  • An alternative is a modular design, with the manufacture and delivery of the individual standing or supporting elements taking place separately from the pool wall elements or the pool floor elements.
  • Such concepts are known to those skilled in the art.
  • Representative is the WO2015121766A1 called, which presents a swimming pool construction in which a combination of plastic and stainless steel elements in a segmented or modular design is used to erect a swimming pool.
  • the support elements used are designed as complicated, rigid steel or plastic elements and covered with a plastic covering as insulation and/or corrosion protection on the side facing away from the water.
  • the previously known modular construction concepts do not offer any possibility of doing justice to the increasing variety and complexity of modern stainless steel pools.
  • the individual modular structural elements have been defined in the planning phase and manufactured accordingly in advance so that they can be set up at the destination.
  • An actual modular principle which on the one hand enables a large number of structural elements to be manufactured in advance and e.g. to be able to be stored, and on the other hand is suitable for this at the installation site with order-specific structural elements, such as a pool wall element with a special pool wall and/or overflow channel geometry and/or certain length and/or depth of being combined is not yet known.
  • the object of the present invention was to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide a device and a method by means of which a user is able to construct a swimming pool in a simple, cost-effective manner and, above all, that can be adapted to order-specific requirements , preferably stainless steel swimming pools.
  • a further object is to enable the number of weld seams visible on the inside of the pool by means of the modular construction according to the invention, by means of the pool wall uprights according to the invention and the method according to the invention.
  • the device according to the invention is a pool wall stand according to the invention or a swimming pool comprising at least one pool wall stand according to the invention.
  • the pool wall stand according to the invention comprises at least one vertical support, each vertical support having a support profile with a support height and a support width in the direction of the side facing away from the pool or water, as well as at least one floor support, which is designed to project beyond the support width at least on one side and is connected to the vertical support.
  • the pelvic wall stand optionally comprises at least one horizontal element, which is designed so that it can be coupled to the vertical supports to reinforce two or more adjacently arranged vertical supports.
  • the vertical support has a plurality of receiving means at least along the height of the support
  • the pool wall stand according to the invention also comprises at least one holding element and/or the optional at least one horizontal element, each of which has at least one coupling means that is complementary in shape and function to the receiving means of the vertical support.
  • the at least one coupling means is formed on a side facing the vertical support.
  • the holding element In its coupling position on the vertical support, the holding element has, at least on a side facing away from the pool or water, a receiving arm that projects beyond the width of the support and has a holding element top side for vertical or height-adjustable support of at least one section of the pool wall, which includes a pool edge.
  • the receiving means is designed as an opening and the coupling means is designed as a latching element and/or extension, or alternatively that the receiving means is designed as a latching element and/or extension and the coupling means is designed as an opening.
  • the pool wall stand according to the invention thus allows a height adjustability in a very simple manner, as a result of which a substantially horizontal support plane for the swimming pool is made possible at the installation site. Different height levels of the ground on which the swimming pool is to be erected can thus be relatively easily compensated for on site during construction.
  • the pool wall stand according to the invention can be manufactured in comparatively large numbers in advance and the order-specific pool geometries, such as a predetermined pool depth, can be adjusted accordingly at the installation site.
  • the retaining element belonging to the pool wall stand can be manufactured in advance to the specified geometry of the pool wall sections, in particular to the cross-sectional geometry of the pool edge and/or an overflow channel adjoining the pool wall section, and can be easily coupled to the vertical supports at the installation site using the mounting means and coupling means provided.
  • the pool wall uprights therefore combine a support function against vertical and/or horizontal forces with the possibility of reducing the number of required welded joints of the pool wall sections, because the vertical supports are relatively simple in design and can therefore be used almost anywhere and only the holding element or the pool wall sections are order-specific and to each other have to be manufactured appropriately.
  • the usable pool wall sections can have a greater length in the longitudinal direction of the pool edge and/or water depth than is the case with known modular constructions with "prefabricated parts" of pool wall section and thus already pre-connected support elements of the case would be.
  • At least one level control means which is arranged on the floor support for the horizontal and/or vertical, preferably perpendicular, alignment of the vertical support.
  • the subsoil at the installation site on which the swimming pool is to be erected is not completely flat and even.
  • the design of the pool wall uprights according to the invention allows easy adjustment to height differences, it can therefore be advantageous if not only the height of the pool wall uprights but also their vertical orientation or inclination can be influenced.
  • a level control device can therefore compensate for a ground-related lateral inclination of the pool wall uprights at the installation site. All types of screw connections, which can influence the alignment of the vertical support through the position and/or setting of a screw, can be used as a leveling device.
  • the leveling device can achieve a very high degree of leveling and, at the same time, a good distribution of the load in the subsoil.
  • other screw connections are also conceivable, such as vertically positioned adjusting screws for regulating the level between the ground and the floor support or the vertical support.
  • the advantage of the level control means is also that the pool wall standers can be constructed very inexpensively and easily, since the local conditions can be compensated for relatively easily at the installation site.
  • the holding element upper side which is designed to support the at least one pool wall section at at least two support points.
  • the only two support points that are required allow for a very simple design of the retaining element that is simultaneously suitable for a large number of different pool wall section or pool edge and/or overflow channel geometries.
  • the upper side of the holding element is designed in such a way that a form-fitting contact is formed with at least parts of the at least one pool wall section, preferably including a pool edge and/or an overflow channel.
  • the upper side of the retaining element has at least two support points for supporting the at least one pool wall section in the direction of a transverse side, normal to the side of the retaining element facing away from the pool or water.
  • the at least one floor support and/or the at least one horizontal element and/or the holding element to be produced from a profile sheet metal, preferably a C-profile.
  • the design of the support elements mentioned as a profile sheet has the great advantage of weight and cost reduction compared to the design as a solid body.
  • the design as a C or U profile can be particularly advantageous in some cases, especially during production and later during construction, since a profile sheet that is partially open to the outside is easier to produce and the receiving means or the coupling means that complement it in terms of shape and function can be introduced into the supporting elements more easily than would be the case with a solid profile.
  • the receiving means of the vertical support are arranged on at least two longitudinal sides.
  • This embodiment makes it possible to ensure that holding elements and/or horizontal elements cannot be arranged on the vertical support in a mutually impeding manner. This also makes it possible for the horizontal elements to be coupled on the side of the vertical support that faces away from the pool or water. This enables a "nested" arrangement of horizontal elements and support elements. This increases the variety of arrangement options and thus also the easier adaptability of the pool wall uprights according to the invention to the order-specific conditions at the installation site.
  • the retaining element has at least two coupling means in the horizontal direction, preferably arranged parallel to the receiving means of the vertical support and having a complementary shape and function.
  • This embodiment facilitates the arrangement of any insulating panels on the outside, ie the side facing away from the water, of the pool wall sections. It can before mainly due to the horizontal elements coupled to the vertical support on the side facing away from the pool or water, comparatively thicker insulating panels are used, or a cavity of air is provided between the pool wall and the insulating panel than would be possible with receiving means or coupling means in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal elements.
  • the vertical support it is possible for the vertical support to be connected to the floor support via a strut on the side facing away from the pool or water.
  • the additional strut can serve to reduce the required diameter of the support profiles of the vertical support and/or the floor support, which protrudes at least on one side in relation to the support width, while maintaining the same mechanical load-bearing capacity. This offers potential for material savings and thus cost savings.
  • the vertical support and the floor support are designed in one piece, preferably L-shaped.
  • the one-piece embodiment allows faster and easier assembly at the installation site. Furthermore, this can possibly result in a higher load capacity of the pool wall stand, which means that a lower material thickness can be selected. Furthermore, the L-shaped design has the advantage that no floor support protrudes under the pelvic floor and additional support elements for supporting the pelvic floor can therefore be dispensed with. Furthermore, the L-shaped configuration is advantageous for stacking during storage and transport.
  • At least one clamping means preferably engaging in at least one of the receiving means, is designed to form a holding force between the vertical support and the at least one pool wall section.
  • Such a generic clamping means can be designed, for example, as a tension belt or the like and makes it possible, especially during assembly of the pool wall elements, by gripping on gripping elements provided for this purpose on the underside of the sheet metal to hold down. This may be necessary in order to align neighboring pool wall sections precisely and in alignment and can therefore significantly reduce the time required for assembly and welding work.
  • the use of two or more horizontal elements increases the stability of the swimming corner in the lateral direction. Furthermore, a reduced wall thickness of the horizontal elements and thus a comparatively filigree design can thus be made possible. If insulating panels are used, a local contact pressure on the insulating panels in the direction of the pool wall can be reduced.

