    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung einen Schutzüberzug (25) aus transparentem Material aufweist, wobei der Schutzüberzug (25) die besagte, gegenüber den Leuchtmitteln angeordnete Öffnung (24) bedeckt, und wobei das besagte Gehäuse (1) aus zwei hohlen, im Wesentlichen halbzylinderförmigen Schalen (2, 3) gebildet ist, und wobei die besagte Trägerplatte (4) zwischen den Schalen (2,3) haltbar ist, sobald die Trägerplatte (4) zwischen den Schalen (2,3) mit Hilfe von Montagehilfsmitteln (15A, 15B) montiert sind.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (1) darüber hinaus eine durchbrochene Platte (29) aufweist, in deren Lichtlöcher (40) jeweils eine Diode aufnehmbar ist, wobei die Diode von der Oberfläche der besagten durchbrochenen Platte (29) absteht.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Verstärkungsrippen (42) auf der besagten durchbrochenen Platte (39) vorgesehen sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungsrippen (42) auf dem besagten transparenten Schutzüberzug (25) vorgesehen sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Dioden (5) ein weißes Lichtbündel ausstrahlen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer der Schalen (3) eine Energiequelle in der Form einer Batterie oder eines Akkumulators aufnehmbar und haltbar ist, während die besagte Öffnung auf der anderen Schale (2) angeordnet ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung ein Mittel (6) zur Aufnahme und Befestigung von Akkumulatoren oder von Batterien aufweist, insbesondere in der Form einer im Wesentlichen rechteckigen Platte (9), wobei auf einer seiner Seiten Laschen (16, 17, 18) zum Blockieren und Befestigen der besagten Batterien oder Akkumulatoren vorgesehen sind.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung aus einem Haken (7) gebildete Befestigungsmittel umfasst, wobei der Haken (7) zwischen einer ersten aktiven Stellung, in welcher der besagte Haken (7) von dem Gehäuse (1) absteht, und einer in das Gehäuse eingezogenen Stellung versenkbar ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haken (7) in seiner aktiven Stellung um die Längsachse (X-X) des besagten Gehäuses (1) drehbar ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte Gehäuse (1) Feststellmittel (22) oder ähnlich wirkende Mittel aufweist, mit welchen der besagte Haken (7) in wenigstens einer in Bezug auf das besagte Gehäuse (1) gedrehten Stellung (rückstellbar) blockierbar ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung entweder durch Akkumulatoren oder im besagten Gehäuse (1) angeordnete Batterien betreibbar ist oder eine Netzversorgung mittels einer Versorgungsleitung, die das besagte Gehäuse (1) mit der besagten Gleichstromquelle oder die Netzversorgung über einen Transformator verbindet.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (1) Mittel zum Blockieren der besagten Versorgungsleitung am Gehäuse (1) aufweist, damit die Vorrichtung durch den Bediener befestigbar oder mittels der Leitung aufhängbar ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte Gehäuse (1) solche Mittel zum lösbaren Befestigen der Leitung mit sich selbst aufweist, so dass die Leitung in der Nähe der Mittel zum Blockieren im Wesentlichen tangential zum Gehäuse (1) gerichtet ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Haken (7) aus verformbarem Material gebildet ist, so dass die Vorrichtung bei unbeabsichtigtem Zug an der Versorgungsleitung lösbar ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Schale (2, 3) aus steifem, insbesondere metallischem Material, beispielsweise Aluminium, gebildet ist, und mit einem Film oder einer Beschichtung aus weichem Material, wie Elastomer, beschichtet ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdichtung zwischen den zwei besagten Schalen (2, 3) entlang ihrer Verbindungskanten (12, 13, 14) mittels einer Dichtung ausgebildet ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Dichtung durch Abguss der Beschichtung auf der Außenseite der Schalen gebildete Dichtlippen aufweist.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung einen Schalter in der Form eines Druckknopfs (26) aufweist, der auf der besagten Trägerplatte (4) der Dioden angeordnet ist und von außen über die entsprechende Seite einer der Schalen (2) zugänglich ist.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten zwei Schalen (2, 3) miteinander durch von außen zugängliche Schrauben verbunden sind.
  20. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (1) so gebildet ist, dass eine ebene Stirnseite senkrecht zur Längsachse (X-X) ausgebildet ist, damit die Vorrichtung vertikal und stabil auf einer horizontalen Ebene aufstellbar ist.
  21. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte Gehäuse (1) zum Verbinden und lösbaren Befestigen des einen oder des anderen von zwei Stirnelementen ausgebildet ist, wobei das eine Stirnelement (9) in dem Gehäuse angeordnete Mittel zum elektrischen Aufladen der Akkumulatoren aufweist, und das andere Stirnelement (8) zum Führen und Befestigen der Versorgungsleitung am Gehäuseausgang ausgebildet ist.
  22. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (1) zylinderförmig ausgebildet ist und einen geraden elliptischen Abschnitt aufweist.
