    - des moyens élastiques (30) conçus pour fonctionner entre ladite coupelle de charnière (3) et ledit bras de charnière (4) pour solliciter ladite charnière (1) avec une charge élastique prédéfinie vers ledit état de charnière fermée pendant une section finale du mouvement de fermeture de la charnière de la configuration de charnière ouverte à la configuration de charnière fermée et
    - un dispositif amortisseur (2) ayant un corps (18) et une tige (19) qui s'étendent dans ladite direction longitudinale (X-X) et sont associés de manière opérationnelle l'un à l'autre pour définir une unité cylindre-piston et pour être mutuellement mobiles dans ladite direction longitudinale (X-X) contre une action de freinage pour amortir / s'opposer à leur mouvement relatif, ledit dispositif amortisseur (2) étant positionné dans ladite charnière (1) pour réduire la vitesse de déplacement de ladite coupelle de charnière (3) et dudit bras de charnière (4) l'un vers l'autre pendant ladite section finale du mouvement de fermeture de la charnière de la configuration de charnière ouverte à la configuration de charnière fermée,
    dans lequel :
    - ledit bras de charnière (4) comprend une paroi supérieure (4a) à partir de laquelle s'étendent des côtés longitudinaux opposés respectifs (4b), dans ladite direction longitudinale (X-X) ;
    - lesdits premiers moyens de connexion articulés (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16) comprennent :
    - une tige de liaison supérieure (11) pivotant sur ledit bras de charnière (4) et ladite coupelle (3) au niveau d'un premier axe (13) et d'un deuxième axe (15) respectivement, s'étendant entre lesdits côtés longitudinaux (4b) dans une direction transversale (Y-Y) perpendiculaire à ladite direction longitudinale (X-X) ;
    - une tige de liaison inférieure (12) pivotant sur ledit bras de charnière (4) et ladite coupelle (3) au niveau d'un troisième axe (14) et d'un quatrième axe (16) respectivement, s'étendant entre lesdits côtés longitudinaux (4b) dans ladite direction transversale (Y-Y) ;
    - ledit dispositif amortisseur (2) est positionné dans ladite charnière dans une position telle qu'il se trouve sous ledit bras de charnière (4) et s'étende dans ladite direction longitudinale (X-X) de ladite extrémité avant (5) audit bras de charnière (4) ;
    - ledit moyen élastique (30) et ledit dispositif amortisseur (2) sont positionnés sous ledit bras de charnière (4) dans des positions parallèles côte à côte le long de ladite direction longitudinale (X-X) et
    - ledit moyen élastique (30) et ledit dispositif amortisseur (2) sont décalés l'un par rapport à l'autre dans ladite direction transversale (Y-Y) pour être en relation de non-chevauchement dans un plan perpendiculaire auxdits côtés longitudinaux (4b) dudit bras de charnière (4) et
    caractérisé en ce que
    lesdits moyens élastiques (30) ont une forme en U comprenant des bras opposés (30a), s'étendant dans ladite direction longitudinale (X-X) et reliés par une partie de connexion centrale (30b), dans laquelle une extrémité libre desdits bras (30a) est positionnée à proximité de ladite extrémité avant (5) de la feuille de charnière (4), tandis que ladite partie de connexion centrale (30b) est positionnée dans une position plus rétractée par rapport à ladite extrémité avant (5),
    et en ce que ledit moyen élastique (30) et ledit dispositif amortisseur (2) sont en position parallèle côte à côte suivant ladite direction longitudinale (X-X) au moins en correspondance avec ladite partie de connexion centrale (30b).
  2. Charnière selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle lesdits moyens élastiques (30) :
    - sont positionnés au niveau de ladite extrémité avant (5) dudit bras de charnière (4) et
    - comprennent un ressort à lame (30) étendu dans ladite direction longitudinale (X-X) pour une partie dominante.
  3. Charnière selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle ladite direction transversale (Y-Y) comprend, dans des positions décalées successives :
    - un dispositif amortisseur (2) interposé entre deux ressorts à lames distincts (30) ou
    - un ressort à lame et un dispositif amortisseur.
