Claims (15)

  1. Transfer roller table (1) for an edging roll stand (2), comprising a transfer table (7), at least one centre roller (10, 11) and a drive motor (14), by way of which the at least one centre roller (10, 11) is rotationally drivable, wherein the at least one centre roller (10, 11) and the drive motor (14) are constructed in the form of a modular roller unit (8, 9),
    characterised in that
    the at least one centre roller (10) is constructed as a hollow roller and the drive motor (14) is arranged at least partly in the interior of the centre roller (10, 11) constructed as a hollow roller.
  2. Transfer roller table (1) according to claim 1, wherein the at least one centre roller (10, 11) is connected with a shaft (19), which is rotatably arranged in a bearing housing (16) of the modular roller unit (8, 9), to be secure against relative rotation.
  3. Transfer roller table (1) according to claim 2, wherein the shaft (19) comprises at least one connecting element (20) which extends radially from the shaft (19) and by way of which the shaft (19) is connected with the centre roller (10, 11) to be secure against relative rotation.
  4. Transfer roller table (1) according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the shaft (19) is rotatably mounted by way of a roller bearing (21) arranged in the bearing housing (16).
  5. Transfer roller table (1) according to any one of the preceding claims 2 to 4, wherein the shaft (19) is frictionally and/or mechanically positively connectible with a drive shaft (23) by way of a coupling (22), wherein the drive shaft (23) is preferably connected with the drive motor (14), which is arranged in the modular roller unit (8, 9), to be secure against relative rotation.
  6. Transfer roller table (1) according to claim 5, wherein the shaft (19) is rotatably mounted at its end, which is axially opposite the coupling (22) and/or the drive motor (14), by way of the roller bearing (21) arranged in the bearing housing (16).
  7. Transfer roller table (1) according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the shaft (19) and the drive shaft (23) extend along a common axis (A) through the centre roller (10, 11) constructed as a hollow roller.
  8. Transfer roller table (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, further comprising a bearing sleeve (17) with at least one externally arranged roller bearing (18), by way of which the at least one centre roller (10, 11) constructed as a hollow roller is rotatably mounted.
  9. Transfer roller table (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the modular roller unit (8, 9), preferably the drive motor (14), comprises a first sensor element (15) by way of which the rotational speed of the centre roller (10, 11) can be monitored as well as optionally comprises a second sensor element by way of which wear of the centre roller (10, 11) can be monitored.
  10. Transfer roller table (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein this comprises at least two modular roller units (8, 9) and wherein the at least two modular roller units (8, 9) are so spaced from one another in transport direction (T) that for the (axial) spacing AR1 between the at least two centre rollers (10, 11) there applies: AR 1 LW LA / NM ,

    NM = number of the centre rollers (10, 11) actively participating in the transport,
    LW = shortest length of a metallic product (5),
    LA = a length component of the metallic product (5) and LA values are between 0.1 to 400.0 mm, preferably 50.0 to 300.0 mm, more preferably between 100.0 to 200.0 mm, and NM = 2 to 5.
  11. Transfer roller table (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the drive motor (14) is constructed in the form of an electric, hydraulic and/or pneumatic drive and is preferably a radial piston motor.
  12. Edging roll stand (1) for edging metallic products (5), particularly a rolling material, comprising two edging rolls (3, 4) which are adjustable relative to one another and are adjustable transversely to the transport direction (T) to a minimum spacing (d), and a transfer roller table (1), which is arranged between the two edging rolls (3, 4), according to any one of the preceding claims.
  13. Edging roll stand (10) according to claim 12, further comprising at least one first roller (24), particularly an inlet stand roller (24), which is arranged in front of the transfer roller table (1) in transport direction (T), and optionally at least one second roller (25), particularly an outlet stand roller (25), which is arranged behind the transfer roller table (1) in transport direction (T), for conveying a metallic product (5) through the edging roll stand (2).
  14. Edging roll stand (1) according to claim 12 or 13, wherein the at least one centre roller (10, 11) of the at least one modular roller unit (8, 9) is spaced in such a way in transport direction (T) from the first roller (24) arranged directly in front thereof and/or the second roller (25) arranged directly therebehind that for the (axial) spacing AR2 between these there applies: AR 2 LW LA / N ,

  15. Rolling train (26) comprising an edging roll stand (2) according to any one of the preceding claims 12 to 14.
