Definitions
- the invention relates to a vibration training device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Vibration training devices are used in the training and fitness sector as well as in the health sector, for example in physiotherapy, for whole-body training or for the targeted treatment of certain muscle or body areas.
- Such vibration training devices are typically also referred to as vibration plates or vibration boards due to their basic shape.
- These devices usually consist of at least one stationary lower plate or housing part and at least one upper plate or housing part arranged above it.
- the upper plate or housing part is set in oscillatory movements, in particular in vibration.
- the upper plate or housing part has a substantially flat upper side which forms a step surface on which the user of the training device stands with his or her feet. The vibrations of the upper plate or housing part are thus transmitted to the entire body of the user.
- the upper plate or housing part vibrates at a frequency of 5 to 21 Hz.
- the intensity or the movement pattern of the oscillation of the upper plate relative to the lower plate can typically be set and changed by means of suitable control devices.
- different training programs can be stored in the device, which include different movement patterns of the upper device plate.
- the user of the training device can, in particular in connection with a selection of his position on the moving upper side, specifically target different body areas and train accordingly.
- Known vibration training devices include, for example, training programs that simulate movement patterns for walking, jogging or running or are suitable for training these types of movement.
- vibration training devices are usually provided so that the user stands with his feet on the top of the upper plate or supports himself with other parts of the body on it. In this way, the user can also sit on the top or support himself with his arms or hands on the top in the manner of a push-up, while he kneels or lies in front of the device. In this case, especially the arm and shoulder muscles are trained by the vibration of the upper plate.
- the user In this case of push-up exercise, the user typically places their hands flat on the top of the top plate or grips around the outer edge of the top plate with the heel of the hand resting on the top of the plate.
- the positions that the user can occupy as a whole are therefore limited.
- the exercise possibilities are also limited, i. H. only certain areas of the body or muscles can be reached by this training.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of creating an improved vibration training device that offers new and different exercise options that go beyond the capabilities of the known vibration training devices.
- a vibration training device is to be created that offers new or improved exercise options within the framework of lying or semi-lying training, in which the user supports himself with his hands or arms on the vibrating top of the training device, for example in the manner of a push-up.
- a vibration training device according to claim 1
- one or more handles can be arranged or fastened in different positions on the upper side of the training device. In this way, the number of training variants increases even further. So it is possible that several handles are arranged or attached to the training device at the same time, so that the user can change his hand positions and thus the muscle or body parts controlled by the training by changing from one handle to another .
- the handles can be detachably inserted into recesses on the upper side of the training device, with several recesses being provided such that the handles can be inserted and in particular plugged into the recesses in different positions and orientations.
- the recesses which are formed in particular by bores or holes, can be closed by closure devices, in particular covers, when no handle is inserted into the recess in question.
- closure devices in particular covers, when no handle is inserted into the recess in question.
- a substantially flat, closed surface is formed at those points on the upper side of the training device that are not occupied by handles. This prevents, on the one hand, dirt from getting into the otherwise open recesses and, on the other hand, prevents the user from getting stuck on the otherwise open recesses and / or injuring himself on them.
- closure devices eg cover
- the closure devices are coupled to a spring device and are designed such that they are pressed by means of a spring preload or spring force brought about by the spring device into a position in which they close the recesses when no handle is inserted into the recess in question.
- the locking devices can be opened by the handles opposite to the spring preload caused by the spring device, ie pushed out of the position closing the recesses when the handles are inserted into the respective recesses.
- the handles are attached to the upper plate or housing part in such a way that they are movably attached to the upper plate or housing part, in particular to its top side and / or to its side parts, the handles are movable to a first position in which they can be grasped by the user of the vibration training device for training purposes, and wherein the handles are movable to a second position in which they are stowed for storage purposes on the upper plate or housing part when they are removed from not be used by the user of the vibration training device for training purposes.
- the handles are movably attached to the upper plate or housing part in such a way that they can either be folded in and out or pushed in and out on its top and / or on its side parts.
- FIGS Fig. 1 and 2 show various views of a first embodiment of the vibration training device 1 according to the invention.
- this training device consists of a lower housing part 5 and a separate, upper housing part 10. While the lower housing part 5 usually rests on the floor, the upper housing part 10 is movable relative to the lower housing part 5.
- the upper housing part 10 is supported on the lower housing part 5 inside the device.
- the upper housing part 10 can overlap the lower housing part 5 from the outside at its outer edge.
