Claims (15)

  1. Peigne circulaire (7) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le rail d'insertion (3) est relié au support de peigne circulaire (9) par l'intermédiaire d'une vis de réglage à épaulement (46), l'épaulement (48) de la vis de réglage à épaulement (46) étant mis en prise dans un évidement dans le support de garniture (9) et une tête de vis (49) de la vis de réglage à épaulement (46) étant mise en prise dans un évidement (50) dans le rail d'insertion (3) sur un côté du rail d'insertion (3) opposé au support de garniture (9) et un élément de ressort (47) étant disposé entre le rail d'insertion (3) et la tête de vis (49) de la vis de réglage à épaulement (46).
  6. Peigne circulaire (7) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le support de peigne circulaire (9) est relié par complémentarité de forme au rail d'insertion (31) par un élément de transmission de force (35), l'élément de transmission de force (35) étant réalisé en tant que boulon comportant un filetage interne et venant en prise dans un évidement (39) dans le support de peigne circulaire (9) et dans une ouverture traversante du rail d'insertion (31) et le boulon étant relié à force à l'arbre de peigne circulaire (8) par l'intermédiaire d'une vis de serrage (36) par une ouverture traversante dans l'arbre de peigne circulaire (8), une face frontale du boulon faisant face à l'arbre de peigne circulaire (8) étant espacée d'une surface de l'arbre de peigne circulaire (8) par un épaulement (37) prononcé sur une surface extérieure du boulon et s'appuyant sur le rail d'insertion (31), et par une longueur correspondante de la section de boulon faisant saillie dans le rail d'insertion (31).
  7. Peigne circulaire (7) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de réglage comprennent des cales plates (28) disposées entre le rail d'insertion (31) et le support de peigne circulaire (9), lesquelles présentent un rétrécissement de section transversale continu dirigé vers le rail d'insertion (31) ou le support de peigne circulaire (9), à partir de l'extrémité respective du support de peigne circulaire (9) dans la direction de l'axe de peigne circulaire (6).
  8. Peigne circulaire (7) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le rail d'insertion (31) est pourvu d'appuis décalés (32) dans la zone des cales plates (28), lesquels permettent l'appui sur l'arbre de peigne circulaire (8).
  9. Peigne circulaire (7) selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que les vis de liaison (24) respectives du support de peigne circulaire (10) pénètrent à travers une ouverture (30) prévue dans une cale plate (32) respective et une ouverture traversante prévue dans le rail d'insertion (31).
  10. Peigne circulaire (7) selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une surface d'appui des cales plates (28) faisant face au rail d'insertion (31) est surmoulée sur une surface d'appui prévue sur le rail d'insertion (31).
  11. Peigne circulaire (7) selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le rétrécissement de section transversale continu est prévu par un biseautage d'une surface d'appui (42, 43) de la cale plate (28) faisant face au support de peigne circulaire (9), le biseautage présentant un angle de cale (a) de 11 degrés ou moins.
  12. Peigne circulaire (7) selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'appui (43) de la cale plate (28) faisant face au support de peigne circulaire (9) est réalisée avec une courbure convexe.
  13. Peigne circulaire (7) selon l'une des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la cale plate (28) respective est pourvue d'une vis de réglage (29) maintenue dans la plaque de recouvrement (25) respective, la vis de réglage (29) étant disposée avec son axe parallèle à l'axe de peigne circulaire (6).
  14. Peigne circulaire (7) selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la vis de réglage (29) est maintenue en rotation dans sa position axiale dans la plaque de recouvrement (25) et un filetage interne est prévu dans la cale plate (28), la cale plate (28) pouvant être réglée dans sa position par rapport au support de peigne circulaire (9) dans la direction de l'axe de peigne circulaire (6) par rotation de la vis de réglage (29) par l'intermédiaire d'une mise en prise de la vis de réglage (29) dans le filetage interne dans la cale plate (28).
  15. Tête de peignage (1) comportant un peigne circulaire (7) et un élément de compensation (33), le peigne circulaire (7) présentant un support de garniture (10) comportant une surface d'appui de garniture (41) et au moins un support de peigne circulaire (9) et le support de peigne circulaire (9) étant disposé avec l'élément de compensation (33) de manière réciproque sur un arbre de peigne circulaire (8) et le support de garniture (10) étant fixé avec des éléments de liaison sur le support de peigne circulaire (9) ou le support de peigne circulaire (9) étant conçu d'un seul tenant avec le support de garniture (10), caractérisé en ce que le peigne circulaire (7) est réalisé selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