  • pool wall sections before delivery to the installation site.
  • the order-specific geometry of the pool wall sections in a one-piece design with pool edge and overflow channel also reduces the necessary set-up and welding work "on-site", i.e. at the installation site.
  • pre-bending the pool wall as a one-piece pool wall section it is possible to hang the pool wall section directly on the wall, which saves time and money.
  • an insulating plate preferably made of a foamed polymer, is arranged between two adjacently arranged vertical supports and the at least one horizontal element.
  • Foamed polymers ie synthetic but also natural plastics, which have a high degree of injected air in the form of mostly closed pores, have proven to be particularly effective.
  • an attachment of such foamed polymers, such as preferably XPS, in combination with the swimming pool construction according to the invention or the pool wall uprights and horizontal elements is particularly easy to assemble.
  • This type of installation can reduce the insulating plate from slipping in the vertical and/or horizontal direction. This leads to a preferred form-fitting contact of the insulating panel with the side of the pool wall facing away from the water. This allows for an additional support function, which can reduce bulging of the pool wall due to the water pressure. The contact pressure is transferred from the horizontal elements to the vertical supports and the stability of the swimming pool is promoted.
  • This method allows the pre-assembly of the pool wall uprights and/or the installation to be carried out by people who are employed or trained specifically for this purpose. Furthermore, this allows the somewhat more complicated task of hanging and/or welding the pool wall elements or the pool floor elements to be carried out by qualified specialist personnel. Conversely, it can be achieved that the rough work can be carried out quickly and with relatively little effort and the comparatively expensive working hours of welding experts can be limited to the actual welding work. This enables significant time savings and cost advantages.