- the upper housing part 10 is arranged at a small distance above the lower housing part 5, that is, a relatively small gap 7 remains between the upper housing part 10 and the lower housing part 5. This gap 7 must, however, preferably be large enough that the upper housing part 10 can move relative to the lower housing part 5 so that the two housing parts 5, 10 do not abut one another.
- the two housing parts 5, 10 can each be designed in the form of a flat plate, the distance or the gap 7 between the upper plate and the lower plate then typically being significantly larger than in the case of the one shown here Embodiment.
- a drive or vibration mechanism 8 is provided between the lower housing part 5 and the upper housing part 10, which couples the two housing parts 5 and 10 with one another.
- the drive or vibration mechanism 8 comprises at least one motor and can thereby be activated in such a way that it moves the upper housing part 10 relative to the lower housing part 5 and the upper housing part 10 in particular with oscillations or vibrations offset.
- the drive mechanism 8 is preferably designed in such a way that it enables the upper housing part 10 to move in all degrees of freedom.
- the upper housing part 10 can thus move in a substantially horizontal direction (thus parallel or perpendicular to the plane of the drawing in FIG Fig. 2 ) and / or in a vertical direction (therefore parallel to the plane of the drawing in Fig.
- the upper housing part 10 can thus also perform a tilting or rocking movement, for example by being pivoted about an axis which is shown in the drawing plane in FIG Fig. 2 or about an axis that is perpendicular to the plane of the drawing in Fig. 2 runs.
- all of these movements have only a (relatively) small amplitude, so that the overall movement of the upper housing part 10 is perceived by the user of the training device essentially as a small oscillation or vibration.
- the movement of the upper housing part 10 must not be so strong that the user standing on the training device falls off it.
- the maximum amplitude of the horizontal and / or vertical movement of the upper housing part 10 at its left edge and its right edge for example in a range of 15 mm.
- one or more handles 20 can be attached to the upper plate or housing part 10, which are intended to be gripped by the user of the vibration training device 1 for training purposes.
- the user grips these handles 20 when the upper housing part 10 moves in the form of oscillations or vibrations.
- the handles 20 can in particular be attached to the upper housing part 10 in different positions, so that the user can grasp the handles 20 in these different positions in order to thereby perform different exercises or training applications.
- the user of the device can carry out exercises in which he lies or kneels on the floor in front of the training device in the manner of a push-up, while holding his hands on the handles 20 supports. Due to the possible different positions of the handles 20, the user has to adopt corresponding different postures, whereby different parts of the body and / or muscles of the user are ultimately reached and thus trained when the upper housing part 10 moves.
- the user can assume different positions on the step surface 12 of the training device 1, in which, during the vibration movement of the upper housing part 10, motion sequences are simulated or trained that correspond to walking, jogging or running.
- these positions are indicated schematically and by way of example by the information "running, jogging, walking” shown on the tread surface 12 (see FIG Figs. 3 to 5 ).
- handles 20 can be attached to the top 12 of the training device 1. This number is only to be understood as an example, ie any other suitable number of handles 20 can also be provided.
- the handles 20 are received by holding devices 30 provided on the training device 1, into which the handles 20 can be inserted by means of suitable fastening devices, as will be described in more detail below.
- the handles 20 and the holding devices 30 are designed to be complementary to one another so that the handles 20 can be detachably inserted or plugged into the holding devices 30, the handles 20 easily being used by the user when they are not in use or for different positions and therefore for implementing various training options can also be removed from the holding devices 30 again.
- the handles 20 must be held by the holding devices 30 in such a way that they make it possible to be gripped by the user of the device during training without the handles 20 falling out or being pulled out of the holding devices 30 or moving in them.
- the interaction of the handles 20 with the holding devices 30 must therefore ensure that the user can firmly grasp the handles 20 when using the training device, whereby these must be held stably on the training device so that the user can perform the intended exercises effectively and safely as intended can.
- handles 20 are attached to the top or step surface 12 of the training device 1.
- the two outer handles 20.1, 20.2 and 20.5, 20.6 are arranged essentially parallel to one another.
- the arrangement of the handles 20.1 to 20.6 shown here is only to be understood as an example, that is, other arrangements and orientations of the handles are also conceivable.
- the handle 20.2 or 20.5 arranged in the middle on both sides of the tread surface 12 can assume two different positions.
- the handle 20.2 or 20.5 arranged on both sides in the middle between the outer handle 20.1 or 20.6 and the inner handle 20.3 or 20.4 can also be arranged so that it lies essentially parallel to the innermost handle 20.3 or 20.4 on the two sides of the step surface 12, as shown in FIG Fig. 4 is shown.
