Definitions

  • the invention relates to the field of mobile (nomadic) and portable lighting, in particular lighting of the portable type.
  • a portable lamp is used in particular in the building industry to illuminate a construction site, allowing the user to easily make his lighting mobile in order to adapt to each situation.
  • a portable lamp must be easily transportable, be able to operate on batteries or be able to be electrically connected to the mains, and be able to illuminate from a certain height.
  • corded handlamps with fixed lighting and fitted with a suspension system compact battery-powered handlamps, including fixed lighting and a handle which allows the handlamp to be fixed at a height by suspending the handle, and those in the form of a much more imposing box storing one or more power batteries, intended to be placed on the floor, and storing a lighting which is integral with a telescopic mast in order to arrange lighting at a certain height.
  • a lighting device according to the preamble of claim 1 is disclosed in document EP 2 146 136 A1 .
  • the object of the invention is therefore to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks by proposing a mobile lighting device making it possible to illuminate overhead, while being easy to implement, having a size which allows lighting making it possible to remain, if necessary, at most close to the user, or even able to be kept in the hand, and necessarily guaranteeing its operation even when the lighting is on battery power.
  • the mobile lighting device is in accordance with claim 1.
  • the mobile lighting device comprises lighting, and a support for the lighting making it possible to arrange the lighting in height and also being with a storage function for the lighting, the device being characterized in that the lighting is removable with respect to the support and houses its own electric power supply (rechargeable), and in that the support has a body which comprises, on one on the one hand, a storage housing capable of accommodating the lighting which can if necessary be switched on in the position installed in the housing, and on the other hand, two feet capable of adopting two positions, a storage position and a functional position, the two feet, when they are in the functional position, forming with the body of the support a tripod which comprises a head on which the lighting which has been taken out of its housing can be removably fixed.
  • the feet can be removable relative to the body of the support, or can be integral with the body of the support and foldable/unfoldable.
  • the mobile lighting device of the invention provides multi-position lighting and uses: the removability of the lighting relative to the support allows the detachment of the lighting which can then be easily kept in hand, without be heavy and bulky, can if necessary be used in corners of a room that are difficult to access, while guaranteeing lighting, since it includes its own battery-type power supply.
  • the lighting can be positioned in height thanks to its storage support which converts into a tripod and at the level of the head of which the lighting is mounted.
  • the lighting can remain in place in the housing of the support and be switched on, providing a different orientation of illumination.
  • the stand without being transformed into a tripod can be arranged on a surface with the lighting stored and turned on, providing yet another orientation of illumination.
  • the stand When the stand is not converted into a tripod, then it retains a footprint that does not need to extend in height, which can be handy in some situations.
  • the support has an elongated (oblong) shape of size equivalent to that of the two legs in order to provide the tripod.
  • the storage housing is arranged in one of the main surfaces (of the body) of the support so that in the stored position in the housing, the lighting is arranged in a direction oblique to the vertical in the installed position of the tripod and can light in a direction opposite to the feet.
  • the storage housing for the lighting is in the form of a recess passing through the thickness of the body of the support, in particular the lighting being intended to be held by wedging in the recess, and preferably against abutment means.

  • the support comprises electrical power supply or recharging means for the lighting (said means being arranged internally to the body of the support), in particular at least one battery, and a wired connection system for connecting said power supply means on an electrical distribution network such as the sector.
  • said lighting is stored in its housing, its own power supply (which operates on battery) is directly recharged by the power supply means of the support.
  • the support can be connected to the mains allowing its power supply means to be recharged, and consequently to supply or recharge the battery of the lighting.
  • the wired connection system preferably comprises an electrical cord which is integral with the support (and is connected to the electrical supply means) and the support comprises means for storing said cord; as a variant, the cord can be removable and can be plugged into a socket on the support opening outside the support and connected to the electrical supply means.
  • the body of the support has a peripheral frame which is provided with a groove (over the entire periphery of the frame) adapted to receive a coiled electrical power cord, allowing easy storage of the cord.
  • the support may include an electrical outlet connected to the power supply means of the support to be electrically connected to the support and to supply electricity to external electrical equipment such as an electric tool.
  • This electrical outlet is independent of the wired connection system for supplying electricity to the power supply means of the support.