A steel panel is arranged on the pool side of each post construction, with an additional water retention element formed from a plastic material being provided and supported on it.

For this purpose, a support structure is provided, comprising a plurality of vertically projecting pool wall uprights and transverse struts extending between the uprights. On the inside of the pool, wall elements made of a plastic material are designed in the shape of a hollow profile and rest on the supporting structure. Separate edge elements are attached to the top of the wall elements. In addition, separate auxiliary support elements are provided on the upper side, which protrude on the side facing away from the inside of the pool. The auxiliary supports are used to support curbs along the perimeter of the pool to prevent them from sinking relative to the top edge of the pool over time.

It also describes the FR 2 962 467 A1 a support structure for forming a swimming pool, which comprises a plurality of support elements arranged one behind the other along the perimeter of the swimming pool. Each support element comprises upstanding in the vertical direction Pool wall stand on which a plate-shaped panel is supported. Furthermore, on the bottom side, a floor support element protruding in the direction away from the inside of the pool is arranged on one of the pool wall uprights. In the head area of the pool wall uprights, support elements are fastened to them, which protrude on the side facing away from the pool and serve to support an overflow channel.

Swimming pools made of plastic or stainless steel usually consist of a pool wall and a pool floor, as well as a support structure for fixing the trough-shaped swimming pool. The individual pool wall sections or elements are welded to one another and to the pool floor or its floor sections.

A person skilled in the art is familiar with a number of possible support structures which enable a modular construction of a swimming pool. As mentioned above, modular construction means the formation of individual elements or sections of the pool wall or the pool floor, as well as the support structure required for this, for erecting a swimming pool.

In recent years, in addition to the production of pool walls and floors made of plastic, the demand for stainless steel pools has increased. In order to have to carry out as few production steps as possible at the installation site of a swimming pool, it has recently been the case that individual prefabricated elements for swimming pools, according to a modular design, have already been manufactured in advance and set up and assembled at the destination. Complicated geometries of the pool wall, pool edge, a possible overflow channel, the inflow and outflow for water, etc. are more the rule than the exception. Manufacturing these complicated elements in advance has the disadvantage that the individual swimming pool modules may be very unwieldy and difficult to transport. However, if the size and/or length of the individual modules, which often consist of a pool wall section and a standing or support structure facing away from the water, is reduced in favor of the weight of the individual modules, the number of welded connections required inevitably increases. In addition, the many weld seams required to attach the support elements to a pool wall element are visible on the water-side inner wall of the pool, which contributes to the impairment of the desired appearance. Moreover the large number of water-averted parts and the shorter length of the individual prefabricated parts lead to an undesirably high number of welded joints, which lead to increased workload and thus increased costs at the installation site, since a longer deployment of specialist personnel is required.

An alternative is a modular design, with the manufacture and delivery of the individual standing or supporting elements taking place separately from the pool wall elements or the pool floor elements. Such concepts are known to those skilled in the art. Representative is the WO2015121766A1 called, which presents a swimming pool construction in which a combination of plastic and stainless steel elements in a segmented or modular design is used to erect a swimming pool. The support elements used are designed as complicated, rigid steel or plastic elements and covered with a plastic covering as insulation and/or corrosion protection on the side facing away from the water.

However, the previously known modular construction concepts do not offer any possibility of doing justice to the increasing variety and complexity of modern stainless steel pools. So far, the individual modular structural elements have been defined in the planning phase and manufactured accordingly in advance so that they can be set up at the destination. An actual modular principle, which on the one hand enables a large number of structural elements to be manufactured in advance and e.g. to be able to be stored, and on the other hand is suitable for this at the installation site with order-specific structural elements, such as a pool wall element with a special pool wall and/or overflow channel geometry and/or certain length and/or depth of being combined is not yet known.