- three holding devices 30.2a, 30.2b, 30.2c or 30.5a, 30.5b, 30.5c are provided in the area of the respective second, middle handle 20.2 or 20.5 so that the handles 20.2 or 20.5 with one lateral end (i.e. your in Fig. 3 upper end shown) can optionally engage in one of two holding devices 30.2a, 30.2b or 30.5a, 30.5b.
- the respective holding device 30.2c or 30.5c which the (in Fig. 3 shown) is assigned to the lower end of the handle 20.2 or 20.5, serves, so to speak, as a pivot bearing or pivot axis about which the handle 20.2 or 20.5 is pivoted when it is at its upper end from the in Fig. 3 first position shown in the Fig. 4 second position shown is shifted.
- FIG Fig. 1 These two alternative positions, which the respective middle handles 20.2 and 20.5 can assume, are also shown schematically in FIG Fig. 1 shown.
- the middle handles 20.2 and 20.5 on both sides are shown here simultaneously in their two possible positions mentioned. The same applies to the representation of the Fig. 2 .
- this simultaneous assumption of the two positions by the handles 20.2 and 20.5 is not provided. Rather, those in the Fig. 3 and 4th shown positions of these handles provided.
- handles 20.7, 20.8 can be attached to the upper housing part 10 of the training device 1 outside the top or step surface 12.
- the handles 20.7 and 20.8 are here in particular in the lateral areas of the upper housing part 10.
- These handles 20.7 and 20.8 are in particular arranged in such a way that they can be used by the user for training purposes of the device.
- the position of these handles 20.7 and 20.8 thus enables other exercises or other positions for the user during training.
- the position of the handles 20.7 and 20.8 in the lateral area of the upper housing part 10 can also be used to store or "park" the handles when they are not in their function as one of the handles 20.1 to 20.6 on the step surface 12 of the training device used for training purposes.
- handles 20 are included in the entire scope of delivery of the vibration training device. If, in this case, not all of the supplied handles for training purposes are arranged on the top 12 of the training device and used by the user, individual handles can thus be kept or temporarily stored in the lateral positions of handles 20.7 and 20.8 shown. In this way it is avoided, for example, that handles that are not used for training lie loosely next to the training device and then hinder the user during his exercises, or that unused handles that are not connected to the training device are ultimately lost.
- the handles 20 engage in complementary, suitable holding devices 30 provided in the training device, the handles 20 and the holding devices 30 assigned to them must be designed such that the handles 20 are firmly connected to the training device for training purposes can be, but on the other hand can be removed from the training device when they are not used for training purposes.
- Various embodiments of the handles 20 with their holding devices 30 complementary thereto are conceivable for this purpose.
- the handles 20 or the holding devices 30 can thus have suitable hooks which each engage in suitable eyelets or other openings on the respective complementary part, that is to say the holding device 30 or the handle 20. It is also conceivable that the handles 20 are screwed or screwed into the holding devices 30 provided in the training device. In yet another Embodiment it is conceivable that the handles 20 are attached magnetically to the upper housing part 10 of the training device, the handles 20 and the holding devices 30 then each comprising corresponding, interacting magnetic devices.
- the magnetic holding force must be so great that, as already described above, the handles 20 are firmly mounted on the training device for training purposes, but it must be possible for the handles 20 to be easily removed from the training device and in particular from their holding devices 30 can be loosened and removed when not required for training purposes.
- the holding devices 30 are formed by recesses, in particular bores or holes 32, in the upper housing part 10 of the training device 1.
- the handles 20 are designed so that they can be inserted into these recesses 32, i. in the case of bores or holes can be inserted into the latter.
- the handles 20 have complementary fastening devices 22, 24 which engage in the recesses 30, in particular bores or holes.
- the bores or holes 32 in the upper housing part 10 are in particular shown in FIG Fig. 6 and in an enlarged, partial illustration in Fig. 7 recognizable.
- the arrangement of the handles 20 in Fig. 6 corresponds to that of Fig. 5 , where in Fig. 6 however the in Fig. 5 visible cover (which is formed for example by a plastic or rubber mat) of the top or tread 12 has been removed.
- the Fig. 7 is an enlarged excerpt from the illustration of FIG Fig. 6 , where in Fig. 7 on the right side the two middle handles 20.4 and 20.5 can be seen. In those positions where there are no handles are in particular in the Fig. 5 , 6 and 7th the holding devices 30, in particular in the form of holes or bores 32 or other types of recesses, can be seen.
- the handles 20 are preferably designed in the form of basically U-shaped bow handles, as shown in FIG Figures 10 to 12 is recognizable.
