Claims (13)
- Dispositif de commutation (1), comprenant :- un contact mobile (4), positionné sur un bras de contact (3), fixé de manière mobile au dispositif de commutation (1), le contact mobile (4) étant configuré pour entrer en contact avec un contact monté sur boîtier (6) et configuré pour établir un chemin de courant conducteur à travers le dispositif de commutation (1),- un élément de verrouillage de commutateur (2), connecté au bras de contact (3), l'élément de verrouillage de commutateur (2) comportant un verrou (20) et un support de verrou (22), le support de verrou (22) comportant un emplacement de verrouillage configuré pour verrouiller le verrou (20) au support de verrou (22),- un levier de commutation à main (7), configuré pour mettre en contact le contact mobile (4) avec le contact monté sur boîtier (6), le levier de commutation à main (7) étant connecté au bras de contact (3),- une bielle (10), montée mobile sur le support de verrou (22), une partie d'extrémité (12) de la bielle (10) étant en appui contre une première saillie (11) du levier de commutation à main (7) lorsque le levier de commutation à main (7) est dans une position stationnaire dans laquelle le contact mobile (4) et le contact monté sur boîtier (6) sont en contact,- dans lequel un actionnement du levier de commutation à main (7), pour séparer le contact mobile (4) du contact monté sur boîtier (6), déplace la bielle (10) et, ainsi, libère le verrouillage du support de verrou (22) par rapport au verrou (20),
caractérisé en ce que- la bielle (10) comprend en outre un épaulement d'actionnement (29), l'épaulement d'actionnement (29) prenant appui contre une seconde saillie (30) du levier de commutation à main (7) lorsque le levier de commutation à main (7) est dans une position non stationnaire dans laquelle le contact mobile (4) et le contact monté sur boîtier (6) sont en contact. - Dispositif de commutation (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la seconde saillie (30) du levier de commutation à main (7) est agencée sur la première saillie (11) du levier de commutation à main (7).
- Dispositif de commutation (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'épaulement d'actionnement (29) est agencé sur la bielle (10) entre la partie d'extrémité (12) de la bielle (10) et le montage mobile de la bielle (10).
- Dispositif de commutation (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commutation (1) comprend en outre une première entretoise (5), montée sur la première saillie (11) du levier de commutation à main (7).
- Dispositif de commutation (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la partie d'extrémité (12) est réalisée sous la forme d'une zone de mise en prise concave (31) configurée pour venir en prise au niveau de la première saillie (11) du levier de commutation (7).
- Dispositif de commutation (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la bielle (10) est montée sur le support de verrou (22) et peut tourner dans cette position.
- Dispositif de commutation (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commutation (1) comprend en outre un ressort de bielle (13), monté sur le support de verrou (22), le ressort de bielle (13) venant frapper la bielle (10) dans une direction vers le levier de commutation (7).
- Dispositif de commutation (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commutation (1) comprend en outre un boîtier (14) comportant une saillie de boîtier (15) dans une zone du support de verrou (22), dans lequel la bielle (10) comporte un patin de frappe (16) configuré pour soutenir le support de verrou (22) sur la saillie de boîtier (15).
- Dispositif de commutation (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la saillie de boîtier (15) borde une ouverture de boîtier de gâchette (17) configurée pour raccorder l'élément de verrouillage de commutateur (2) à une gâchette externe.
- Dispositif de commutation (1) selon l'une des revendications 4 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le levier de commutation (7) est relié au bras de contact (3) par le biais de la première entretoise (5) et d'un crochet (8) fixé à la première entretoise (5), et dans lequel la première entretoise (5) est guidée par le biais d'une fente de guidage du verrou (20).
- Dispositif de commutation (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commutation (1) est configuré en tant que dispositif de commutation de sécurité comportant le contact monté sur boîtier (6) et le contact mobile (4).
- Dispositif de commutation (1) selon l'une des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le patin de frappe (16) est disposé dans une zone de placement de la bielle (10) sur le support de verrou (22).
- Dispositif de commutation (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le verrou (20) est monté pivotant.
