Definitions

  • the invention relates to a self-propelled floor cleaning machine with a chassis that drives the floor cleaning machine movably and has at least one drive wheel that can be driven in one direction of rotation and a control device for controlling the movement of the floor cleaning machine, with several rotatably driven sweeping brushes through which the floor to be cleaned is located Dirt particles can be conveyed to a first suction nozzle which absorbs the dirt particles, one or more moisture nozzles directed towards the floor to be cleaned in the direction of the movement of the floor cleaning machine behind the sweeping brushes and one or more movably drivable scrubbing brushes behind the moisture nozzles in the direction of the movement of the floor cleaning machine.
  • a self-propelled floor cleaning machine with a chassis which drives the floor cleaning machine movably and has at least one drive wheel that can be driven in one direction of rotation and a control device for controlling the movement of the floor cleaning machine.
  • the dirt particles located on the floor to be cleaned can be conveyed to a first suction nozzle that absorbs the dirt particles by means of several rotatably driven sweeping brushes.
  • a self-propelled floor cleaning machine with a chassis which drives the floor cleaning machine movably and has at least one drive wheel that can be driven in one direction of rotation and a control device for controlling the movement of the floor cleaning machine.
  • the dirt particles located on the floor to be cleaned can be conveyed to a container that receives the dirt particles by means of a rotatably driven sweeping brush.
  • a rotatably driven sweeping brush In the direction of movement of the floor cleaning machine behind the sweeping brushes are one or more moisture nozzles directed towards the floor to be cleaned and in the direction of movement of the floor cleaning machine a liquid absorption device is arranged behind the moisture nozzles.
  • the object of the invention is to create a self-propelled floor cleaning machine of the type mentioned at the beginning which, by removing dirt particles, also enables dirt adhering to the floor to be removed.
  • any dirt adhering to the floor is first loosened by moistening it with a liquid and then massively rubbed off the floor by the scrubbing brushes in a main cleaning process, in order then to be sucked off with the liquid. Because the dirt particles have already been removed when the dirt adhering to the floor is moistened and rubbed off, contamination of the liquid is avoided even before the dirt adhering to the floor is rubbed off. An impairment The cleaning performance by using an already contaminated liquid when rubbing the floor with the scrubbing brushes is avoided.
  • the first suction nozzle is preferably subjected to a negative pressure by a particle suction motor and the dirt particles are fed to a dirt particle container.
  • a negative pressure can be applied to the second suction nozzle by a dirty water suction motor and the dirty water can be fed to a dirty water container.
  • the moisture nozzles receive their liquid from a liquid container by means of a liquid pump.
  • the moistening with the liquid is preferably carried out by drops emitted by the moisture nozzles, whereby sufficient, but not too much, liquid is used, which could then possibly no longer be sufficiently absorbed by the second suction nozzles, so that a film of dirt would remain.
  • the liquid is preferably water. But it is also possible that a different type of cleaning liquid is used.
  • the floor cleaning machine can have a horizontally extending base plate that supports all of the components of the floor cleaning machine.
  • the base plate is a round base plate, one corner of it cannot hit an object standing on the floor and thereby unintentionally change its direction of movement.
  • the scrubbing brushes can be one or more first scrubbing brushes that can be rotatably driven.
  • one or more rotatably drivable first scrubbing brushes are arranged in mutually opposite edge regions of the floor cleaning machine, then cleaning can take place up to the outermost edge of the base plate.
  • two rotatably drivable scrubbing brushes are preferably arranged diametrically opposite one another over the center of the base plate.
  • one or more moisture nozzles directed towards the floor to be cleaned can be arranged in front of the first scrubbing brushes in the direction of the movement of the floor cleaning machine.
  • one or more second scrubbing brushes can be driven to swing back and forth transversely to the direction of movement of the floor cleaning machine.
  • first scrubbing brushes in the direction of the movement of the floor cleaning machine are arranged in front of, but laterally outside the area to be cleaned by the second scrubbing brush
  • moisture extractors can be arranged behind the first scrubbing brushes in the direction of the movement of the floor cleaning machine, through the moisture on the floor to be cleaned can be wiped off and into an area in front of the scrubbing brushes swinging back and forth transversely to the direction of movement of the floor cleaning machine.
