  • l'ensemble manchon de préhension 2 / organe de poussée 4 / organe de rappel élastique 5 est descendu puis le manchon de préhension 2 est vissé sur le col 63 du récipient 6 jusqu'à ce que l'embout d'accouplement 34 de la tige d'application 3 vienne buter contre la terminaison libre 44 de la tige inférieure 43 de l'organe de poussée 4 ;
  • le vissage du manchon de préhension 2 sur le col 63 est poursuivi, forçant ainsi l'embout d'accouplement 34 à l'intérieur de la terminaison libre 44, de sorte que l'embout d'accouplement 34 est monté en force à l'intérieur de la terminaison libre 44 jusqu'à ce que la face supérieure 342 de l'épaulement supérieur 341 vienne buter contre la terminaison libre 44.

  • the screwing of the gripping sleeve 2 on the neck 63 is continued, thus forcing the coupling end piece 34 inside the free end 44, so that the coupling end piece 34 is force-fitted at the inside of the free termination 44 until the upper face 342 of the upper shoulder 341 abuts against the free termination 44.

Claims (15)

  1. An applicator cap (1) comprising:
    - a gripping sleeve (2) capable of being removably mounted on a neck (63) of a container (6) intended to contain a cosmetic composition to be applied,
    - an application rod (3) comprising a rod body (31) adapted to pass through the neck (63) of the container (6) and to engage at least partially into the container (6), wherein said rod body (31) is provided with two opposite ends (32, 33) including an upper end (32) and a lower end (33) protruding from the gripping sleeve (2) and supporting an application head (35), wherein the application rod (3) is slidably movable inside a central orifice (23) provided inside the gripping sleeve (2), between a retracted position and a deployed position;
    - a thrust member (4) coupled to the application rod (3) to move the application rod (3) from its retracted position to its deployed position under the effect of a thrust exerted on an upper head (40) of the thrust member (4); and
    - an elastic return member (5) urging the application rod (3) towards its retracted position, wherein the elastic return member (5) is interposed between the upper head (40) of the thrust member (4) and an internal shoulder (26) provided inside the central orifice (23) of the gripping sleeve (2);
    said applicator cap (1) being characterized in that:
    - the thrust member (4) comprises a lower rod (43) attached to the upper head (40) and which extends inside the central orifice (23) of the gripping sleeve (2) by passing through the internal shoulder (26) in the retracted position, such that said lower rod (43) has a free termination (44) arranged below the internal shoulder (26) while the upper head (40) is arranged above the internal shoulder (26); and
    - the upper end (32) of the rod body (31) supports a coupling piece (34) which, on the one hand, is widened compared to the rod body (31) to be able to bear on said neck (63) of the container (6) and, on the other hand, is force-coupled, by interlocking, to the free termination (44) of the lower rod (43) of the thrust member (4).
  2. The applicator cap (1) according to claim 1, wherein the central orifice (23) of the gripping sleeve (2) has a removable mounting portion (27) extending below the internal shoulder (26) and shaped to be mounted on the neck (63) of the container (8), so that, in the retracted position of the application rod (3), the free termination (44) of the lower rod (43) of the thrust member (4) is surrounded at least partially by said removable mounting portion (27).
  3. The applicator cap (1) according to claim 1, wherein the central orifice (23) of the gripping sleeve (2) has a removable mounting portion (27) extending below the internal shoulder (26) and shaped to be mounted on the neck (63) of the container (6), so that, in the retracted position of the application rod (3), the free termination (44) of the lower rod (43) of the thrust member (4) is at least partially surrounded by a smooth intermediate portion (29) interposed between said removable mounting portion (27) and said internal shoulder (26).
  4. The applicator cap (1) according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the removable mounting portion (27) is either a mounting portion removable by screwing provided with a threading, a mounting portion removable by bayonet, or a mounting portion removable by snap-fitting.
  5. The applicator cap (1) according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the central orifice (23) of the gripping sleeve (2) has a lower portion (28) extending below the removable mounting portion (27) and opening onto the bottom of the gripping sleeve (2), wherein said lower portion (28) is smooth.
  6. The applicator cap (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the internal shoulder (26) is in the form of an annular projection inside the central orifice (23) of the gripping sleeve (2), said annular projection defining two opposite annular faces including an upper annular face on which bears the elastic return member (5) and a lower annular face, and the free termination (44) of the lower rod (43) of the thrust member (4) is provided with an external collar (45) projecting peripherally, wherein said external collar (45) is arranged below the internal shoulder (26) and bears against the annular lower face of this annular projection in the retracted position of the application rod (3).
  7. The applicator cap (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the free termination (44) of the lower rod (43) of the thrust member (4) is tubular, and the coupling piece (34) of the application rod (3) is force-coupled, by interlocking, inside said free termination (44).
  8. The applicator cap (1) according to claim 7, wherein the coupling piece (34) of the application rod (3) has an upper shoulder (341) forming a stopper against the free termination (44).
  9. The applicator cap (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the upper head (40) of the thrust member (4) is slidably guided inside an upper portion (24) of the central orifice (23) of the gripping sleeve (2), said upper portion (24) extending above the internal shoulder (26) and opening onto the top of the gripping sleeve (2), wherein said upper head (40) and said upper portion (24) of the central orifice (23) are of complementary and non-cylindrical shapes such that said upper head (40) is movable only by sliding inside said upper portion (24) of the central orifice (23).
  10. The applicator cap (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the elastic return member (5) is a helical compression spring.
  11. A cosmetic device (10) for packaging and applying a cosmetic composition to be applied, said cosmetic device (10) comprising:
    - a container (6) intended to contain said cosmetic composition to be applied, and having a bottom (62) and a neck (63) internally delimiting an inlet orifice (65); and
    - an applicator cap (1) in accordance with any one of the preceding claims;
    wherein the gripping sleeve (2) of the applicator cap (1) is adapted to be removably mounted on the neck (63) of the container (6) and is configurable between:
    - a closed position in which the gripping sleeve (2) cooperates with said neck (63) for attachment to said neck (63); and
    - an open position in which the gripping sleeve (2) does not cooperate with said neck (63) to allow detachment from the neck (63); and
    wherein the coupling piece (34) of the application rod (3) bears on said neck (63) when the gripping sleeve (2) is in the closed position, thus blocking the application rod (3) in the retracted position and thus closing the inlet orifice (65) of the container (6).
  12. The cosmetic device (10) according to claim 11, wherein, when the gripping sleeve (2) passes from its closed position to its open position, the coupling piece (34) of the application rod (3) is detached from the neck (63) of the container (6) and thus the application rod (3) is free to be moved towards its deployed position, in the direction of the bottom (62) of the container (6), under the effect of a thrust exerted on the upper head (40) of the thrust member (4).
  13. The cosmetic device (10) according to any one of claims 11 and 12, wherein the gripping sleeve (2) of the application cap (1) is adapted to be mounted by screwing on the neck (63) of the container (6).
  14. The cosmetic device (10) according to any one of claims 11 to 13, wherein the cosmetic composition is a make-up composition, in particular of the type nail varnish, foundation, lip gloss, lipstick, eyeliner, mascara or any other cosmetic composition intended for the embellishment of a part of the body, or a dermatological or body care or hygiene composition, in particular of the type care cream, lip balm, anti-wrinkle cream, concealer cream, dermatological cream.
  15. A use of a cosmetic device (10) in accordance with any one of claims 11 to 14 for packaging and applying a cosmetic composition to be applied.
