- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'au moins un fluide de pré-nettoyage comprend au moins un fluide de pré-nettoyage principal et au moins un fluide de pré-nettoyage de rinçage secondaire, l'étape de procédé e) comprenant au moins une étape de pré-nettoyage principale et au moins une étape de pré-nettoyage de rinçage secondaire ; dans l'étape de pré-nettoyage principale, le côté extérieur du masque respiratoire (114) étant sollicité avec le fluide de pré-nettoyage principal et, dans l'étape de pré-nettoyage de rinçage secondaire, le côté extérieur du masque respiratoire (114) étant sollicité avec le fluide de pré-nettoyage de rinçage secondaire.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le support (126) avec le masque respiratoire (114) est introduit dans la chambre de pré-nettoyage (150) dans un panier de nettoyage (148).
- Procédé selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le support (126) est choisi dans le groupe constitué par : un support (126) relié de manière fixe au panier de nettoyage (148) ; un support (126) pouvant être relié de manière amovible au panier de nettoyage (148), qui est relié au panier de nettoyage (148) avant l'étape de procédé d), avec le masque respiratoire (114) monté sur celui-ci.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre au moins une étape de nettoyage principal réalisée après l'étape de pré-nettoyage, comprenant les sous-étapes suivantes :i) le détachement du masque respiratoire (114) du support (126) ;ii) l'introduction du masque respiratoire (114) dans une chambre de nettoyage principal (172) ; etiii) la sollicitation du masque respiratoire (114), y compris un côté intérieur (216) du masque respiratoire (114) orienté vers l'espace intérieur (124), avec au moins un fluide de nettoyage principal (186, 200).
- Procédé selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel, dans l'étape de nettoyage principal, le masque respiratoire (114) est nettoyé conjointement avec au moins un élément conducteur de gaz (146) de l'appareil respiratoire (112) ; dans l'étape de procédé iii), l'élément conducteur de gaz (146) étant sollicité avec un gaz sous pression, de telle sorte que le fluide de nettoyage principal (186, 200) ne parvient pas à l'intérieur de l'élément conducteur de gaz (146).
- Dispositif de pré-nettoyage (144) pour le pré-nettoyage d'un équipement de protection personnelle, comprenant au moins une chambre de pré-nettoyage (150), comprenant en outre au moins un dispositif (110) pour le nettoyage d'au moins un appareil respiratoire (112), l'appareil respiratoire (112) comprenant au moins un masque respiratoire (114), le dispositif (110) présentant au moins un support (126), le support (126) présentant au moins une surface d'étanchéité (128) incurvée, le masque respiratoire (114) pouvant être monté sur le support (126) de telle sorte qu'une lèvre d'étanchéité (122) du masque respiratoire (114) repose sur la surface d'étanchéité (128) incurvée et ferme un espace intérieur (124) du masque respiratoire (114), le dispositif (110) pouvant être introduit dans la chambre de pré-nettoyage (150) avec au moins un masque respiratoire (114) monté sur l'au moins un support (126), le dispositif de pré-nettoyage (144) présentant en outre au moins un dispositif de sollicitation (154) pour solliciter un côté extérieur (218) du masque respiratoire (114) dans la chambre de pré-nettoyage (150) avec au moins un fluide de pré-nettoyage (156), comprenant en outre au moins un panier de nettoyage (148), le support (126) étant choisi dans le groupe constitué par : un support (126) relié de manière fixe au panier de nettoyage (148) ; un support (126) pouvant être relié de manière amovible au panier de nettoyage (148).
- Dispositif de pré-nettoyage (144) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le support (126) présente en outre au moins une section d'attache (134) pour attacher au moins une fixation (132) du masque respiratoire (114) au support (126).
- Système de nettoyage (238) pour le nettoyage d'au moins un appareil respiratoire (112), comprenant au moins un dispositif de pré-nettoyage (144) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 ou 13 précédentes concernant un dispositif de pré-nettoyage (144), comprenant en outre au moins un dispositif de nettoyage principal (170), le dispositif de nettoyage principal (170) présentant au moins une chambre de nettoyage principal (172), au moins un masque respiratoire (114) de l'appareil respiratoire (112) pouvant être introduit dans la chambre de nettoyage principale (172) après un pré-nettoyage dans le dispositif de pré-nettoyage (144), détaché du support (126), le dispositif de nettoyage principal (170) présentant en outre au moins un dispositif de sollicitation (176) pour solliciter le masque respiratoire (114), y compris un côté intérieur (216) du masque respiratoire (114) orienté vers l'espace intérieur (124), avec au moins un fluide de nettoyage principal (186, 200).
