In the areas of contact with the bottom panel and the top panel of the section said two gaskets (105, 108) come in contact with the respective surfaces of the said two panels forming a stepped shape corresponding to the stepped shape of the edges of the door panel.

- the interaction member of the controlled portion can be a tongue, a pin or other element that through interaction with a static part, such as a cavity therein, allows to retract the door of the installation's housing and to lock it. As the entire door lock mechanism is attached on the outside of installation's housing and not inside the door and housing panels, a cold bridge is avoided.
- the door lock mechanism has three positions: a fully closed door, ajar door and a fully opened door.
- the fully closed door position the door is tightly closed and locked in relation to the housing of the installation.
- the door lock mechanism which is operated through the handle allows a distance of several millimeters between the housing of the air handling unit and the door to allow air pressure inside the air handling unit to equalize with the atmospheric pressure.
- the door lock mechanism prevents the door from opening more than it is required to safely equalize the said pressures.

Claims (5)
- Unité de gestion d'air comprenant une pluralité de sections (SFV, SFV1, SFV2, SS, SP, SRS, SPS) dans laquelle les sections (SFV, SFV1, SFV2, SS, SP, SRS, SPS) comprennent des panneaux isolants, dans laquelle les sections (SFV, SFV1, SFV2, SS, SP, SRS, SPS) de l'unité de gestion d'air sont sans cadre et comprennent des montants de logement intérieurs (9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4) pour le montage d'au moins un panneau isolant inférieur (8, 82), d'au moins un panneau isolant supérieur (10, 83), d'au moins un panneau isolant arrière (11, 84), d'au moins un panneau isolant avant (IS, 12) et d'au moins un panneau isolant latéral (6, 7), caractérisée en ce que lesdits au moins un panneau isolant inférieur (8, 82), au moins un panneau isolant supérieur (10, 83), au moins un panneau isolant arrière (11, 84) et au moins un panneau isolant latéral (6, 7) comprennent des profilés multi-chambre en plastique (16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 16.4, 16', 16") avec un côté (26', 26") comprenant une rainure (27', 27" ; 28', 28") pour la liaison d'une feuille métallique pliée extérieure (13, 13', 13") à une feuille métallique pliée intérieure (15, 15', 15") par le biais d'un profilé en plastique et la fixation à un profilé en plastique et un autre côté (36', 36") de chaque profilé en plastique (16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 16.4, 16', 16") comprenant une languette (31', 31") pour la liaison d'une pièce pliée en feuille métallique intérieure (15, 15', 15") à une pièce en feuille métallique pliée extérieure (13, 13', 13") par le biais d'un profilé en plastique et la fixation à un profilé en plastique avec une rainure (32', 32") formée sur la surface intérieure de celui-ci, dans laquelle la pièce pliée en feuille métallique intérieure (15, 15', 15"), au niveau du bord d'interaction se verrouillant avec la languette (31', 31") du profilé en plastique, comprend un renflement (33', 33"), qui s'étend au moins partiellement le long du bord de ladite feuille métallique pliée intérieure (15, 15', 15") et dans laquelle la feuille métallique pliée extérieure (13, 13', 13") au niveau du bord de de l'interaction et se verrouillant avec la rainure du profilé en plastique (16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 16.4, 16', 16") comprend un bord plié en forme de marche (29', 29") s'étendant le long du bord de ladite feuille métallique pliée intérieure.