The object of the present invention was to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide a device and a method by means of which a user is able to construct a swimming pool in a simple, cost-effective manner and, above all, that can be adapted to order-specific requirements , preferably stainless steel swimming pools. A further object is to enable the number of weld seams visible on the inside of the pool by means of the modular construction according to the invention, by means of the pool wall uprights according to the invention and the method according to the invention.

This object is achieved by a device according to claim 1 and a method according to claim 18.

The device according to the invention is a pool wall stand according to the invention or a swimming pool comprising at least one pool wall stand according to the invention. The pool wall stand according to the invention comprises at least one vertical support, each vertical support having a support profile with a support height and a support width in the direction of the side facing away from the pool or water, as well as at least one floor support, which is designed to project beyond the support width at least on one side and is connected to the vertical support. The pelvic wall stand optionally comprises at least one horizontal element, which is designed so that it can be coupled to the vertical supports to reinforce two or more adjacently arranged vertical supports. Furthermore, the vertical support has a plurality of receiving means at least along the height of the support, and the pool wall stand according to the invention also comprises at least one holding element and/or the optional at least one horizontal element, each of which has at least one coupling means that is complementary in shape and function to the receiving means of the vertical support. In the coupling position on the vertical support, the at least one coupling means is formed on a side facing the vertical support. In its coupling position on the vertical support, the holding element has, at least on a side facing away from the pool or water, a receiving arm that projects beyond the width of the support and has a holding element top side for vertical or height-adjustable support of at least one section of the pool wall, which includes a pool edge.

It is also provided that the receiving means is designed as an opening and the coupling means is designed as a latching element and/or extension, or alternatively that the receiving means is designed as a latching element and/or extension and the coupling means is designed as an opening.

In the manner described, the person skilled in the art will achieve a kind of "self-centering" or smooth engagement of the coupling means with the receiving means. This allows a very safe and quick installation. In addition, it can be advantageous in corner areas of the swimming pool or in other neuralgic places if the function of the coupling means and the receiving means is reversed. Extensions of the support profile, such as clinched or hook-shaped, are used as coupling means or receiving means or also latching elements Extensions or depressions provided. Hooked or T-shaped sheet metal extensions that can be latched in and thus coupled can also be used as latching elements.

The pool wall stand according to the invention thus allows a height adjustability in a very simple manner, as a result of which a substantially horizontal support plane for the swimming pool is made possible at the installation site. Different height levels of the ground on which the swimming pool is to be erected can thus be relatively easily compensated for on site during construction.

In addition, the pool wall stand according to the invention, or its individual components, can be manufactured in comparatively large numbers in advance and the order-specific pool geometries, such as a predetermined pool depth, can be adjusted accordingly at the installation site. The retaining element belonging to the pool wall stand can be manufactured in advance to the specified geometry of the pool wall sections, in particular to the cross-sectional geometry of the pool edge and/or an overflow channel adjoining the pool wall section, and can be easily coupled to the vertical supports at the installation site using the mounting means and coupling means provided.

The pool wall uprights therefore combine a support function against vertical and/or horizontal forces with the possibility of reducing the number of required welded joints of the pool wall sections, because the vertical supports are relatively simple in design and can therefore be used almost anywhere and only the holding element or the pool wall sections are order-specific and to each other have to be manufactured appropriately. In this way, a cost-effective and at the same time relatively light modular construction is realized, in which the usable pool wall sections can have a greater length in the longitudinal direction of the pool edge and/or water depth than is the case with known modular constructions with "prefabricated parts" of pool wall section and thus already pre-connected support elements of the case would be. Moreover, with such "finished parts" welded connections between a support or standing element and a pool wall section on the side facing away from the water are often required, which are visible on the inside of the pool. Due to the pool wall uprights and retaining elements according to the invention, such additional welded connections can be dispensed with for the reasons mentioned above. Furthermore, can the construction time at the installation site can be significantly reduced thanks to the innovative modular concept.

It has been shown that the coupling of adjacent vertical supports via horizontal elements enables special advantages with regard to the stability of the swimming pool. Provision can also be made for insulating panels to be arranged on the outside of the pool wall between the vertical supports on the side facing away from the water for thermal insulation. This can, for example, reduce unwanted heat loss from warm bath water.

Furthermore, it can be expedient if at least one level control means, which is arranged on the floor support for the horizontal and/or vertical, preferably perpendicular, alignment of the vertical support.

