Claims (15)

  1. Charnière à effet ressort avec un amortisseur pour l'ouverture et la fermeture de portes de meubles, ladite charnière comprenant :
    - une cuvette de charnière (3) conçue pour être fixée à une porte de meuble,
    - une plaque de fixation (7) ;
    - un bras de charnière (4) s'étendant dans une direction longitudinale prédominante (X-X), connecté à la plaque de fixation (7) d'une manière amovible,
    - des premiers moyens de connexion articulée (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16) pour connecter d'une manière articulée une extrémité arrière (8) de la cuvette de charnière (3) à une première extrémité (5) dudit bras de charnière (4), ladite cuvette de charnière (3) et ledit bras de charnière (4) étant articulés mutuellement pour se déplacer entre une configuration de charnière fermée et une configuration de charnière ouverte, dans laquelle la porte de meuble est fermée et, respectivement, ouverte par rapport au reste de l'élément de meuble et
    - des moyens élastiques conçus pour fonctionner entre ladite cuvette de charnière (3) et ledit bras de charnière (4) pour pousser ladite charnière avec une charge élastique prédéfinie vers ladite configuration de charnière fermée durant une section finale du mouvement de fermeture de la charnière de la configuration de charnière ouverte à la configuration de charnière fermée,
    dans laquelle ladite plaque de fixation (7) comprend un corps s'étendant dans une direction longitudinale prédominante (X-X) équipé de moyens pour le fixer à un épaulement de meuble, et des moyens d'accouplement (32) pour fixer ledit bras de charnière (4) d'une manière par encliquetage,
    caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un dispositif amortisseur (2) ayant un corps (18) et une tige de piston (19) associés fonctionnellement l'un avec l'autre pour être mobiles mutuellement suivant ladite direction longitudinale (X-X) contre une action de freinage pour le mouvement amortisseur, ledit dispositif amortisseur (2) étant fixé directement et supporté par le corps de ladite plaque de fixation (7) pour être solidaire avec celle-ci.
  2. Charnière à effet ressort selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ladite plaque de fixation (7) définit un logement et ledit dispositif amortisseur (2) est logé dans ledit logement.
  3. Charnière à effet ressort selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle ladite plaque de fixation (7) a un côté supérieur destiné à être orienté vers le bras de charnière (4) et un côté inférieur destiné à être orienté vers l'épaulement de meuble auquel la plaque de fixation (7) est destinée à être fixée, dans laquelle ledit logement (30) est obtenu pour une première partie sous une portion (30b) de ladite plaque de fixation (7) et pour une deuxième partie au-dessus d'une portion (30a) de ladite plaque de fixation (7).
  4. Charnière à effet ressort selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle ladite première partie et ladite deuxième partie dudit logement (30) sont décalées entre elles dans ladite direction longitudinale (X-x).
  5. Charnière à effet ressort selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle ladite plaque de fixation (7) a un côté supérieur destiné à être orienté vers le bras de charnière (4) et un côté inférieur destiné à être orienté vers l'épaulement de meuble auquel la plaque de fixation (7) est destinée à être fixée, dans laquelle ledit logement est obtenu entièrement sous le côté inférieur de ladite plaque de fixation (7).
  6. Charnière à effet ressort selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle ladite plaque de fixation (7) a un côté supérieur destiné à être orienté vers le bras de charnière (4) et un côté inférieur destiné à être orienté vers l'épaulement de l'élément de meuble auquel la plaque de fixation (7) est destinée à être fixée, dans laquelle ledit logement est obtenu entièrement au-dessus du côté supérieur de ladite plaque de fixation (7), ledit dispositif amortisseur (2) étant conçu pour être orienté vers le bloc intermédiaire (31) du bras de charnière (4).
  7. Charnière à effet ressort selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle ladite plaque de fixation (7) comprend des moyens d'engagement (10) pour maintenir d'une manière amovible ledit dispositif amortisseur (2) dans ledit logement.
  8. Charnière à effet ressort selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans laquelle ladite plaque de fixation (7) comprend des moyens de réglage (29, 29a, 29b) pour régler la position axiale dans ladite direction longitudinale (X-X) de la partie dudit dispositif amortisseur (2) fixée à ladite plaque de fixation (7).
  9. Charnière à effet ressort selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans laquelle ledit dispositif amortisseur (2) est fixé à la plaque de fixation (7) de manière que, durant ladite section finale du mouvement de fermeture de la charnière de la configuration de charnière ouverte à la configuration de charnière fermée, ladite tige de piston (19) soit actionnée pour se déplacer par rapport au corps (18) et freiner le mouvement de rapprochement mutuel entre la cuvette de charnière (3) et le bras de charnière (4).
  10. Charnière à effet ressort selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle ledit dispositif amortisseur (2) est associé fonctionnellement à ladite cuvette de charnière (3) par le biais de deuxièmes moyens de connexion articulée (23) pour être actionnés durant ladite section finale du mouvement de fermeture de la charnière de la configuration de charnière ouverte à la configuration de charnière fermée et freiner le mouvement de rapprochement mutuel entre la cuvette de charnière (3) et le bras de charnière (4), ledit dispositif amortisseur (2) étant positionné de manière qu'il soit aligné sous ledit bras de charnière (4) suivant ladite direction longitudinale prédominante (X-X).
  11. Charnière à effet ressort selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle lesdits deuxièmes moyens de connexion articulée (23) comprennent un levier oscillant (24) supporté quand il pivote sur un axe de levier oscillant (25) par ledit bras de charnière (4).
  12. Charnière à effet ressort selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle ledit levier oscillant (24) comprend un premier bras (24a) pour opérer sur ladite tige de piston (19) du dispositif amortisseur (2) et un deuxième bras (24b) connecté tout en tournant auxdits premiers moyens de connexion articulée au moyen de tiges de transmission de manière que, au moins durant ladite section finale du mouvement de fermeture de la charnière de la configuration de charnière ouverte à la configuration de charnière fermée, ledit levier oscillant (24) pivote sur ledit axe de levier oscillant (25) pour opérer sur ladite tige de piston (19) et la forcer à se déplacer en arrière dans le corps (18) du dispositif amortisseur (2).
  13. Charnière à effet ressort selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 12, dans laquelle lesdits premiers moyens de connexion articulée comprennent :
    - une tige de connexion supérieure (11) pivotée au bras de charnière (4) et à la cuvette (3) respectivement au niveau d'un premier axe (13) et d'un deuxième axe (15),
    - une tige de connexion inférieure (12) pivotée au bras de charnière (4) et à la cuvette (3) respectivement au niveau d'un troisième axe (14) et d'un quatrième axe (16).
  14. Charnière à effet ressort selon la revendication 14, dans laquelle lesdits premier axe (13), deuxième axe (15), troisième axe (14), quatrième axe (16), cinquième axe (27) et axe de levier oscillant (25) s'étendent parallèlement entre eux dans une direction (Y-Y) perpendiculaire à ladite direction longitudinale (X-X).
