Claims (14)

  1. Meuleuse de sols (1) comprenant un châssis de support (2), une unité de meulage (3) fixée au châssis de support (2) et une unité d'entraînement (4) reliée à l'unité de meulage (3),
    où l'unité de meulage (3) comprend un boîtier supérieur (5), un boîtier inférieur (6) agencé de manière rotative par rapport au boîtier supérieur (5) et un système d'entraînement planétaire (7) relié à l'unité d'entraînement (4),
    où le boîtier supérieur (5) comprend une plaque supérieure (8) et une première paroi latérale (9) faisant saillie vers le bas à partir de la plaque supérieure (8) dans une direction axiale (AX),
    dans laquelle le boîtier inférieur (6) comprend une plaque de fond (11) et une seconde paroi latérale (12), où un ou plusieurs disques de meulage (13) adaptés pour supporter un outil (14) sont fixés de manière rotative à la plaque de fond (11), où le système d'entraînement planétaire (7) est agencé pour faire tourner le boîtier inférieur (6) et l'un ou plusieurs disques de meulage (13) respectivement,
    où la première paroi latérale (9) est agencée coaxialement par rapport à la seconde paroi latérale (12), et où la première paroi latérale (9) dans la direction axiale (AX) chevauche au moins partiellement la seconde paroi latérale (12),
    caractérisée en ce qu'un interstice (15) est formé dans une direction radiale (R) entre la première paroi latérale (9) et la seconde paroi latérale (12), et où un élément d'étanchéité (18) est agencé dans l'interstice (15),
    dans laquelle le boîtier supérieur (5), le boîtier inférieur (6) et l'élément d'étanchéité (18) forment un volume étanche (22) de l'unité de meulage (3), où l'élément d'étanchéité (18) empêche les contaminants d'entrer dans le volume étanche (22).
  2. Meuleuse de sols (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'interstice (15) est formé dans la direction radiale (R) entre une surface intérieure (16a) de la première paroi latérale (9) et une surface extérieure (17b) de la seconde paroi latérale (12).
  3. Meuleuse de sols (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la seconde paroi latérale (12) fait saillie vers le haut et/ou vers le bas à partir de la plaque de fond (11) dans la direction axiale (AX), et où l'interstice (15) est formé dans la direction radiale (R) entre la surface intérieure (16a) de la première paroi latérale (9) et la surface extérieure (17b) de la seconde paroi latérale (12).
  4. Meuleuse de sols (1) selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité (18) est agencé le long des périphéries de la surface intérieure (16a) et de la surface extérieure (17b) respectivement, et où un bord extérieur (23) de l'élément d'étanchéité (18) est fixé à la surface intérieure (16a) de la première paroi latérale (9), dans laquelle la surface extérieure (17b) de la seconde paroi latérale (12) est en contact coulissant avec un bord intérieur (24) de l'élément d'étanchéité (18).
  5. Meuleuse de sols (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité (18) est fixé de manière amovible à la surface intérieure (16a) de la première paroi latérale (9), et agencé pour être positionné de manière réglable dans la direction axiale (AX) le long de la surface intérieure (16a) de la première paroi latérale (9).
  6. Meuleuse de sols (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la surface intérieure (16a) de la première paroi latérale (9) a une forme en coupe transversale sensiblement circulaire autour d'un axe (A) s'étendant dans la direction axiale (AX) et la surface extérieure (17b) de la seconde paroi latérale (12) a une forme en coupe transversale sensiblement circulaire autour de l'axe (A) s'étendant dans la direction axiale (AX).
  7. Meuleuse de sols (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la plaque supérieure (8) et la première paroi latérale (9) du boîtier supérieur (5) forment un premier espace (10), où le boîtier inférieur (6) est agencé au moins partiellement à l'intérieur du premier espace (10) du boîtier supérieur (5).
  8. Meuleuse de sols (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la seconde paroi latérale (12) fait saillie vers le haut à partir de la plaque de fond (11) dans la direction axiale (AX), et où l'interstice (15) est formé dans la direction radiale (R) entre une surface intérieure (17a) de la seconde paroi latérale (12) et une surface extérieure (16b) de la première paroi latérale (9).
  9. Meuleuse de sols (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la surface intérieure (17a) de la seconde paroi latérale (12) a une forme en coupe transversale sensiblement circulaire autour d'un axe (A) s'étendant dans la direction axiale (AX) et la surface extérieure (16b) de la première paroi latérale (9) a une forme en coupe transversale sensiblement circulaire autour de l'axe (A) s'étendant dans la direction axiale (AX).
  10. Meuleuse de sols (1) selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de fond (11) et la seconde paroi latérale (12) du boîtier inférieur (6) forment un second espace (19), où le boîtier supérieur (5) est au moins partiellement agencé à l'intérieur du second espace (19) du boîtier inférieur (6).
  11. Meuleuse de sols (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un arbre d'entraînement (20) du système d'entraînement planétaire (7) est relié de manière amovible à l'unité d'entraînement (4) par l'intermédiaire d'un accouplement d'entraînement (26), et où l'arbre d'entraînement (20) passe à travers une ouverture (21) dans le boîtier supérieur (5).
  12. Meuleuse de sols (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le système d'entraînement planétaire (7) comprend une unité d'entraînement à courroie (25) agencée sur le boîtier inférieur (6) reliée à l'unité d'entraînement (4), où l'unité d'entraînement à courroie (25) est agencée pour faire tourner le boîtier inférieur (6) par rapport au boîtier supérieur (5) et pour faire tourner les un ou plusieurs disques de meulage (13) par rapport au boîtier inférieur (6), et où l'unité d'entraînement à courroie (25) comprend une courroie d'entraînement (29), où chacun des un ou plusieurs disques de meulage (13) est relié à une poulie (30), où un mouvement de rotation est transféré de l'unité d'entraînement (4) aux un ou plusieurs disques de meulage (13) par l'intermédiaire de la courroie d'entraînement (29) et de l'une ou plusieurs poulies (30).
  13. Meuleuse de sols (1) selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que le système d'entraînement planétaire (7) comprend une couronne dentée (27) agencée sur une surface intérieure (16a) de la première paroi latérale (9) du boîtier supérieur (5), où la couronne dentée (27) coopère avec au moins un pignon (28) relié en rotation au boîtier inférieur (6), et où l'au moins un pignon (28) est entraîné en rotation par l'unité d'entraînement à courroie (25).
  14. Meuleuse de sols (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de meulage (3) est fixée de manière pivotante au châssis de support (2) autour d'un axe latéral (L), et/ou le boîtier supérieur (5) est agencé de manière non rotative par rapport au châssis de support (2).