  4. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle :
    - deux extrémités opposées (19a, 20a) sont définies dans ledit dispositif amortisseur (2) dans ladite direction longitudinale (X-X), qui sont définies, respectivement :
    - par l'extrémité libre (19a) de la partie de ladite tige (19) qui fait saillie hors dudit corps (18) et
    - par l'extrémité (18a) dudit corps (18) qui fait face à l'opposé de l'extrémité dudit corps (18) ayant la tige (19) faisant saillie à partir de celle-ci ;
    - un mouvement de ladite tige (19) hors ou dans ledit corps (18) provoque l'augmentation ou la diminution de la distance longitudinale entre lesdites extrémités opposées (18a, 19a) dudit dispositif amortisseur (2) et
    - ledit dispositif amortisseur (2) est supporté et guidé dans ladite charnière (1) pour permettre auxdites extrémités opposées (18a, 19a) d'augmenter ou de diminuer leur distance mutuelle en conséquence du fait que ladite tige (19) se déplace davantage hors ou dans ledit corps (18),
    et dans lequel ladite charnière (3) comprend :
    - un élément d'arrêt longitudinal, qui est relié de manière rigide audit bras de charnière (4) et agit sur une première partie dudit dispositif amortisseur (2), sélectionnée entre ledit corps (18) et ladite tige (19), plus proche de ladite coupelle de charnière (3) dans ladite direction longitudinale (X-X) pour limiter le déplacement longitudinal maximal dudit dispositif amortisseur (2) vers ladite coupelle de charnière (3) et
    - un levier d'actionnement (31) pour actionner ledit dispositif amortisseur (2), qui est relié de manière rigide et pivotante à ladite bielle supérieure (11) ou à ladite bielle inférieure (12) et qui est en prise cinématique avec une seconde partie dudit dispositif amortisseur (2), sélectionnée entre ledit corps (18) et ladite tige (19), qui est plus éloignée de ladite extrémité avant (5) dudit bras de charnière (4) dans ladite direction longitudinale (X-X),
    pendant ladite section finale du mouvement de fermeture de la charnière (1) de la configuration de charnière ouverte à la configuration de charnière fermée, le mouvement de pivotement dudit levier d'actionnement (31) amenant ladite première partie dudit dispositif amortisseur (2), en conséquence dudit engagement cinématique de ladite couche d'actionnement (31) avec ladite première partie dudit dispositif amortisseur (2), à être entraînée dans ladite direction longitudinale (X-X) vers ladite extrémité avant (5) dudit bras de charnière (4), en modifiant ainsi de manière réversible la distance entre lesdites extrémités opposées (18a, 19a) du dispositif amortisseur (2), un mouvement longitudinal supplémentaire dudit dispositif amortisseur (2) vers la coupelle de charnière (3) étant empêché par l'élément d'arrêt longitudinal.
  5. Charnière selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle :
    - ledit dispositif amortisseur (2) est placé dans ladite direction axiale (X-X) dans une position telle que ladite tige (19) fasse face à ladite coupelle de charnière (3) et ledit élément d'arrêt longitudinal agisse sur ladite tige (19) et agisse de préférence sur l'extrémité libre (19a) de ladite tige (19) ou alternativement
    - ledit dispositif amortisseur (2) est placé dans ladite direction axiale (X-X) dans une position telle que ledit corps (18) fasse face à ladite coupelle de charnière (3) et ledit élément d'arrêt longitudinal (40) agisse sur ledit corps (18), de préférence sur l'extrémité libre (18a) dudit corps (18).