In the most common cases, the subsoil at the installation site on which the swimming pool is to be erected is not completely flat and even. Although the design of the pool wall uprights according to the invention allows easy adjustment to height differences, it can therefore be advantageous if not only the height of the pool wall uprights but also their vertical orientation or inclination can be influenced. A level control device can therefore compensate for a ground-related lateral inclination of the pool wall uprights at the installation site. All types of screw connections, which can influence the alignment of the vertical support through the position and/or setting of a screw, can be used as a leveling device. In particular in connection with screws with elongated holes in the floor support and/or a floor plate, the leveling device can achieve a very high degree of leveling and, at the same time, a good distribution of the load in the subsoil. However, other screw connections are also conceivable, such as vertically positioned adjusting screws for regulating the level between the ground and the floor support or the vertical support. The advantage of the level control means is also that the pool wall standers can be constructed very inexpensively and easily, since the local conditions can be compensated for relatively easily at the installation site.

Furthermore, it can be provided that the holding element upper side, which is designed to support the at least one pool wall section at at least two support points.

The only two support points that are required allow for a very simple design of the retaining element that is simultaneously suitable for a large number of different pool wall section or pool edge and/or overflow channel geometries. For adequate support of the pool wall section in the vertical direction, with suitable positioning of the support points of the holding element, at least two support points can often be sufficient.

In addition, it can be provided that the upper side of the holding element is designed in such a way that a form-fitting contact is formed with at least parts of the at least one pool wall section, preferably including a pool edge and/or an overflow channel.

Particularly good support is ensured by the geometric design of the upper side of the holding element, as a so-to-speak “negative” to at least parts of the cross-section of the pool wall section and/or an overflow channel as a “positive”. This also enables a reduced wall thickness of the holding elements. In addition, the pool wall sections to be hooked in can be hooked into the holding elements with a precise fit, which means that there is protection against distortion when welding adjacent pool wall elements. As a result, a time-consuming set-up and/or bracing of adjacent pool wall elements before welding can be dispensed with.

Also advantageous is an embodiment according to which it can be provided that the upper side of the retaining element has at least two support points for supporting the at least one pool wall section in the direction of a transverse side, normal to the side of the retaining element facing away from the pool or water.

This makes it possible in a simple manner for two adjacent pool wall elements to be supported with just one holding element. The associated savings in material and set-up time is another advantage.

According to a development, it is possible for the at least one floor support and/or the at least one horizontal element and/or the holding element to be produced from a profile sheet metal, preferably a C-profile.

The design of the support elements mentioned as a profile sheet has the great advantage of weight and cost reduction compared to the design as a solid body. However, the design as a C or U profile can be particularly advantageous in some cases, especially during production and later during construction, since a profile sheet that is partially open to the outside is easier to produce and the receiving means or the coupling means that complement it in terms of shape and function can be introduced into the supporting elements more easily than would be the case with a solid profile.

Furthermore, it can be expedient if the receiving means of the vertical support are arranged on at least two longitudinal sides.

This embodiment makes it possible to ensure that holding elements and/or horizontal elements cannot be arranged on the vertical support in a mutually impeding manner.

In addition, it can be provided that the retaining element has at least two coupling means in the horizontal direction, preferably arranged parallel to the receiving means of the vertical support and having a complementary shape and function.

By forming at least two receiving means or coupling means, the stability in the vertical and horizontal direction can be increased. In addition, assembly is made much easier and tilting of the holding elements is avoided.

Provision can furthermore be made for the at least one horizontal element to be designed so that it can be coupled to receiving means on the side of the vertical support that faces away from the pool or water.

This embodiment facilitates the arrangement of any insulating panels on the outside, ie the side facing away from the water, of the pool wall sections.

According to a particular embodiment, it is possible for the vertical support to be connected to the floor support via a strut on the side facing away from the pool or water.

The additional strut can serve to reduce the required diameter of the support profiles of the vertical support and/or the floor support, which protrudes at least on one side in relation to the support width, while maintaining the same mechanical load-bearing capacity. This offers potential for material savings and thus cost savings.

According to an advantageous development, it can be provided that the vertical support and the floor support are designed in one piece, preferably L-shaped.

The one-piece embodiment allows faster and easier assembly at the installation site.

In particular, it can be advantageous if at least one clamping means, preferably engaging in at least one of the receiving means, is designed to form a holding force between the vertical support and the at least one pool wall section.

Such a generic clamping means can be designed, for example, as a tension belt or the like and makes it possible, especially during assembly of the pool wall elements, by gripping on gripping elements provided for this purpose on the underside of the sheet metal to hold down. This may be necessary in order to align neighboring pool wall sections precisely and in alignment and can therefore significantly reduce the time required for assembly and welding work.

Provision can also be made for at least two horizontal elements to be arranged one above the other and at a distance from one another in the vertical direction.

