The adapter elements 19 for forming a floating bearing have been removed. The adapter elements 20 for forming a fixed bearing rest on the inner ring of the replacement roller bearing 15. The first clamping ring 24.2 on the bearing flange 23 for the fixed bearing and the second clamping ring 25.2 on the side cheek 16.2 of the loose drum 4 and the roller bearing 14 to be replaced have been removed. The replacement roller bearing 15, designed as a fixed bearing, is moved around the main shaft 2 by the holder 18 in the direction of the bearing receptacle between the bearing flange 23 and the side cheek 16.2 and inserted into the bearing receptacle. The first clamping ring 24.2 is then screwed back onto the bearing flange 22 for the fixed bearing and the second clamping ring 25.2 is screwed onto the side cheek 16.2 of the loose drum 4. Claims (10)

  1. Double drum conveyor machine (1) comprising a driven main shaft (2), at least one loose drum (4) mounted rotatably on the main shaft (2) having a brake (6) and a clutch (8) for detachable connection of the loose drum (4) and main shaft (2), characterized in that the loose drum (4) with two roller bearings (13, 14) is mounted rotatably on the main shaft (2) and between the two roller bearings (13, 14) of the loose drum (4) at least one replacement roller bearing (15) is held detachably surrounding the main shaft (2).
  2. Double drum conveyor machine according to Claim 1, characterized in that at least one holder (18) for the at least one replacement roller bearing (15) is fastened to the loose drum and each holder comprises a plurality of detachably interconnected parts (18.1, 18.2, 18.3) which are adapted in such a manner that as a result of the loosening and removal of individual parts (18.2, 18.3) of each holder (18) the at least one replacement roller bearing (15) comes free from the holder (18) and can be moved in the axial direction of the main shaft (2).
  3. Double drum conveyor machine according to Claim 2, characterized in that bulkhead plates extend between parallel side cheeks (16.1, 16.2) of the loose drum and the holder is configured as an annular channel surrounding the main shaft which is fastened to a plurality of the bulkhead plates.
  4. Double drum conveyor machine according to Claim 2, characterized in that bulkhead plates extend between parallel side cheeks (16.1, 16.2) of the loose drum and in each case a holder embracing the cross-section of the replacement roller bearing (15) is fastened to each of the bulkhead plates.
  5. Double drum conveyor machine according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that two bearing flanges (22, 23) are arranged on the main shaft (2) wherein a first multipart clamping ring (24.1, 24.2) is detachably arranged on each bearing flange (22, 23) for positive receipt of an inner race of one of the two roller bearings (13, 14) and a second multipart clamping ring (25.1, 25.2) for positive receipt of an outer race of one of the two roller bearings (13, 14) is arranged detachably on each side cheek (16.1) of the loose drum (4).
  6. Double drum conveyor machine according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that
    - one roller bearing (13) of the loose drum (4) is designed as a loose bearing and the other roller bearing (14) is designed as a fixed bearing and
    - adjacent to the fixed bearing a first replacement roller bearing configured as a fixed bearing and adjacent to the loose bearing a second replacement roller bearing configured as a loose bearing is held detachably surrounding the main shaft (2).
  7. Double drum conveyor machine according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that
    - one roller bearing (13) of the loose drum (4) is designed as a loose bearing and the other roller bearing (14) is designed as a fixed bearing
    - and only one replacement roller bearing (15) is held detachably between the two roller bearings (13, 14) of the loose drum (4) surrounding the main shaft (2), wherein the replacement roller bearing (15) has annular adapter elements (19, 20) for optionally configuring the replacement roller bearing (15) as a fixed or loose bearing.
  8. Double drum conveyor machine according to Claim 7, characterized in that the annular adapter elements (19) for forming a loose bearing on both sides of the inner race of the loose bearing have the same thickness as the inner race so that the roller bodies (21) of the replacement roller bearing (15) are displaceable with respect to the inner race in the axial direction of the replacement roller bearing.
  9. Double drum conveyor machine according to Claim 7 or 8, characterized in that the annular adapter elements (20) for forming a fixed bearing on both sides of the inner race of the fixed bearing have a greater thickness than the inner race so that the roller bodies (21) of the replacement roller bearing (15) are not displaceable with respect to the inner race in the axial direction of the replacement roller bearing.
  10. Double drum conveyor machine according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that each loose drum (4) consists of two halves (4.1, 4.2) which are detachably interconnected along a joint (26) of each side cheek (16.1, 16.2) of the loose drum (4) and compression clamps (28) are arranged on both sides of the joint (26).