  6. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle :
    - deux extrémités opposées (19a, 20a) sont définies dans ledit dispositif amortisseur (2) dans ladite direction longitudinale (X-X), qui sont définies, respectivement :
    - par l'extrémité libre (19a) de la partie de ladite tige (19) qui fait saillie hors dudit corps (18) et
    - par l'extrémité (18a) dudit corps (18) qui fait face à l'opposé de l'extrémité dudit corps (18) ayant la tige (19) faisant saillie de celle-ci ;
    - un mouvement de ladite tige (19) hors ou dans ledit corps (18) provoque l'augmentation ou la diminution de la distance longitudinale entre lesdites extrémités opposées (18a, 19a) dudit dispositif amortisseur (2) et
    - ledit dispositif amortisseur (2) est supporté et guidé dans ladite charnière (1) pour permettre auxdites extrémités opposées (18a, 19a) d'augmenter ou de diminuer leur distance mutuelle en conséquence du fait que ladite tige (19) se déplace davantage hors ou dans ledit corps (18), et dans lequel ladite charnière (3) comprend :
    - un élément d'arrêt longitudinal (40), qui est relié de manière rigide audit bras de charnière (4) et agit sur une seconde partie dudit dispositif amortisseur (2), sélectionnée entre ledit corps (18) et ladite tige (19), plus éloignée de ladite extrémité avant (5) dudit bras de charnière (4) dans ladite direction longitudinale (X-X) pour fixer la position longitudinale de ladite seconde partie dudit dispositif amortisseur par rapport audit bras de charnière (4) et
    - un levier d'actionnement (31), qui est relié de manière rigide et pivotante à ladite tige de liaison supérieure (11) ou à ladite tige de liaison inférieure (12) et qui est en prise cinématiquement avec une première partie dudit dispositif amortisseur, choisie entre ladite tige et ledit corps, qui est plus proche de ladite extrémité avant (5) dudit bras de charnière (4) dans ladite direction longitudinale (X-X),
    pendant ladite section finale du mouvement de fermeture de la charnière de la configuration de charnière ouverte à la configuration de charnière fermée, le mouvement de pivotement dudit levier d'actionnement amenant ladite première partie dudit dispositif amortisseur, en conséquence dudit engagement cinématique de ladite couche d'actionnement avec ladite première partie dudit dispositif amortisseur, à être entraînée dans ladite direction longitudinale à l'écart de ladite extrémité avant dudit bras de charnière, modifiant ainsi de manière réversible la distance entre lesdites extrémités opposées (18a, 19a) du dispositif amortisseur (2).
  7. Charnière selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle :
    - ledit dispositif d'amortissement est placé dans ladite direction axiale dans une position telle que ladite tige fasse face à ladite coupelle de charnière et ledit élément d'arrêt longitudinal agisse sur ledit corps, et agisse de préférence sur l'extrémité libre dudit corps ou alternativement
    - ledit dispositif amortisseur (2) est placé dans ladite direction axiale (X-X) dans une position telle que ledit corps (18) fasse face à ladite coupelle de charnière (3) et ledit élément d'arrêt longitudinal (40) agisse sur ladite tige (19), de préférence sur l'extrémité libre (19a) de ladite tige.
  8. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, dans laquelle :
    - ledit élément d'arrêt longitudinal est identifié par une partie dudit premier axe (13) ou par un composant (40) qui est relié de manière rigide audit premier axe (13) ou directement relié/intégré audit bras de charnière (4) et/ou
    - ledit levier d'actionnement (31) est relié de manière pivotante et rigide à ladite tige de liaison inférieure (12), de préférence ledit levier d'actionnement (31) a son axe de rotation coïncidant avec ou parallèle audit quatrième axe (16).
  9. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans laquelle ladite tige (19) est dans une position telle que son extension dans ladite direction longitudinale (X-X) coupera ou sera tangente au premier axe (13).
  10. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans laquelle ledit dispositif amortisseur (2) comprenant ledit corps (18) et ladite tige (19) est monté à bord d'un support rigide (33) fixé audit bras de charnière (4).
  11. Charnière selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle ledit support rigide (33) est fixé audit bras de charnière (4) via un cinquième axe (34) s'étendant dans ladite direction transversale (Y-Y) entre lesdits côtés longitudinaux (4b) du bras de charnière (4).
  12. Charnière selon la revendication 10 ou 11, dans laquelle ledit support rigide (33) comprend un berceau longitudinal (38) pour recevoir et guider le mouvement de coulissement dudit corps (18) dans ladite direction longitudinale (X-X).
  13. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, dans laquelle ledit support rigide (33) comprend un élément transversal avant (35) s'étendant dans ladite direction transversale (Y-Y), qui est formé avec une forme telle qu'il repose sur, de préférence embrasse, ledit premier axe (13), l'extrémité dudit dispositif amortisseur (2) qui fait face vers ladite coupelle de charnière reposant sur ledit élément transversal avant (35).
  14. Charnière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13, dans laquelle ledit support rigide (33) comprend des sièges de positionnement (37) pour maintenir lesdits moyens élastiques (30) en position de sorte que ledit support rigide (33), ledit amortisseur (2) et lesdits moyens élastiques (30) définiront une unité préassemblée appropriée pour être montée dans la charnière (1) en tant que pièce unique, pendant l'assemblage.
