Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a gas burner group capable of forming a plurality of flame crowns.
  • cooker appliances comprise gas burner groups having at least one gas burner plate on which the containers for cooking, for example cooking pots are placed, and a plurality of gas burner heads enabling heating said containers on the gas burner plate.
  • burner head performance depends on the stability of generated flames, the emission values of the gasses hazardous to human health such as CO, NOx dissipated due to burning of gas, the transmitted amount to a cooking pot, of the energy generated by burning of gas, and the size of the area under a cooking pot heated by the flames.
  • the flames generated around a gas burner head can only heat the edges of a cooking pot placed thereon since the flames encircle a single ring, and it may not be possible to provide all of the above-mentioned features.
  • gas burner heads are required, capable of forming a plurality of flame crowns in order to heat the containers referred to as woks.
  • the flames consist of two or three or four crowns and the flames are enabled to contact both the edges and the center of a pot.
  • the aim of the present invention is to realize a gas burner group with enhanced burning efficiency.
  • the gas burner group realized to achieve the aim of the invention and disclosed in the first claim and the dependent claims, comprises a gas burner body generating flame by burning flammable gases and enabling a cooking container placed thereon to be heated, having an inner mixing chamber in which gas and ambient air is mixed, feeding an inner flame crown, at least one vertical nozzle enabling transmitting gas to the inner mixing chamber; a gas burner head placed on the gas burner body, enabling transmitting flame to the base of a cooking container through the holes disposed around it; a gas burner cap placed on the gas burner head; a first horizontal nozzle and a second horizontal nozzle placed opposite each other on the gas burner body; a first outer mixing chamber and a second outer mixing chamber provided on the gas burner body; a first Venturi tube enabling transmitting the gas received through the first horizontal nozzle to the first outer mixing chamber; and a second Venturi tube enabling transmitting the gas received through the second horizontal nozzle to the second outer mixing chamber.
  • Flammable gas and ambient air are mixed in the mixing chamber, and the containers placed on the gas burner head are heated by the flames released through the holes.
  • the gas burner group comprises a vertical nozzle feeding the inner flame crown and two horizontal nozzles feeding the outer flame crown.
  • the gas burner group of the invention comprises at least one air inlet port provided on the gas burner body next to the first horizontal nozzle, extending to the first Venturi tube, and at least one second air inlet port provided on the gas burner body next to the second horizontal nozzle, extending to the second Venturi tube.
  • first horizontal nozzle When the fuel transmitted through the first horizontal nozzle is transmitted to the first Venturi tube, it advances by mixing with the air received through the first air inlet port. A homogeneous gas-air mixture is thus obtained in the first outer mixing chamber.
  • the fuel transmitted through the second horizontal nozzle is transmitted to the second Venturi tube, it advances by mixing with the air received through the second air inlet port, thereby enabling obtaining a homogeneous gas-air mixture in the second outer mixing chamber.
  • the at least one first air inlet duct extends outwards from the first air inlet port, in parallel to the first horizontal nozzle
  • the at least one second air inlet duct extends outwards from the second air inlet port, in parallel to the second horizontal nozzle.
  • the first air inlet duct and the second air inlet duct extending outwards from the gas burner body facilitate conveying air from the outer environment to the first air inlet port and to the second air inlet port. The amount of air received from the outer environment is thus increased, enabling continuous fresh air transmission to the first outer mixing chamber and to the second outer mixing chamber.
  • the first air inlet duct has a cross-section getting narrower towards the first air inlet port
  • the second air inlet duct has a cross-section getting narrower towards the second air inlet port. Venturi effect is created therein thanks to the difference between the inlet and outlet cross-sections of the first air inlet duct and the air inlet duct. By this, more fresh air intake is enabled into the first air inlet duct and the second air inlet duct. A more homogeneous gas-air mixture is sent to the first outer mixing chamber and the second outer mixing chamber.
  • the first Venturi tube and the second Venturi tube are positioned angulated with respect to each other on the gas burner body
  • the volume in the gas burner body is utilized more efficiently, enabling elongating the lengths of the Venturi tubes.
  • a homogeneous gas-air mixture is thus performed in the first Venturi tube and the second Venturi tube.
  • the first Venturi tube has a cross-section getting wider from the first horizontal nozzle towards the first outer mixing chamber, and the second Venturi tube with a cross-section getting wider from the second horizontal nozzle towards the second outer mixing chamber.
  • the Venturi effect is enhanced thanks to the difference in the inlet and outlet cross-sections of the first Venturi tube and the second Venturi tube, enabling more fresh air intake into the Venturi tubes.
  • a more homogeneous gas-air mixture is sent to the first outer mixing chamber and the second outer mixing chamber.