The use of two or more horizontal elements increases the stability of the swimming corner in the lateral direction. Furthermore, a reduced wall thickness of the horizontal elements and thus a comparatively filigree design can thus be made possible. If insulating panels are used, a local contact pressure on the insulating panels in the direction of the pool wall can be reduced.

Also advantageous is an embodiment according to which it can be provided that when the receiving means is designed as a latching element and/or extension and the coupling means is designed as an opening, the receiving means and the coupling means are designed as an opening and the vertical support is secured by means of at least one securing means, preferably screws. can be connected to the holding element.

If necessary, simple openings or holes are suitable for this purpose as receiving or coupling means. In this case, a very high degree of versatility in design can be achieved by designing the securing means as screws or bolts, preferably in combination with elongated holes.

A swimming pool according to the invention comprises a plurality of pool wall uprights designed according to one of the preceding parts of the description, and at least one pool wall section connected thereto and at least one pool floor element connected to at least one pool wall section.

The previously described advantages of the pool wall stand according to the invention and its embodiments can be transferred mutatis mutandis to the swimming pool according to the invention and are therefore not given again here. The person skilled in the art is referred to the corresponding technical effects and advantages of the pool wall stander.

According to a further development, it is possible for the at least one pool wall section, a pool edge and an overflow channel to be designed in one piece.

This allows a very efficient prefabrication of the pool wall sections before delivery to the installation site. The order-specific geometry of the pool wall sections in a one-piece design with pool edge and overflow channel also reduces the necessary set-up and welding work "on-site", i.e. at the installation site. By pre-bending the pool wall as a one-piece pool wall section, it is possible to hang the pool wall section directly on the wall, which saves time and money.

Furthermore, it can be expedient if an insulating plate, preferably made of a foamed polymer, is arranged between two adjacently arranged vertical supports and the at least one horizontal element.

In accordance with the above, this allows efficient thermal insulation of the pool and, under certain circumstances, protection against corrosion. Foamed polymers, ie synthetic but also natural plastics, which have a high degree of injected air in the form of mostly closed pores, have proven to be particularly effective. Moreover, an attachment of such foamed polymers, such as preferably XPS, in combination with the swimming pool construction according to the invention or the pool wall uprights and horizontal elements is particularly easy to assemble.

Provision can also be made for the at least one horizontal element to be arranged between two adjacent vertical supports in such a way that the insulating panel is pressed against the at least one pool wall section by means of a contact force by the at least one horizontal element.

This type of installation can reduce the insulating plate from slipping in the vertical and/or horizontal direction.

The invention is also based on the object of enabling a modular design which, in addition to differences in height at the installation site, also enables the swimming pool to be erected very easily and quickly. With the pool wall stand described above or the swimming pool according to the invention, a method for erecting a swimming pool is thus presented, which comprises the following method steps:
  • Providing, positioning and fastening a plurality of pool wall uprights designed according to the invention at predeterminable positions,
  • Optional coupling of at least two vertical supports by means of at least one horizontal element,
  • Coupling a plurality of the vertical supports, each with at least one holding element, to form a substantially horizontal support plane for at least one pool wall section, which pool wall section includes a pool edge,
  • Placing and supporting the at least one pool wall section on a receiving arm with a holding element upper side of the holding element to form at least part of a swimming pool.

This method allows the pre-assembly of the pool wall uprights and/or the installation to be carried out by people who are employed or trained specifically for this purpose.

According to a particular embodiment, it is possible for the vertical supports to be set up in a vertical position by means of level control means before the plurality of vertical supports are coupled to at least one holding element.

The advantages of this optional method step are analogous to the previously mentioned description of the level control means, which is why reference is made to the relevant passage.

According to an advantageous development, it can be provided that at least one pool floor element is connected to at least one pool wall section, preferably by welding.

The connection of the at least one pool wall section to at least one pool floor element can in turn preferably be carried out by welding experts to form a pool. The formation according to the invention of an essentially horizontal support plane for at least one section of the pool wall allows very rapid work during the subsequent connection with the sections of the pool floor.

Furthermore, it can be advantageous if at least one pool wall section is connected to at least one holding element at least in sections by welding.

In particular, it can be advantageous if insulating panels are pressed or prestressed against the at least one pool wall section on the side facing away from the water by means of a contact force by the at least one horizontal element.

Here, the previously described advantages of the very simple installation of the pool wall stand according to the invention or of the swimming pool can be used in order to achieve good stability of the swimming pool.

Stainless steel is preferably used as the material for the construction of the aforementioned support elements, as well as the pool wall sections that can be connected thereto, the pool edge, the overflow channel and/or the pool floor. The measures explained above make it possible to reduce the number and/or length of the required welded joints.