- the holding devices in the form of the bores or holes 32 have complementary fastening devices the handles 20 at their two lower ends have essentially cylindrical projections 22 which are provided for engagement in the complementary bores or holes 32.
- the cylindrical extensions 22 of the handles 20 can, for example, additionally be provided with at least one gap or slot 24, whereby the extension 22 is inherently flexible. This brings about a certain pretension or spring force inherent in the extension 22, which means that the handle 20 as a whole is held in the holes 32 of the holding devices 30.
- this holding force must be so great that the handle 20 is held securely and firmly in the recesses 32 during the training of the user, but on the other hand it must be ensured that the handle 20 is easily removed by the user Recesses 32 can be solved and removed when not needed.

- the fastening devices (e.g. attachments 22) of the handles 20 and the holding devices 30 complementary thereto (e.g. recesses or holes 32) in the training device can also have suitable latching devices, which are designed such that the handles 20 can be detached in the Recesses 32 can be latched (not shown in the drawings).
- the recesses or bores or holes 32 provided in the upper housing part 10 of the training device 1 can have closure devices 34 with which they can be covered or closed when the handles 20 are not inserted into the recesses 32. It is advantageous if the closure devices 34 are each coupled to a spring device 36 and are designed in such a way that they are pressed into a position by means of a spring preload or spring force caused by the spring device 36 in which they close the recesses 32 when the handles 20 are not inserted into the recesses 32.
- the handles 20 for example with their substantially cylindrical lugs 22 (see Figures 10 to 12 ) are then inserted into the recesses or bores or holes 32, they press the closure devices 34 from the aforementioned closed position opposite to the spring force caused by the spring device 36 into an open position.
- the locking devices 34 are thus held in an open position by the handles 20 inserted into the recesses or holes 32.
- the spring force causes the closure devices 34 to move back into the position in which the recesses or holes 32 are closed. It goes without saying that the closure devices 34 must be dimensioned and designed so that they have space in the recesses 32 in their open position.
- the closure devices can be formed by a cover 34 which is mounted pivotably on an axle 35 mounted on the upper housing part 10 of the training device 1.
- the cover 34 closes the relevant recess 32, it is arranged essentially parallel to the top side 12 of the upper housing part 10, as shown in FIG Figures 6 to 9 is shown.
- the cover 34 is coupled to a helical or spiral spring 36 which is also arranged on the axis 35 and exerts the spring preload or spring force described above on the cover 34.
- a first end 37 of the helical or spiral spring 36 is mounted directly on the upper housing part 10.
- FIG Fig. 9 shows the cover 34 in a view from below.
- the cover 34 When the cover 34 is opened, for example in the course of inserting the handle 20 into the hole 32, in which the handle 20 presses against the cover 34 from the outside or above (based on the training device 1), the cover 34 moves in the presentation of the Fig. 9 thus upwards out of the plane of the drawing in that it is pivoted about axis 35.
- Fig. 9 shows Fig.
- the recesses or holes 32 of the training device 1 can thus be closed by means of the described closure devices or cover 34 if the relevant recesses 32 are not occupied by handles 20. In this way, a substantially flat, closed upper side or tread surface 12 is created which is not interrupted by open holes 32 in those areas in which no handles 20 are arranged.
- the closed recesses or holes 32 also have the advantage that the user of the training device does not get caught in the otherwise open holes 32 and possibly injure himself as a result. Another advantage achieved by closing the unused holes 32 is that no dirt can collect in the holes 32.
- the vibration training device 1 can furthermore have a control and display unit 40 which is attached, for example, in the area of the upper side or step surface 12 to the upper housing part 10 in the field of vision of the user.
- This control and display unit 40 can have control devices 42, for example in the form of push buttons or switches, which are provided for switching the drive mechanism of the training device on and off and / or the intensity and / or the direction of the movement and / or the Adjust and control the frequency of the oscillation of the upper housing part 10.

- the handles 20 can be moved into a first position in which they can be gripped by the user of the vibration training device 1 for training purposes.