- Unité de gestion d'air selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le panneau isolant avant est un panneau porte (12) comprenant une feuille métallique pliée extérieure (62, 92), une couche de laine de roche (94), une feuille métallique pliée intérieure (63, 93), des profilés en plastique latéraux, inférieurs et supérieurs (65.1, 65.2, 65.3, 65.4, 95) reliant lesdites feuilles métalliques pliées (62, 92 ; 63, 93), des pièces métalliques pliées longitudinales (96) pour augmenter la rigidité de profils en plastique, des pièces pliées métalliques transversales (67.1, 67.2), une couture de liaison thermique d'extrémités de profilé, dans laquelle chaque profilé en plastique (65.1, 65.2, 65.3, 65.4, 95) du panneau porte (12) comprend un côté (98) contre lequel le bord de la feuille métallique pliée extérieure (62, 92) est pressé jusqu'à la partie pliée (99) de bord de pièce pliée, un autre côté (102) avec une languette (104) formée sur celui-ci et un joint élastiquement déformable (105) moulé sur sa surface, encore un autre côté (107) sur la surface duquel un joint élastiquement déformable supplémentaire (108) est moulé sur toute sa longueur, encore un autre côté (109) avec une seconde languette (110) pour fixer le bord de la feuille métallique pliée intérieure (93) au profilé en plastique (95), dans laquelle ladite languette (110) est élastiquement déformée en insérant le bord (111) de la feuille métallique pliée intérieure (93) avec un renflement (112) formé sur celui-ci dans ledit espace, ladite languette (110) sur la surface intérieure, qui est également opposée au côté du profilé en plastique, comprend une rainure (113) présentant une forme qui correspond au moins partiellement ou sensiblement à la forme du renflement (112) sur le bord (111) de la feuille métallique pliée intérieure (93).
- Procédé d'assemblage de l'unité de gestion d'air comprenant une pluralité de sections (SFV, SFV1, SFV2, SS, SP, SRS, SPS) pour équipement de gestion d'air, le procédé comprenant un ensemble de panneaux isolants et de sections, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :l'assemblage de chaque section (SFV, SFV1, SFV2, SS, SP, SRS, SPS) de la pluralité de sections séparément les unes des autres dans lequel l'assemblage de chaque section (SFV, SFV1, SFV2, SS, SP, SRS, SPS) de la pluralité de sections comprend :l'assemblage d'un cadre de montage (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) pour la section (SFV, SFV1, SFV2, SS, SP, SRS, SPS) ;l'assemblage d'au moins un panneau isolant inférieur et d'au moins un panneau isolant arrière (8, 11, 82, 84), comprenant les feuilles métalliques pliées intérieure et extérieure (13, 13', 13" ; 15, 15', 15") et les profilés en plastique (16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 16.4, 16', 16"), comprenant la liaison de la feuille métallique pliée extérieure (13, 13', 13") à la feuille métallique pliée intérieure (15, 15', 15") par le biais d'un côté (26', 26") du profilé en plastique (16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 16.4, 16', 16") en verrouillant les bords de la pièce en feuille métallique pliée extérieure dans la rainure (27', 27" ; 28', 28") sur un côté du profilé en plastique et par le biais de l'autre côté (36', 36") du profilé en plastique en verrouillant les bords de la feuille métallique pliée intérieure à l'aide de la languette (31', 31") sur l'autre côté (36', 36") du profilé en plastique avec une rainure (32', 32") formée sur la surface de celui-ci, dans lequel la feuille métallique intérieure au niveau du bord d'interaction et se verrouillant avec la languette (31', 31") du profilé en plastique comprend un renflement (33', 33") qui s'étend au moins partiellement le long du bord de ladite pièce en feuille métallique pliée intérieure, et dans lequel la feuille métallique pliée extérieure au niveau du bord d'interaction et se verrouillant avec la rainure (32', 32") du profilé en plastique comprend un bord plié en forme de marche (29', 29") s'étendant le long du bord de ladite feuille métallique pliée intérieure ;l'attache du au moins un panneau isolant inférieur (8) au cadre de montage (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) par le biais des profilés en plastique (16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 16.4, 16', 16") du panneau et des pièces pliées métalliques longitudinales (17.1, 17.2) dans ceux-ci ;l'attache d'au moins un panneau isolant supérieur (10) aux montants intérieurs (9.1, 9.2), par le biais des profilés en plastique (16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 16.4, 16', 16") du panneau et des pièces pliées métalliques longitudinales (17.1, 17.2) dans ceux-ci ;l'attache d'au moins un panneau