  • the liquid is guided in the direction of movement behind the first scrubbing brushes into an area in which the moisture can then be absorbed.
  • the moisture extractor preferably has an elastic wiping edge through which moisture can be wiped off the floor to be cleaned.
  • the scrubbing brushes can be moved perpendicular to the floor to be cleaned and can be acted upon by a spring force on the floor to be cleaned, then even dirt adhering to the floor is loosened from the floor and thus an increased cleaning effect is achieved.
  • the second suction nozzle can extend parallel to the movement of the second scrubbing brush that can be driven back and forth.
  • the second suction nozzle is a suction strip that extends over the length of the second scrubbing brush, wherein the suction strip can have an elastic wiping edge through which moisture can be wiped off the floor to be cleaned.
  • the scraper edge can be inclined at an angle counter to the direction of movement of the floor cleaning machine.
  • the chassis of the floor cleaning machine can have two drive wheels which can be driven separately from one another by a motor and which can be arranged diametrically opposite one another at a distance from one another on a line extending over the center of the base plate.
  • An arrangement on a line extending over the center of the base plate has the advantage that the floor cleaning machine can rotate on the spot.
  • a swivel castor can be arranged in front of the drive wheels in the direction of the movement of the floor cleaning machine, which is freely rotatable about a horizontal axis of rotation and freely pivotable about a pivot axis, the pivot axis perpendicularly crossing the axis of rotation.
  • the swivel castor can also be formed by a ball which is guided in a freely movable manner in a ball seat open towards the bottom.
  • the control device for controlling the movement of the floor cleaning machine can be controlled by several stop sensors, which are arranged protruding on the front half of the base plate in the direction of movement of the floor cleaning machine and which generate a signal when they are moved against a resistance.
  • the stop sensors can be enclosed by a bumper extending along the front half of the base plate, which can be actuated in the plane of the base plate against spring forces towards the base plate so that it can be moved to trigger the stop sensors.
  • the floor cleaning machine shown in the figures has a circular base plate 1 which extends horizontally with its plane, which serves as a carrier for the components of the floor cleaning machine and which moves automatically at a distance over a floor 3 to be cleaned during a cleaning process.
  • the floor cleaning machine has a chassis which has two drive wheels 2, 2 'which can be driven separately by a motor and which are arranged at a distance from one another on a line extending across the center of the base plate 1, diametrically opposite one another in the edge region of the base plate 1.
  • a steering roller 4 can be arranged in front of the drive wheels 2, 2 ', which can be freely rotated about a horizontal axis of rotation 5 and freely pivotable about a pivot axis 6, the pivot axis 6 crossing the axis of rotation 5 perpendicularly.
  • the direction of the movement 22 of the floor cleaning machine always corresponds to the orientation of the steering roller 4.
  • the floor cleaning machine can be steered by the separate motor drive of the drive wheels 2 and 2 '.
  • a first suction nozzle 8 which is subjected to negative pressure by a particle suction motor 19, through which the sweeping brushes 7, 7 'swept from the bottom 3 and to the first Suction nozzle 8 sucked up dirt particles conveyed and conveyed further into a dirt particle container 9 arranged on the upper side of the base plate 1.
  • a rotatably drivable first scrubbing brush 10 of round cross-section is arranged radially outside the drive wheels 2, 2 ′ and behind the sweeping brushes 7, the circumferential contour of which extends to the radially circumferential contour of the base plate 1.
  • a first moisture nozzle 11 is arranged upstream of the first scrubbing brushes 10, from which water is dispensed drop by drop from a fresh water container 12 arranged on the upper side of the base plate 1 onto the floor 3.
  • the fresh water pump 13 draws in water from the fresh water container 12 and pumps it to the moisture nozzles 11 and 17.
  • Dirt adhering to the floor 3 and moistened by the moisture nozzles 11 is loosened from the floor by the first scrubbing brushes 10 and is conducted to an inner area of the base plate 1 by the first moisture extractors 14 downstream of the first scrubbing brushes 10 in the direction of the movement 22 of the floor cleaning machine.
  • the scrubbing brushes 10 rest on the floor 3 with a contact pressure and can thus ensure that the dirt is removed from the floor effectively, they are guided so that they can move vertically and are acted upon by first compression springs 27 against the floor 3.
