Claims (10)

  1. Fluidproduktspender umfassend:
    - einen Fluidprodukt-Vorratsbehälter (1), der unter Druck stehendes Fluidprodukt enthält,
    - ein Ventil (2), durch welches das unter Druck stehende Fluidprodukt gefördert wird, wobei das Ventil (2) eine innere Rückstellfeder (24) umfasst,
    - einen Ausgabekopf (3), der mit dem Ventil (2) zusammenwirkt, um Fluidprodukt durch eine Ausgabeöffnung (41) auszugeben, der Ausgabekopf (3) umfassend:
    - eine Ausgabetülle (4), die an das Ventil (2) angeschlossen ist und die Ausgabeöffnung (41) sowie eine Zuführleitung (42), die das Ventil (2) mit der Ausgabeöffnung (41) verbindet, definiert,
    - einen Drücker (5) zum Bewegen der Ausgabetülle (4) entlang einer Betätigungsachse X zwischen einer Ruheposition, in der das Ventil geschlossen ist, und einer eingedrückten Position, in der das Ventil geöffnet ist, wobei die Ausgabetülle (4) durch die innere Rückstellfeder (24) des Ventils (2) in Richtung ihrer Ruheposition vorgespannt wird,
    wobei der Ausgabekopf (3) ferner Folgendes umfasst:
    - ein Organ begrenzten Drucks (6), das die axiale Druckkraft des Drückers (5) auf die Ausgabetülle (4) überträgt, um sie axial auf einem begrenzten Weg zu bewegen, der jedoch ausreichend ist, um das Ventil (2) zu öffnen,
    - ein Druckbefreiungsorgan (75), das auf das Organ begrenzten Drucks (6) wirkt, indem es die Ausgabetülle (4) von der axialen Druckkraft des Drückers (5), die vom Organ begrenzten Drucks (6) übertragen wird, am Ende des begrenzten axialen Wegs befreit, so dass die Ausgabetülle (4) in ihre Ruheposition zurückkehrt und sich das Ventil (2) schließt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabetülle (4) einen Axialauflagekragen (46) umfasst und das Organ begrenzten Drucks (6) wenigstens ein Axialauflageprofil (62) umfasst, das selektiv mit dem Axialauflagekragen (46) in Eingriff kommt, um die Ausgabetülle (4) auf ihrem begrenzten axialen Weg mitzunehmen.
  2. Spender nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Druckbefreiungsorgan (75) Nockenmittel umfasst, um das wenigstens eine Axialauflageprofil (62) radial nach außen zu bewegen, um den Axialauflagekragen (46) freizugeben.
  3. Spender nach Anspruch 2, wobei das wenigstens eine Axialauflageprofil (62) an einer elastisch verformbaren Lasche (61) ausgebildet ist.
  4. Spender nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Nockenmittel eine kegelförmige Oberfläche (75) umfassen, auf der die elastisch verformbare Lasche (61) gleitet, wobei sie sich radial nach außen verformt, wenigstens bis der Axialauflagekragen (46) von dem wenigstens einen Axialauflageprofil (62) befreit ist.
  5. Spender nach Anspruch 4, wobei die kegelförmige Oberfläche (75) von einem Verkleidungsteil (7) gebildet ist, das fest am Fluidprodukt-Vorratsbehälter (1) angebracht ist und vorteilhafterweise den Drücker (5) in seiner axialen Bewegung führt.
  6. Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Ausgabekopf (3) ferner eine Rückstellfeder (64) umfasst, um den Drücker (5) und das Organ begrenzten Drucks (6) in eine Ausgangsposition zurückzubringen, wobei diese Rückstellfeder (64) vorteilhafterweise von dem Organ begrenzten Drucks (6) gebildet ist.
  7. Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich das wenigstens eine Axialauflageprofil (62) axial vom Axialauflagekragen (46) entfernt befindet, wenn sich der Drücker (5) und das Organ begrenzten Drucks (6) in der Ausgangsposition befinden und sich die Ausgabetülle (4) in der Ruheposition befindet, so dass der Drücker (5) und das Organ begrenzten Drucks (6) einen anfänglichen Leerweg durchführt, bevor das wenigstens eine Axialauflageprofil (62) mit dem Axialauflagekragen (46) in Kontakt tritt.
  8. Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Organ begrenzten Drucks (6) mehrere elastisch verformbare Laschen (61) umfasst, die durch Axialspalte (61a) getrennt sind, wobei jede elastisch verformbare Lasche (61) innen ein Axialauflageprofil (62), vorteilhafterweise in Form eines nach unten gerichteten Absatzes, bildet, wobei die Ausgabetülle (4) einen Axialabschnitt (44) mit einem Anschlussende (43) aufweist, das mit dem Ventil (2) verbunden ist und den Axialauflagekragen (46) bildet, wobei die Ausgabetülle (4) vorteilhafterweise einen Querabschnitt (45) umfasst, der die Ausgabeöffnung (41) bildet.
  9. Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Ausgabeöffnung (41) seitlich mündet und der Drücker (5) eine Drückfläche (51) umfasst, die sich auf der Betätigungsachse X befindet.
  10. Spender nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Fluidprodukt-Vorratsbehälter (1) einen nachgiebigen Beutel (11) umfasst, der von einem äußeren Gas unter Druck gesetzt ist.
