an actuating section for manually actuating the adjusting part is preferably present.
  • the bearing section is preferably formed from a metal material. This is advantageous for stability reasons.
  • the adjustment part is made of a plastic material. This is advantageous in terms of manufacturing technology.
  • elastic deformation of sections on the adjustment part which is particularly advantageous in the area of the latching arrangement, can be achieved comparatively well with a plastic material.
  • at least a region of the bearing section, which preferably belongs to the latching arrangement consists of a plastic material.
  • a further advantage is that the guide contour on the bearing section and the counter contour on the adjusting part are designed such that the adjusting part can be adjusted between a basic position on the bearing section and a maximum position on the bearing section, whereby in the basic position and/or the maximum position there is between the adjusting part and a mechanical stop acting on the bearing section is formed to prevent the adjustment part from moving further in a spatial direction on the bearing section. This means that the adjustment part on the bearing section cannot be unintentionally adjusted to such an extent that the adjustment part detaches from the bearing part.