isolant arrière (11) aux montants intérieurs (9.3, 9.4), par le biais des profilés en plastique (16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 16.4, 16', 16") du panneau et des pièces pliées métalliques longitudinales (17.1, 17.2) dans ceux-ci ;l'attache d'au moins un panneau isolant latéral (6, 7) aux premier et dernier montants intérieurs (9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4) des sections d'installation de ventilationl'assemblage et la fixation d'au moins un écran isolant avant (12, IS) aux montants intérieurs (9.1, 9.2) ;la liaison de la pluralité de sections d'installation (SFV, SFV1, SFV2, SS, SP, SRS, SPS) à l'aide de moyens de liaison (1, 5) par le biais des montants intérieurs (2, 3) de logements de sections d'installation et par le biais des cadres de montage (4.1, 4.2, 4.3)
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel l'assemblage du panneau avant (IS) comprend la liaison de la feuille métallique pliée extérieure (13, 13', 13") à la feuille métallique pliée intérieure (15, 15', 15") par le biais d'un côté (26', 26") de chaque profilé en plastique (16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 16.4, 16', 16") en verrouillant les bords de la feuille métallique pliée extérieure dans la rainure (27', 27" ; 28', 28") d'un côté et par le biais de l'autre côté (36', 36") de chaque profilé en plastique en verrouillant les bords de la feuille pliée métallique intérieure sur ledit autre côté (36', 36") du profilé en plastique à l'aide d'une languette (31', 31") avec une rainure (32', 32") formée sur la surface intérieure de celui-ci, dans lequel la feuille métallique pliée intérieure au niveau du bord d'interaction et se verrouillant avec la languette (31', 31") du profilé en plastique comprend un renflement (33', 33"), qui s'étend au moins partiellement le long du bord de ladite feuille métallique pliée intérieure et dans lequel la feuille métallique pliée extérieure au niveau du bord de l'interaction et se verrouillant avec la rainure (32', 32") du profilé en plastique comprend un bord plié en forme de marche (29', 29") s'étendant le long du bord de ladite feuille métallique pliée intérieure.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel l'assemblage du panneau avant l'assemblage du panneau porte (12), comprenant les feuilles métalliques pliées intérieure (63, 93) et extérieure (62, 92) et des profilés en plastique (65.1, 65.2, 65.3, 65.4, 95), l'assemblage comprenant la liaison de la feuille métallique pliée extérieure (62, 92) à la feuille métallique pliée intérieure (63, 93) par le biais des profilés en plastique (65.1, 65.2, 65.3, 65.4, 95), dans lequel lesdits profilés en plastique aux extrémités sont reliés par une couture thermique, en verrouillant les bords de la feuille métallique pliée extérieure (62, 92) à l'aide d'une languette (104) sur un côté (102) du profilé en plastique (65.1, 65.2, 65.3, 65.4, 95) avec un joint élastiquement déformable (105) moulé sur celui-ci et par le biais de l'autre côté (109) du profilé en plastique (65.1, 65.2, 65.3, 65.4, 95) en verrouillant les bords de la feuille métallique pliée intérieure (63, 93) à l'aide de la languette (110) sur l'autre côté (109) du profilé en plastique (65.1, 65.2, 65.3, 65.4, 95) avec une rainure (113) formée sur sa surface intérieure, dans lequel la feuille métallique pliée intérieure (63, 93), au niveau du bord d'interaction et se verrouillant avec la languette (109) du profilé en plastique comprend un renflement (112), qui s'étend au moins partiellement le long du bord de ladite feuille métallique pliée intérieure, et dans lequel la feuille métallique pliée extérieure, au niveau du bord de l'interaction et se verrouillant avec la languette (104) du profilé en plastique (65.1, 65.2, 65.3, 65.4, 95) avec un joint (105) moulé sur celle-ci est pliée de manière à être insérée dans un espace entre la languette (104) et le bord (112) du profilé en plastique avec un joint élastiquement déformable (105) moulé sur celle-ci et le côté du profilé en plastique, dans lequel le joint élastiquement déformable (105) est moulé sur la languette (104) pour verrouiller le bord de la feuille métallique pliée extérieure (62, 92) sur le côté (102) du profilé en plastique, alors que l'autre joint (108) est moulé sur le côté (107), étant entre le côté (102) avec ladite languette (104) avec un joint (105) moulé sur celle-ci et le côté (109) sur lequel est formée la languette (110) du profilé en plastique avec une rainure (113) pour verrouiller la pièce pliée en feuille intérieure (63, 93) sur le profilé en plastique, d'une manière telle que chacun desdits joints (105, 108) s'étend en continu autour de toute la circonférence de la porte (53).