For a better understanding of the invention, it is explained in more detail with reference to the following figures.

Es zeigen jeweils in stark vereinfachter, schematischer Darstellung:They each show in a greatly simplified, schematic representation:

In the 1 a construction according to the invention of a part of a swimming pool 25 can be seen. In the exemplary embodiment shown, a pool wall stand 1 according to the invention consisting of at least one vertical support 2 and a floor support 6 is fastened to a substrate via level control means 5 . The vertical supports 2 have a support profile with a support height 3 and a side facing away from the pool Support width 4 up. The floor support shown is designed to be superior to the support width 4 on two sides. The floor supports 6 shown are connected to the vertical support 2 . The two vertical supports 2 shown are coupled to one another via an optional horizontal element 7 . Besides, it's off 1 it can be seen that a holding element 9 is coupled to the vertical support 2 . The holding element 9 is coupled via coupling means 10 which are designed to be complementary in terms of shape and function to receiving means 8 of the vertical support 2 . On its side facing away from the pelvis, the holding element 9 has a receiving arm 11 that projects over the width 4 of the support. The holding element 9 has a holding element upper side 12 upwards in the vertical direction. The holding element 9 is used for the vertical, height-adjustable support of at least one pool wall section 13 shown in dashed lines, the pool wall section 13 comprising a pool edge 14 .

This in 1 The level control means 5 shown can preferably be connected to a floor support 6 and a suitable fastening means via elongated holes. The level control means 5 can also have a base plate 28 which serves to reduce the surface pressure of the pool wall uprights on the ground.

Fig. 5 kann die Halteelementoberseite 12 mehrere Auflagepunkte 16 aufweisen. In 2 is analogous to 1 another possible embodiment of pool wall uprights 1 is shown. A special arrangement of receiving means 8 on at least two sides of the vertical support 2 can be seen here. This enables, among other things, the nested arrangement of horizontal elements 7 and holding elements 9. As in 2 As can be seen, the arrangement of at least two horizontal elements 7, which are spaced apart from one another in the vertical direction, is preferred. Furthermore, it can be seen that the holding element 9 has at least two support points 16 . The support points 16 are used to support the at least one pool wall section 13. In synopsis with 1 , 3 or. figure 5 the holding element upper side 12 can have several support points 16 . In borderline cases, the upper side of the holding element 12 can also be designed as a continuous, linear support surface for the underside of the pool wall section 13 to be placed and/or the pool edge 14 and/or an overflow channel 15 . In the chosen example 2 the formation of a strut 19 between the vertical support 2 and the floor support 6 can also be seen.

In the Figures 3a to 3d 4a and 4b, different possible embodiments of receiving means 8 and coupling means 10 can be seen. In Figure 3a the exploded view of a possible embodiment of a holding element 9 is shown. The holding element 9 has a receiving arm 11 which has a holding element upper side 12 complementary in shape to at least parts of the at least one pool wall section 13 . In this way, the illustrated geometry of the receiving arm 11 or the upper side of the holding element 12 enables a form-fitting contact with at least the pool wall section 13, preferably including the pool edge 14 and an overflow channel 15. The in Figure 3a coupling means 10 shown is designed as a latching element 23 . The receiving means 8, which are complementary in shape, are shown as an opening 22 on the vertical support.

In Figure 3b a holding element 9 is shown, which has at least two support points 16 for supporting the at least one pool wall section 13 in the direction of a transverse side and thus normal to the side of the holding element 9 facing away from the pool or water. The holding element 9 has two coupling means 10 arranged in parallel, which are designed as enforced or clinched latching elements 23 . This in Figure 3b The retaining element 9 shown can easily be hung on the vertical support 2 in the openings 22 or receiving means 8 provided for this purpose by means of the coupling means 10 . The exemplary embodiment shown makes it possible for two adjacently arranged pool wall sections 13 to be supported in the vertical direction by means of a common holding element 9 .

According to the present invention, it can be advantageous for the coupling means 10 and receiving means 8 to be interchanged in their arrangement on the vertical support 2 or the holding element 9 . Such an embodiment is in 3c shown. The receiving means 8 are designed as latching elements 23 or extensions, and the coupling means 10 of the holding element 9 , which are complementary in terms of shape and function, are shown as openings 22 . This results in the same advantages in terms of simple assembly and self-centering as in the previously mentioned embodiments in FIG Figures 3a to 3c , or the Figure 1, Figure 2 and 4 until 6 .

In 3d an embodiment is shown in which both the receiving means 8 and the coupling means 10 are formed as an opening 22 and the vertical support 2 by means at least one securing means 24 can be fastened to the vertical support 2. The openings 22 can preferably be designed as oblong holes in the vertical and/or horizontal direction in order to be able to align the holding element 9 in the vertical and/or horizontal direction. In 3d is also shown the support profile as a C-profile, as well as for all illustrated embodiments of the Figures 1 to 3c and Figures 4 to 6 represents the preferred embodiment.

