Claims (13)
- Schaltvorrichtung (1), umfassend:- einen beweglichen Kontakt (4), der auf einem Kontaktarm (3) positioniert ist, der beweglich an der Schaltvorrichtung (1) angebracht ist, wobei der bewegliche Kontakt (4) konfiguriert ist, einen gehäusemontierten Kontakt (6) zu berühren und konfiguriert ist, einen leitfähigen Strompfad durch die Schaltvorrichtung (1) herzustellen,- eine Schalterverriegelung (2), die mit dem Kontaktarm (3) verbunden ist, wobei die Schalterverriegelung (2) eine Verriegelung (20) und eine Verriegelungsstütze (22) einschließt, wobei die Verriegelungsstütze (22) eine Verriegelungsstelle einschließt, die konfiguriert ist, die Verriegelung (20) an der Verriegelungsstütze (22) zu verriegeln,- einen Handschalthebel (7), der konfiguriert ist, den beweglichen Kontakt (4) mit dem gehäusemontierten Kontakt (6) zu berühren, wobei der Handschalthebel (7) mit dem Kontaktarm (3) verbunden ist,- eine Verbindungsstange (10), die beweglich an der Verriegelungsstütze (22) montiert ist, wobei ein Endabschnitt (12) der Verbindungsstange (10) an einem ersten Vorsprung (11) des Handschalthebels (7) anliegt, wenn sich der Handschalthebel (7) in einer stationären Position befindet, in der der bewegliche Kontakt (4) und der gehäusemontierte Kontakt (6) in Berührung stehen,- wobei eine Betätigung des Handschalthebels (7) zum Trennen des beweglichen Kontakts (4) von dem gehäusemontierten Kontakt (6) die Verbindungsstange (10) bewegt und somit die Verriegelung der Verriegelungsstütze (22) an der Verriegelung (20) freigibt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- die Verbindungsstange (10) ferner eine Betätigungsschulter (29) umfasst, wobei die Betätigungsschulter (29) an einem zweiten Vorsprung (30) des Handschalthebels (7) anliegt, wenn sich der Handschalthebel (7) in einer nicht stationären Position befindet, in der der bewegliche Kontakt (4) und der gehäusemontierte Kontakt (6) in Berührung stehen. - Schaltvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Vorsprung (30) des Handschalthebels (7) an dem ersten Vorsprung (11) des Handschalthebels (7) angeordnet ist.
- Schaltvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsschulter (29) an der Verbindungsstange (10) zwischen dem Endabschnitt (12) der Verbindungsstange (10) und der beweglichen Befestigung der Verbindungsstange (10) angeordnet ist. - Schaltvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltvorrichtung (1) ferner eine erste Strebe (5) umfasst, die an dem ersten Vorsprung (11) des Handschalthebels (7) montiert ist. - Schaltvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endabschnitt (12) als ein konkaver Eingriffsbereich (31) ausgebildet ist, der konfiguriert ist, an dem ersten Vorsprung (11) des Schalthebels (7) einzugreifen. - Schaltvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsstange (10) an der Verriegelungsstütze (22) montiert ist und sich in dieser Position drehen kann. - Schaltvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltvorrichtung (1) ferner eine Verbindungsstangenfeder (13) umfasst, die an der Verriegelungsstütze (22) montiert ist, wobei die Verbindungsstangenfeder (13) auf die Verbindungsstange (10) in einer Richtung zu dem Schalthebel (7) trifft. - Schaltvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltvorrichtung (1) ferner ein Gehäuse (14) umfasst, das einen Gehäusevorsprung (15) in einem Bereich der Verriegelungsstütze (22) einschließt, wobei die Verbindungsstange (10) ein Schlagkissen (16) einschließt, das konfiguriert ist, die Verriegelungsstütze (22) an dem Gehäusevorsprung (15) abzustützen. - Schaltvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehäusevorsprung (15) eine Auslösegehäuseöffnung (17) begrenzt, die konfiguriert ist, die Schalterverriegelung (2) mit einem externen Auslöser zu verbinden.
- Schaltvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schalthebel (7) über die erste Strebe (5) mit dem Kontaktarm (3) und mit einer an der ersten Strebe (5) befestigten Halterung (8) verbunden ist, und wobei die erste Strebe (5) über einen Führungsschlitz der Verriegelung (20) geführt wird. - Schaltvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltvorrichtung (1) als eine Sicherheitsschaltvorrichtung einschließlich des gehäusemontierten Kontakts (6) und des beweglichen Kontakts (4) konfiguriert ist. - Schaltvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schlagkissen (16) in einem Auflagebereich der Verbindungsstange (10) auf der Verriegelungsstütze (22) eingerichtet ist. - Schaltvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelung (20) schwenkbar montiert ist.
