Abstract

L'invention concerne un équipement de lavage et un procédé de sortie d'eau. L'équipement de lavage comprend un tambour de lavage rotatif (2) rempli d'eau pendant le lavage, une sortie d'eau (8) étant ménagée dans une partie supérieure d'une paroi de tambour (21) ; et un composant (5) de guidage de sortie d'eau disposé sur la paroi de tambour (21) du tambour de lavage (2) et en communication avec la sortie d'eau (8). L'eau dans le tambour de lavage (2) est lancée par la sortie d'eau (8) sur la partie supérieure pour entrer dans le composant (5) de guidage de sortie d'eau. Le composant (5) de guidage de sortie d'eau est utilisé pour guider l'eau vers le bas pour être évacuée. Le composant de guidage de sortie d'eau de l'équipement de lavage est directement en communication avec un intérieur du tambour de lavage et conduit l'eau directement vers l'extérieur, à l'intérieur du tambour de lavage, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'efficacité de sortie d'eau, d'empêcher l'eau de lavage d'être concentrée sur une extrémité supérieure du tambour de lavage pour affecter l'équilibre de rotation du tambour de lavage et de rendre la rotation du tambour de lavage plus stable. De plus, un bruit plus faible est produit pendant le fonctionnement et la durée de vie est plus longue.