  • the gas burner body comprises an upper body and a lower body.
  • the gas burner body is assembled by attaching the lower body and the upper body to each other.
  • the mounting of the nozzles to the gas burner body is facilitated by means of the multiple part form of the gas burner body.
  • a wok type gas burner group capable of generating a plurality of flame crowns, improving the burning efficiency by creating a homogeneous gas-air mixture by means of a plurality of nozzles extending in vertical and horizontal directions,.
  • the gas burner group (1) comprises a gas burner body (2) generating flame by burning flammable gases and enabling a cooking container placed thereon to be heated, having
  • the gas burner group (1) of the invention comprises,
  • the gas burner group (1) by means of which an inner flame crown and an outer flame crown encircling the inner flame crown are generated, enables heating a cooking container placed thereon with higher power.
  • the inner flame crown is fed by the gas-air mixture formed in the inner mixing chamber (3) provided in the center of the gas burner body (2), by mixing air with the gas transmitted through the vertical nozzle (4) provided on the base of the inner mixing chamber (3).
  • the outer flame crown is fed by the gas-air mixture formed by mixing in the first outer mixing chamber (11) and the second outer mixing chamber (12), the gas transmitted through the first horizontal nozzle (9) and the second horizontal nozzle (10) placed opposite each other in the gas burner body (2), with the air received through the first air inlet port (15) and the second air inlet port (16).
  • the air required for burning is continuously provided thanks to feeding the gas-air mixture transmitted to the outer flame crown, separately through the first air inlet port (15) and the second air inlet port (16), thereby enabling performing the burning process effectively.
  • emission formation is prevented, likely to occur due to not burning of the gas transmitted through the first horizontal nozzle (9) and the second horizontal nozzle (10).
  • the gas burner group of the invention comprises at least one first air inlet duct (17) extending outwards from the first air inlet port (15), in parallel to the first horizontal nozzle (9), and at least one second air inlet duct (18) extending outwards from the second air inlet port (16), in parallel to the second horizontal nozzle (10). Air received from the outer environment is conveyed along the first air inlet duct (17) and the second air inlet duct (18), and is transmitted to the first outer mixing chamber (11) and the second outer mixing chamber (12).
  • the first air inlet duct (17) has a cross-section getting narrower towards the first air inlet port (15), and the second air inlet duct (18) has a cross-section getting narrower towards the second air inlet port (16).
  • a homogeneous gas-air mixture is obtained by increasing the flow rate of the air received from the outer environment into the first outer mixing chamber (11) and the second outer mixing chamber (12) thanks to the difference between the inlet and outlet cross-sections of the first air inlet duct (17) and the inlet duct (18).
  • the first Venturi tube (13) and the second Venturi tube (14) are positioned angulated with respect to each other on the gas burner body (2).
  • the lengths of both the first Venturi tube (13) and the second Venturi tube (14) is enabled to be elongated by means of angulated positioning with respect to each other in horizontal direction the first Venturi tube (13) and the second Venturi tube (14) extending to the first outer mixing chamber (11) and the second outer mixing chamber (12) feeding the outer flame crown. Gas and air are thus enabled to be mixed more homogeneously in the first Venturi tube (13) and the second Venturi tube (14). Burning efficiency of the gas burner group (1) is enhanced thanks to the obtained homogeneous gas-air mixture.
  • the gas transmitted to the first outer mixing chamber (11) and the second outer mixing chamber (12) through the angulated positioned first Venturi tube (13) and second Venturi tube (14), moves in radial direction by colliding the walls of the first outer mixing chamber (11) and the second outer mixing chamber (12).
  • This enables the gas-air mixture transmitted to the gas burner head (7) to be effectively distributed around the gas burner head (7), providing symmetrical flame formation.
  • the first Venturi tube (13) has a cross-section getting wider from the first horizontal nozzle (9) towards the first outer mixing chamber (11), and the second Venturi tube (14) has a cross-section getting wider from the second horizontal nozzle (10) towards the second outer mixing chamber (12).
  • a more homogeneous gas-air mixture is sent to the first outer mixing chamber (11) and the second outer mixing chamber (12) by means of the difference in inlet and outlet cross-sections of the first Venturi tube (13) and the second Venturi tube (14).
  • the gas burner body (2) comprises an upper body (20) and a lower body (19).
  • the gas burner body (2) is assembled by attaching the lower body (19) and the upper body (20) to each other. Production is facilitated by means of the multiple piece form of the gas burner body (2).
  • homogeneous gas-air mixture is formed by means of a first air inlet port (15) and a second air inlet port (16) positioned next to a first horizontal nozzle (9) and a second horizontal nozzle (10) feeding the outer flame crown, enhancing burning efficiency.
