Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de couverture pouvant être ouvert, comportant un premier panneau (3), un panneau intermédiaire (5) ou un ensemble de panneaux intermédiaires (5), et un dernier panneau (7), lesdits panneaux (3, 5, 7) étant de forme rectangulaire ou carrée et déplaçables dans une direction d'ouverture et de fermeture longitudinale entre un état de fermeture initial (C) dans lequel ils sont sensiblement côte à côte, et un état d'ouverture final (A) dans lequel ils se chevauchent au moins partiellement ; dans un état de fonctionnement du dispositif (1), la direction d'ouverture longitudinale et les côtés longitudinaux des panneaux (3, 5, 7) étant mutuellement parallèles et horizontaux ou inclinés vers la direction de fermeture et les côtés transversaux de chaque panneau (3, 5, 7), un côté transversal avant étant orienté vers la direction d'ouverture et l'autre côté transversal arrière étant orienté vers la direction de fermeture, étant sensiblement horizontaux, le dernier panneau (7) étant plus haut que les autres panneaux (3, 5) et le premier panneau (3) étant plus bas que les autres panneaux (5, 7) et chaque panneau (3, 5, 7) ayant des faces supérieure et inférieure respectives ; les côtés longitudinaux droits de chaque panneau (3, 5, 7) étant contenus ou reçus dans un moyen de poutre latérale droite (9) et les côtés longitudinaux gauches de chaque panneau (3, 5, 7) étant contenus ou reçus dans un moyen de poutre latérale gauche (11), lesdits moyens de poutre latérale (9, 11) sont disposés parallèlement aux côtés longitudinaux des panneaux (3, 5, 7) ; ledit dispositif étant caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins chaque panneau intermédiaire (5) et le dernier panneau (7) a au moins un premier moyen de support respectif (13) fixé à un côté transversal arrière du panneau respectif (5, 7) et en saillie vers le bas et a un premier moyen de butée (15) fixé au côté transversal avant du panneau respectif (5, 7) et en saillie vers le bas, et par le fait qu'au moins chaque panneau intermédiaire (5) et le premier panneau (3) a au moins un second moyen de support respectif (19) fixé au côté transversal avant du panneau respectif (5, 3) et en saillie vers le haut et a un second moyen de butée (21) fixé au côté transversal arrière du panneau respectif (5, 3) et en saillie vers le haut ; ledit dispositif (1) comprend en outre des moyens de déplacement (25) reliés au premier panneau (3) pour déplacer celui-ci de l'état de fermeture (C) à l'état d'ouverture (A) et inversement ; en partant de l'état de fermeture (C), les moyens de déplacement (25) déplacent le premier panneau (3), lorsque le second moyen de butée (21) et le second moyen de support (19) du premier panneau (3) viennent respectivement en butée avec le premier moyen de support (13) et le premier moyen de butée (15) du panneau intermédiaire (5) adjacent au premier panneau (3), ce dernier (3), sous l'effet des moyens de déplacement (25), entraîne, pendant sa translation vers l'état d'ouverture, également ledit panneau intermédiaire (5) et progressivement les panneaux successifs, au moins jusqu'à ce que tous les panneaux (3, 5, 7) soient superposés jusqu'à atteindre l'état d'ouverture (A) à partir duquel, pour revenir à l'état de fermeture initial (C), les moyens de déplacement (25) déplacent en translation le premier panneau (3) et tous les autres panneaux (5, 7) dans la direction opposée, en les (3, 5, 7) faisant glisser jusqu'à atteindre ledit état de fermeture (C) dans lequel chaque panneau détecte des moyens d'arrêt respectifs de la translation dans la direction de fermeture.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les premiers moyens de support (13), les premiers moyens de butée (15), les seconds moyens de support (19) et les seconds moyens de butée (21) sont par paires et sont disposés aux extrémités latérales des côtés transversaux respectifs des panneaux (3, 5, 7).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'arrêt au moins de chacun des autres panneaux intermédiaires (5) et du dernier panneau (7) comprennent des moyens de bras latéral respectifs (31) fixés latéralement au panneau et destinés, au moins dans l'état de fermeture (C), à venir en butée avec des moyens de soutien respectifs (33) en forme de "L" ou de "C" et fixés aux moyens de poutre latérale (9, 11) pour arrêter la traversée de fermeture du panneau respectif et/ou pour supporter celui-ci dans ledit état de fermeture (C).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les panneaux (3, 5 et 7) glissent le long de guides respectifs fixés aux moyens de poutre latérale (9, 11) parallèlement auxdits moyens de poutre ou le premier panneau (3) comporte latéralement des moyens de roulement (27) en saillie vers le bas et roulant le long de moyens de piste (29) respectifs des moyens de poutre latérale (9, 11) et les autres panneaux (5, 7) comportent des moyens de bras latéral respectifs (31) conçus pour, au moins dans l'état fermé (C), venir en butée avec des moyens de soutien respectifs (33) fixés aux moyens de poutre latérale (9, 11) pour supporter, dans ledit état, lesdits moyens de bras latéral (31) et les panneaux intermédiaires (5) et le dernier panneau (7) respectifs.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que chaque premier (15) et second (21) moyen de butée a une première section avec un plan incliné et une seconde section parallèle à une direction longitudinale ou légèrement inclinée et qui se termine par une saillie d'arrêt, et par le fait que chaque premier (13) et second (19) moyen de support a au moins une roue d'extrémité (35) destinée à glisser au moins le long des première et seconde sections et à venir en butée avec la saillie d'arrêt des moyens d'arrêt respectifs (15, 21), chaque première section avec un plan incliné ayant un surplomb ou une dimension perpendiculaire aux côtés longitudinaux et transversaux des panneaux (3, 5, 7) d'une longueur prédéterminée.

Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3, 5 et 6, caractérisé par le fait que chacun des moyens de soutien (33) des moyens d'arrêt comprend une paroi arrière, sensiblement perpendiculaire au plan des panneaux et destinée à venir en butée avec un moyen de bras latéral (31) d'un panneau respectif pour arrêter son déplacement dans la direction de fermeture en correspondance avec l'état de fermeture, et comprend une paroi inférieure, sensiblement parallèle au plan de panneau, destinée dans ce dernier état à supporter ledit moyen de bras latéral (31), et comprend facultativement une paroi supérieure parallèle à la paroi inférieure et placée à une distance de cette dernière qui est égale ou légèrement supérieure à la quantité de l'épaisseur du moyen de bras latéral (31) et de longueur prédéterminée du surplomb de la première section inclinée.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de piste (29) des moyens de poutre latérale (9, 11) ont des moyens de renfoncement respectifs (39) conçus pour recevoir des parties respectives des moyens de roulement (27) du premier panneau (3) dans l'état de fermeture (C) ; lesdits moyens de renfoncement (39) ont une profondeur correspondant à la longueur prédéterminée du surplomb de la première section inclinée des premiers (15) et seconds (21) moyens de butée ; au moins une partie des bords périphériques inférieurs des panneaux (3, 5, 7) comporte des joints d'étanchéité en saillie vers le bas et destinés, dans l'état de fermeture (C), à venir en butée avec des surfaces de butée et d'étanchéité respectives fixées aux moyens de poutre latérale (9, 11) ou à une structure de support de ces derniers moyens (9, 11) ou les plans sont obtenus ou reliés aux bords périphériques inférieurs des panneaux (3, 5, 7) et les joints d'étanchéité sont fixés aux moyens de poutre latérale (9, 11) ou à la structure de support respective.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de déplacement (25) comprennent au moins un moyen de crémaillère (41), chacun étant fixé longitudinalement à un moyen de poutre latérale respectif (9, 11) et engrené à un pignon respectif (43) entraîné en rotation par un moteur respectif (45) fixé à un chariot contraint de se déplacer longitudinalement le long du moyen de crémaillère respectif (41) ou le long du moyen de poutre latérale respectif (9, 11), ledit chariot étant relié par l'intermédiaire d'un couplage ou d'un bras articulé au bord transversal avant du premier panneau (3) pour déplacer celui-ci dans les directions de fermeture et d'ouverture.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens de déplacement (25) comprennent deux moyens de crémaillère (41), chacun fixé à un moyen de poutre latérale respectif (9, 11) et comprenant deux moteurs (45), chacun comportant un pignon propre (43) engagé avec le moyen de crémaillère respectif (41) et chacun comportant son propre chariot qui est relié à une extrémité latérale respective du bord transversal avant du premier panneau (3) ; chacun des deux moteurs (45) comporte des moyens pour détecter les révolutions avec des encodeurs ou autres types et/ou moyens pour détecter le courant absorbé, lesdits moyens de détection envoyant des données relatives aux quantités détectées à des moyens de commande du dispositif qui actionnent indépendamment les deux moteurs (45) pour garantir le mouvement du panneau et pour libérer celui-ci en cas de coincement en faisant tourner en sens inverse le dernier moteur arrêté (45), arrêté à cause du coincement, d'une quantité prédéterminée ou d'une quantité dépendant du nombre de révolutions effectuées par ledit dernier moteur bloqué après le blocage de l'autre moteur.
