Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zum Entleeren des Inhalts eines Behälters, das von einem Kipper (1) durchgeführt wird, der dazu ausgebildet ist, das Entleeren des Inhalts des Behälters (10) zu bewirken, der mit einer vorstehenden Lippe (11) mit einer Oberseite (FS11) und einer Unterseite (FI11) versehen ist, die die Schüttöffnung (12) des Behälters (10) umgibt, umfassend:
    - einen Träger (2), der dazu bestimmt ist, an einem Teil eines Sammelfahrzeugs (100) befestigt zu werden, das mit einem Trog (101) ausgestattet ist, der eine obere Öffnung (102) umfasst, die sich in einer im Wesentlichen horizontalen Ebene erstreckt, wobei der Träger (2) dazu vorgesehen ist, in der Nähe der Öffnung (102) des Trogs (101) befestigt zu werden,
    - einen Arm (3) mit zwei Längsenden (31, 32), der über ein Schwenkgelenk (4) mit einer Achse (A) an einem ersten Längsende (31) schwenkbar an dem Träger (2) angebracht ist, wobei der Arm (3) mit einem Gegenkamm (33) ausgestattet ist, der dazu ausgebildet ist, gegen die Oberseite (FS11) der Lippe (11) der Schüttöffnung (12) des Behälters (10) zu drücken, wobei der Gegenkamm (33) in einer Zwischenposition an dem Arm (3) zwischen dem ersten Längsende (31) und dem zweiten Längsende (32) in einem Abstand (D33) von mehr als 40 cm von der Achse (A) und wenigstens einer Rolle (34) positioniert ist, dazu ausgebildet, eine Seitenwand (13) des Behälters (10) aufzunehmen, die auf Höhe des zweiten Längsendes (32) des Arms (3) positioniert ist,
    - einen Aktuator (5), der dazu ausgebildet ist, den Arm (3) relativ zu dem Träger (2) um die Achse (A) zu schwenken,
    - einen Kamm (6), der relativ zu dem Arm (3) in einer im Wesentlichen längsgerichteten Richtung (L3) des Arms (3) gleitend beweglich montiert und dazu ausgebildet ist, an der unteren Fläche (FI11) der Lippe (11) der Schüttöffnung (12) des Behälters (10) in Anlage zu kommen,
    - einen Aktuator (7), der dazu ausgebildet ist, den Kamm (6) relativ zu dem Arm (3) in der im Wesentlichen längsgerichteten Richtung (L3) des Arms (3) gleiten zu lassen,
    - eine Steuereinrichtung, die mit den Aktuatoren (5, 7) verbunden ist,
    wobei der Kamm (6) und der Gegenkamm (33) dazu ausgebildet sind, die Lippe (11) der Schüttöffnung (12) des Behälters (10) zu umgreifen, um das Anheben und Halten des Behälters (10) auf dem Arm (3) zu gewährleisten,
    und wobei die Steuereinrichtung dazu ausgebildet ist, die Aktuatoren (5, 7) anzutreiben, um zu bewirken, dass der Kamm (6) relativ zu dem Arm (3) gleitet und der Arm (3) relativ zu dem Träger (2) schwenkt, um das Entleeren des Inhalts des Behälters (10) in den Trog (101) durch die Öffnung (102) des Trogs (101) zu ermöglichen, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    (a) Verschieben des Kamms (6) relativ zu dem Arm (3), bis der Gegenkamm (33) an der Oberseite (FS11) der Lippe (11) der Schüttöffnung (12) des Behälters (10) in Anlage kommt und der Kamm (6) an der Unterseite (FI11) der Lippe (11) der Schüttöffnung (12) des Behälters (10) in Anlage kommt, in einer Ausgangsposition des Arms (3), in der der Arm (3) in einem Winkel von im Wesentlichen Null in Bezug auf die Vertikale (V) ausgerichtet bleibt,
