  4. (iv) einem Spannmittel für ein lösbares Fixieren des Gelenkachsenelements am ersten Bandteil, bei dem eine Winkelposition des Gelenkachsenelements und der Rastausnehmung bezüglich des ersten Bandteils einstellbar ist,

Claims (10)

  1. Hinge (10), in particular for a swing door, comprising:
    at least one joint axis element (20);
    a first hinge part (12) and a second hinge part (16), which are connected to one another in a hinge-like manner via the at least one joint axis element (20),
    at least one latching arrangement (28) comprising at least one latching means (50) arranged on the second hinge part (16) and comprising a latching body (52) and at least one latching recess (56) arranged at the joint axis element (20), wherein the latching means (50) is configured in such a way that the latching body (52) engages in the latching recess (56) in a latching position; and
    a clamping means (14) for releasably fixing the joint axis element (20) to the first hinge part (12), wherein an angular position of the joint axis element (20) and the latching recess (56) with respect to the first hinge part (12) is adjustable, wherein the clamping means (14) comprises at least one pair of clamping jaws (42, 44; 46, 48) for clamping the joint axis element (20) between these clamping jaws (42, 44; 46, 48), wherein each of the clamping jaws (42, 44; 46, 48) comprises a clamping surface adapted to the contour of the joint axis element (20), and the clamping means (14) comprises two clamping means parts (30, 32), wherein each clamping means part (30, 32) comprises one clamping jaw (42, 44; 46, 48) per pair,
    wherein a plurality of pairs of clamping jaws (42, 44; 46, 48) are provided and each of the clamping means parts (30, 32) which are movable against each other comprises a base (36) and a plurality of arms (38, 40) at which the respective clamping jaw (42, 44; 46, 48) for the corresponding pair of clamping jaws (42, 44; 46, 48) is disposed spaced from the base (36).
  2. Hinge according to claim 1, characterized in that the two clamping means parts (30, 32) are clamping means parts (30, 32) separable from each other.
  3. Hinge according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that each of the arms (38, 40) comprises a free end, wherein the free ends of the mutually associated arms (38, 40) of the two clamping means parts (30, 32) form joints (60, 62) with respect to a common axis of rotation (64), relative to which the clamping means parts (30, 32) can be pivoted with respect to one another.
  4. Hinge according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the clamping surfaces of the clamping jaws (42, 44; 46, 48) of each pair of clamping jaws overlap the circumference of the joint axis element (20) in a corresponding axis section (24, 26) jointly by at least 33%, preferably by at least 50%.
  5. Hinge according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the clamping means (14) has a fixed clamping condition with a well-defined clamping force of the clamping jaws (42, 44; 46, 48) with respect to the joint axis element (20).
  6. Hinge according to claim 1, characterized in that the clamping means (14) comprises at least one screw connection (34) or another device for determining a relative position of the clamping means parts (30, 32) with respect to each other, at which the clamping jaws (42, 44; 46, 48) are disposed in a clamping position clampingly fixing the angular position of the joint axis element (20).
  7. Hinge according to claim 1, characterized in that the means (34) for determining the relative position of the clamping means parts (30, 32) with respect to one another respectively engages at the base (36) of the clamping means parts (30, 32) concerned.
  8. Hinge according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that the clamping means parts comprise the base (36) and two arms (38, 40) which are arranged in a U-shape.
  9. Hinge according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the contour of the at least one joint axis element (20) is circular-cylindrical and the clamping surfaces of the clamping jaws (42, 44; 46, 48) are adapted accordingly.
  10. Hinge according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the latching means (50) comprises a device (54) for applying force to the latching body (52).
