Definitions

  • the present disclosure belongs to the field of washing, in particular to a washing equipment and a water outlet method of washing water.
  • a traditional fully-automatic impeller-type washing machine generally includes an inner drum, an outer drum, a damping part and a power system.
  • the inner drum rotates relative to the outer drum, such that clothes interact with washing water, to achieve the purpose of washing clothes or dehydrating, wherein the outer drum is installed outside the inner drum, to provide support for the inner drum.
  • the outer drum serves as a water accommodating bucket, a side wall of the inner drum is uniformly distributed with drainage holes, such that the inner drum and the outer drum are communicated.
  • clothes washing process clothes are placed in the inner drum, the water levels of the two drums are the same, and however, the outer drum is not in contact with clothes.
  • a volume of the outer drum of the existing washing machine is larger than a volume of the inner drum, causing accumulation of more washing water between the inner drum and the outer drum, the detergent between two drums cannot be sufficiently utilized, thereby not only increasing water amount during clothes washing, but also lowering concentration of the detergent during washing, and causing a rather big volume of the whole washing machine.
  • the inner wall of the outer drum and the outer wall of the inner drum may be adhered with dirt, and may be even moldy, further the washed clothes may be polluted, and the drum wall is difficult to clean.
  • washing machines adopt an inner drum without holes, such that the inner drum is separated from the outer drum, only the inner drum stores water, and the outer drum has no water. Drain holes are formed close to an upper end of the side wall of the inner drum, in this way, when the washing machine dehydrates, water is splashed on an inner wall of the inner drum due to the effect of a centrifugal force, moves upwards along the inner wall of the inner drum, and is discharged from the drainage holes at the upper end of the inner drum, thereby improving the effect of water conservation of the washing machine, and saving use amount of detergent.
  • the above solution has the following problems: since the washing machine rotates at a high speed during dehydration, water in the clothes is thrown away through drain holes on the side wall of the inner drum, and hits directly on a side wall of an outer drum, and water easily splashes everywhere, and water accumulated on the inner wall of the outer drum is easy to breed bacteria and is not beneficial for environmental protection.
  • a Chinese patent with the application number of CN99230455.5 discloses a single-bucket type water-saving washing machine, a bucket mouth of the wash bucket is provided with a water collecting device, the water collecting outlet of the water collecting device surrounds the bucket mouth along the wash bucket, a water collecting chamber, arranged at the bucket mouth, of the water collecting device is connected with a plurality of drainage pipes, the drainage pipes are arranged symmetrically from top to bottom along the outer wall of the wash bucket.
  • the water collecting device collects centrifugal water flow due to high-speed rotation, and guides the water flow downwards to discharge the water flow.
  • the water collecting device is an annular structure, washing water filled inside is discharged downwards at different speeds, thereby destroying the balance of high-speed rotation of the wash bucket; in addition, after entering the water collecting device, washing water is guided to the lower part of the wash bucket, and is collected towards the center and is discharged, which is not beneficial for water discharge, such that water is concentrated in the water collecting chamber under the effect of a centrifugal force and is difficult to discharge, thereby causing concentration of washing water at the upper end of the wash bucket, increasing the weight of the upper part of the wash bucket, and further destroying balance, especially when much water remains in the wash bucket, most of washing water is concentrated in the water collecting chamber and cannot be discharged, thereby improving total center of gravity of the wash bucket and the outer drum, generating great vibration noise, and also increasing the working load of a dehydrating motor, and easily damaging an electrical motor.