- the handles 20 can also be moved into a second position in which they are stowed for storage purposes on the upper plate or housing part 10 when they are not used by the user of the vibration training device 1 for training purposes. Description
The invention relates to a vibration training device according to the preamble of
Bei typischen Vibrationstrainingsgeräten schwingt das obere Platten- oder Gehäuseteil beispielsweise mit einer Frequenz von 5 bis 21 Hz.Vibration training devices are used in the training and fitness sector as well as in the health sector, for example in physiotherapy, for whole-body training or for the targeted treatment of certain muscle or body areas. Such vibration training devices are typically also referred to as vibration plates or vibration boards due to their basic shape. These devices usually consist of at least one stationary lower plate or housing part and at least one upper plate or housing part arranged above it. By means of a suitable drive mechanism, the upper plate or housing part is set in oscillatory movements, in particular in vibration. The upper plate or housing part has a substantially flat upper side which forms a step surface on which the user of the training device stands with his or her feet. The vibrations of the upper plate or housing part are thus transmitted to the entire body of the user. In typical vibration training devices, for example, the upper plate or housing part vibrates at a frequency of 5 to 21 Hz.
With these training devices, the intensity or the movement pattern of the oscillation of the upper plate relative to the lower plate can typically be set and changed by means of suitable control devices. Furthermore, different training programs can be stored in the device, which include different movement patterns of the upper device plate. With the help of these training programs or by manually setting the directions and intensities of movement, the user of the training device can, in particular in connection with a selection of his position on the moving upper side, specifically target different body areas and train accordingly. Known vibration training devices include, for example, training programs that simulate movement patterns for walking, jogging or running or are suitable for training these types of movement.
These vibration training devices are usually provided so that the user stands with his feet on the top of the upper plate or supports himself with other parts of the body on it. In this way, the user can also sit on the top or support himself with his arms or hands on the top in the manner of a push-up, while he kneels or lies in front of the device. In this case, especially the arm and shoulder muscles are trained by the vibration of the upper plate.
In this case of push-up exercise, the user typically places their hands flat on the top of the top plate or grips around the outer edge of the top plate with the heel of the hand resting on the top of the plate. The positions that the user can occupy as a whole are therefore limited. In a corresponding way, the exercise possibilities are also limited, i. H. only certain areas of the body or muscles can be reached by this training.
The invention is therefore based on the object of creating an improved vibration training device that offers new and different exercise options that go beyond the capabilities of the known vibration training devices. Especially A vibration training device is to be created that offers new or improved exercise options within the framework of lying or semi-lying training, in which the user supports himself with his hands or arms on the vibrating top of the training device, for example in the manner of a push-up.
This object is achieved according to the invention by a vibration training device according to
According to the invention, it is provided that one or more handles can be arranged or fastened in different positions on the upper side of the training device. In this way, the number of training variants increases even further. So it is possible that several handles are arranged or attached to the training device at the same time, so that the user can change his hand positions and thus the muscle or body parts controlled by the training by changing from one handle to another .
In a first embodiment of the invention it is provided that the handles can be detachably inserted into recesses on the upper side of the training device, with several recesses being provided such that the handles can be inserted and in particular plugged into the recesses in different positions and orientations. It is furthermore provided in particular that the recesses, which are formed in particular by bores or holes, can be closed by closure devices, in particular covers, when no handle is inserted into the recess in question. As a result, a substantially flat, closed surface is formed at those points on the upper side of the training device that are not occupied by handles. This prevents, on the one hand, dirt from getting into the otherwise open recesses and, on the other hand, prevents the user from getting stuck on the otherwise open recesses and / or injuring himself on them.
In an advantageous further development of this embodiment of the invention it is provided that the closure devices (eg cover) are coupled to a spring device and are designed such that they are pressed by means of a spring preload or spring force brought about by the spring device into a position in which they close the recesses when no handle is inserted into the recess in question. The locking devices can be opened by the handles opposite to the spring preload caused by the spring device, ie pushed out of the position closing the recesses when the handles are inserted into the respective recesses.
In a second exemplary embodiment it is provided that the handles are attached to the upper plate or housing part in such a way that they are movably attached to the upper plate or housing part, in particular to its top side and / or to its side parts, the handles are movable to a first position in which they can be grasped by the user of the vibration training device for training purposes, and wherein the handles are movable to a second position in which they are stowed for storage purposes on the upper plate or housing part when they are removed from not be used by the user of the vibration training device for training purposes.
In advantageous developments of this embodiment it is provided that the handles are movably attached to the upper plate or housing part in such a way that they can either be folded in and out or pushed in and out on its top and / or on its side parts.

In practice, it can thus be provided, for example, that a certain number of
As already mentioned above, the
The
In a further alternative embodiment shown in the drawings, it is provided that the holding devices 30 are formed by recesses, in particular bores or holes 32, in the

The recesses or
The
In addition, the vibration training device can optionally be coupled to a remote control device (not shown in the drawings), via which the above-described control of the device is possible using suitable control devices and which optionally also has a display on which, for example, the function or the selected parameters of the training device and / or a selected training program can be displayed.

The