    (b) Schwenken des Arms (3) relativ zu dem Träger (2) aus seiner Ausgangsposition und Ausführen einer Beschleunigung des Arms (3) relativ zu dem Träger (2), wenigstens aus einer Zwischenposition des Arms (3), wobei der Arm (3) einen Winkel zwischen 70 ° und 90 ° in Bezug auf die Vertikale (V) bildet, bis zu einer Endposition des Arms (3), wobei der Arm (3) einen Winkel zwischen 120° und 160° in Bezug auf die Vertikale (V) bildet, so dass der Inhalt des Behälters (10) in dem Behälter (10) zwischen der Zwischenposition und der Endposition des Arms (3) durch die Beschleunigung des Behälters (10) relativ zu dem Träger (2) zwischen der Zwischenposition des Arms (3) und der Endposition des Arms (3) gehalten wird, wobei die Steuereinrichtung und/oder der Aktuator (5), der das Schwenken des Arms (3) relativ zu dem Träger (2) bewirkt, dazu ausgebildet ist, dass zwischen der Zwischenposition und der Endposition des Arms (3):
    - die lineare Beschleunigung des Arms (3) relativ zu dem Träger (2) am Gegenkamm (33) zwischen 1,5 m.s-2 und 5 m.s-1 liegt, und
    - die lineare Geschwindigkeit des Arms (3) relativ zu dem Träger (2) am Gegenkamm (33) zwischen 1 m.s-1 und 3 m.s-1 liegt;
    c) hydraulisches Bremsen des Arms (3) relativ zu dem Träger (2), wenn sich der Arm (3) in der genannten Endposition befindet, um den Auswurf des Inhalts des Behälters (10) in den Trog (101) durch die Öffnung (102) des Trogs (101) zu bewirken.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Steuereinrichtung und/oder der Aktuator (5), der das Schwenken des Arms (3) relativ zu dem Träger (2) bewirkt, dazu ausgebildet sind, dass in Schritt (b) zwischen der Anfangsposition und der Zwischenposition des Arms (3) der Arm (3) relativ zu dem Träger (2) geschwenkt wird, wobei:
    - die lineare Beschleunigung des Arms (3) relativ zu dem Träger (2) am Gegenkamm (33) kleiner als 0,5 m.s-2 ist, und
    - die lineare Geschwindigkeit des Arms (3) relativ zu dem Träger (2) am Gegenkamm (33) kleiner als 1,5 m.s-1 ist.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Steuereinrichtung und/oder der Aktuator (5), der das Schwenken des Arms (3) relativ zu dem Träger (2) bewirkt, derart ausgebildet sind, dass die Lineargeschwindigkeit des Arms (3) relativ zu dem Träger (2) am Gegenkamm (33) am Ende von Schritt (b) zwischen 2 m.s-1 und 3 m.s-1 liegt.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Aktuator (5), der das Schwenken des Arms (3) relativ zu dem Träger (2) bewirkt, einen Zylinder (5) mit einem Körper (51) umfasst, der einen Kolben (52) gleitend aufnimmt, wobei der Körper (51) des Zylinders (5) eine Verengung umfasst, die dazu ausgebildet ist, den Kolben (52) relativ zu dem Körper (51) abzubremsen, um die hydraulische Bremsung in Schritt (c) zu bewirken.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das Steuermittel und/oder der Aktuator (7), der das Gleiten des Kamms (6) relativ zu dem Arm (3) antreibt, derart ausgebildet sind, dass der Gleitweg (C6) des Kamms (6) relativ zu dem Arm (3) während des Schritts (a) zwischen 30 cm und 1 m, beispielsweise bei 50 cm, liegt.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der Abstand (D33) zwischen der Achse (A) des Gelenks (4) und dem Gegenkamm (33) des Arms (3) zwischen 50 cm und 80 cm liegt.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, ausgeführt für ein Sammelfahrzeug (100), das der Trog (101) mit einer oberen Öffnung (102) aufweist, die sich in einer im Wesentlichen horizontalen Ebene erstreckt, und wobei der Träger (2) an einem Teil des Fahrzeugs (100) in der Nähe der oberen Öffnung (102) des Trogs (101) befestigt ist.