In the Figures 4a and 4b shows sectional views through a vertical support 2 with horizontal elements 7 that can be coupled thereto. The horizontal elements 7 shown have coupling means 10 in the form of latching elements or extensions 23 . As in Figure 4a shown, the latching elements 23 can be bent and simply hung on the vertical support 2 in the receiving means 8 provided for this purpose in the form of openings 22 . However, it is also conceivable, as in Figure 4a shown that the receiving means 8 is also in the form of locking elements 23 with the same function but reversed alignment. In Figure 4b the coupling means 10 are shown as T-shaped latching elements 23. The form and function complementary design of the receiving means 8 provided for this purpose on the vertical support 2 also have T-shaped slotted openings 22 . After the horizontal elements 7 have been inserted into the vertical support 2 and moved downwards in the vertical direction, the horizontal elements 7 are latched in the vertical support 2 by the side arms of the T-shaped latching elements 23 in this way. In the Figures 4a and 4b illustrated exemplary embodiments for horizontal elements 7 serve to illustrate the arrangement on the vertical support 2 on the side facing away from the pool or water. Analogously to the shown embodiments of the receiving means 8 or coupling means 10 of the horizontal elements 7, the shown exemplary embodiments are directly conceivable for an arrangement on the side surface of the vertical support 2.

The in the Figures 1 to 6 illustrated embodiments and here in particular, 2 each have at least two receiving means 8 arranged in parallel or in pairs and corresponding coupling means 10 therewith. The number of receiving means 8 or coupling means 10 used is not limited in the vertical direction. However, it has proven to be advantageous for the spacing of the receiving means 8 on the vertical support 2 to be selected in increments of 1 to 5 cm in order to enable the holding elements 9 and/or the horizontal elements 7 to be aligned at small, discrete intervals.

Bodenplatten 28 abgebildet.the figure 5 12 represents part of a swimming pool 25 according to the invention. The pool wall uprights 1 are coupled to one another at their vertical supports 2 by means of horizontal elements 7 on the side facing away from the pool or water. Furthermore, it can be seen that a pool wall section 13 with a one-piece pool edge 14 and an overflow channel 15 is supported on the holding element upper side 12 of the holding element 9 . An insulating plate 18 is arranged on the side of the pool wall section 13 facing away from the pool or water between the two pool wall uprights 1 . The insulating plate 18 is thereby pressed by the horizontal elements 7 with a pressing force 27 against the rear side of the pool wall section 13 facing away from the water. Furthermore, in figure 5 Struts 19 for supporting the vertical supports 2 can be seen. About this, the vertical support 2 are made in one piece and L-shaped with the floor support 6. Similar to the descriptions of Figures 1 and 2 level control means 5 or floor plates 28 arranged on the floor supports 6 are also shown here.

Along with the aforementioned examples, in particular the description of 1 and 2 , the receiving arm 11 of the holding element 9 is shown with a holding element upper side 12 designed to complement the pool wall section 13 or the pool edge 14 and the overflow channel 15 . Furthermore, a clamping device 20 is shown, which is arranged between the vertical support 2 and the at least one pool wall section 13 to form a holding force 21 . It is possible for the clamping means 20 to engage in gripping elements provided for this purpose, which are not shown in any more detail, on the underside of the pool wall section 13 and clamp them to the vertical support 2 with the holding force 21 . Such an arrangement can remain on the vertical support 2 after the swimming pool 25 has been assembled. It is also conceivable, however, for the clamping means 20 to act on the side of the pool wall section 13 from the outside and only temporarily apply the holding force 21 to the vertical support 2 in order, for example, to enable the pool wall section 13 to be fixed and welded to the top side 12 of the holding element. After that, the clamping means 20 can be removed again in order not to impede the welding of adjacent pool wall sections 13 . The tensioning means 20 can be realized, for example, as a spring, tension belt or by means of adjusting screws. The use of a clamping device 20 is a relatively simple way of at least temporarily holding down the pool wall sections 13 given, whereby the assembly and / or the welding of the pool wall sections 13 can be facilitated.

To form a swimming pool 25, as in the 1 , 5 and 6 indicated, pool wall sections 13 are used, which are already formed in one piece with the pool edge 14 and/or an overflow channel 15 . However, it is also conceivable for a pool wall section 13 to have at least part of a pool floor element 26 as a partial section angled on the pool side. In this way, for example, an overlap with the adjoining pelvic floor elements 26 can be formed.
