Description

The invention relates to a support means for transporting objects with a support leg and a load-bearing leg.

There are various carrying means, primarily load hooks, known for transporting objects, which have a variable load support. This can either be moved, as with the DE 10 2005 924 671 A1 . Alternatively, the suspension element itself can be rotatably mounted, as in the case of EP 195 31 11 A2 .

In known devices it has been shown in the past that in components with a defined geometry, for example in elongated tubular objects with a large or oversized flange or with a cantilevered flange, the self-alignment of a radial segment that carries a load during transport cannot take place properly depending on the force effect. For example, the object to be transported becomes tilted on the hook and self-alignment is therefore not guaranteed.

Furthermore, the aforementioned configurations of the suspension means, such as a coil hook and a hook with a radial segment that can be rotated on both sides, stand side by side as separate solutions that have not previously been combined with one another. A new suspension element always had to be used for different purposes.

Multifunctional use was not possible. For example, it was not possible to first transport, in particular lift, loads that required such a designed flat load holder and then with it using an essentially flat load holder that extends somewhat to the tip of a hook to carry out a transport process, in particular a lifting process, on the same suspension element, in which the same or another load picked up by the suspension element aligns itself by means of a radial segment in accordance with the force effect of the load, the force absorption of the load on the suspension element always being like a hook with a radial segment done alone.

It is also already out of the DE 10 2011 118 498 A1 and the DE 10 2016 009 269 A1 a hook for transporting objects according to the preamble of claim 1 is known, in which the load bearing surface is a radial segment which rests on the hook in the hook mouth and forms a load-bearing bearing with it. However, there the hook does not have a flat inner surface and no bearing shell is arranged on the inner surface of the load-carrying leg at its free end, which corresponds to a radial segment.

The invention has set itself the task of optimizing the disadvantages of the prior art and of providing a suspension element that ensures greater operational readiness and, at the same time, self-alignment when necessary.

This object is achieved according to the invention by a support means for transporting objects with the features of claim 1, the subclaims containing further design variants according to the invention.

The support means for transporting objects then has a support leg and a load-receiving leg, with at least one rotatably mounted load support being arranged in the area of a free end of the load-receiving leg, the load support being a radial segment which rests on the load-receiving leg at the free end and with this forms a load-bearing bearing and at least one inner surface of the load-bearing leg forms a bearing shell at the free end, has this and corresponds to the radial segment. Provided In the following, only the term segment is spoken of, in the sense of the invention the radial segment is meant. The load support arm also has a flat inner surface.

A shaft is therefore not used as a load-bearing bearing as a separate component, with its disadvantages. When using a shaft or similar structural designs, only smaller forces can be absorbed because the entire load support and orientation act on the relatively weak shaft in the direction of the force of the object to be picked up. In addition, the shaft is an additional component that causes additional costs.

Due to the embodiment according to the invention, with the appropriate position or orientation of the radial segment, an enlarged area can be granted as a load support from the radial segment up to the apex of the load-bearing leg and the support leg.

In one embodiment, the support leg and the load-carrying leg form an acute angle (α), with at least the load-carrying leg having a flat inner surface. The support leg can also have a flat inner surface, but this is not necessary.

A sling means can in turn be arranged at another free end of the support leg, for example a hook rope of a crane or another device for functionally locking the support means.

In a further embodiment, the load support leg extends over an imaginary perpendicular from the further free end of the support leg and thus forms an extension area, the load support being arranged as the radial segment, the load-bearing bearing formed from the load support and the load-receiving leg, on the extension area and thus at With the corresponding position or orientation of the segment, the enlarged area can be granted in a special way as a load support from the segment up to the apex of the aforementioned legs. This surface can be designed depending on the load to be carried, including flat. Furthermore, the design of the suspension element with the extension area ensures advantageous handling of the suspension element. If the load-carrying leg is moved further forward, so to speak, through this arrangement, this allows more space when arranging the load.

Furthermore, it can be provided that the load support can be pivoted on several sides as a radial segment from a horizontal position of at least one load support surface of the segment.

To provide a rotational movement of the radial segment, the bearing shell of the load-carrying leg and the radial segment have the same or almost the same radius, so that the one or more inner surfaces of the load-carrying leg at the free end and at least one outer surface of the radial segment form sliding surfaces on one another are adapted. The radial segment is rotatably mounted on the free end of the load-carrying leg.

In an advantageous embodiment, the load support has at least one load support surface as a segment for supporting the load. In a further embodiment, the segment has two load bearing surfaces arranged at right angles to one another. The segment can be pivoted at least from a horizontal position of one load support surface to a horizontal position of the further load support surface and in the opposite direction. The load support surfaces are designed depending on the requirements of a load to be transported. They can be designed to be planar or essentially planar or even additional ones Have devices for locking a load or dividing a load, such as at least one tensioning device.

The design should essentially allow for an enlarged area as a load support from the segment up to the apex of the support leg and the load-bearing leg.

The load support can also be designed to be interchangeable as a segment and, for example, the support means is used to transport a tubular object with an oversized flange, such as to transport components of a wind turbine or pipeline segments.

The solution according to the invention ensures optimized self-alignment of the segment under load in the direction of the force of an object to be transported. At the same time, depending on the orientation of the segment, the invention provides an area as a load support from the segment to the hook mouth, so that an increased area of application of the suspension means is possible. It is now possible to transport, in particular lift, loads that require such a designed load bearing with a load support that is extended or extendable in one position of the radial segment and can extend up to approximately a hook tip, for example also with regard to a further load, to carry out a transport process in which the load aligns itself by means of the radial segment in accordance with the force effect of the object to be transported, i.e. the load, while ensuring an optimized absorption and dissipation of forces acting on the segment due to the design as a radial segment.

The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the figures. According to the Fig. 1 to 3 the support means (1), which is used to transport objects, in particular parts of wind turbines, has a support leg (2) and a load-carrying leg (3) , with a rotatably mounted load support in the area of a free end (7) of the load-carrying leg (3). is arranged. The load support is designed as a segment (4) which rests on the load-bearing leg (3 ) at the free end (7) and forms a load-bearing bearing with it. At least one inner surface of the load-bearing leg (3), which can only mean a part of the at least one inner surface, forms a bearing shell (5) at the free end (7) and thus corresponds to the segment (4).

In the exemplary embodiment, the load support leg extends over an imaginary vertical line (10) from the further free end (9) of the support leg (2) and forms a Extension region (6), wherein the load support is arranged as a radial segment (4) on the extension region (6) . The segment (4) can be pivoted on several sides starting from a horizontal position of at least one load bearing surface (8, 8') of the segment (4) and has two flat load bearing surfaces (8, 8') arranged at right angles to one another. The load support leg (3) has a flat inner surface (11) .

If the segment (4) now pivots in the direction of the hook mouth, so that the first flat load support surface (8) is as in Fig. 3 is given away horizontally in the direction of flat inner surfaces (11) , a flat inner surface (11) is formed, which essentially extends from the free end (7) of the load-carrying leg (3) to the hook mouth and thus to the apex of the aforementioned legs. This provides the advantages described above of greater variability in the use of the suspension element in relation to the already known suspension element of the same or similar type. In this case, the support surface (8) takes up the load and can place it on the flat inner surface (11) after pivoting into place it horizontally, or the flat inner surface (11) supports the support surface (8) when lifting the load.

In Fig. 1 and 2 On the other hand, the further flat load support surface (8') is pivoted horizontally, whereby the further load support surface (8') takes up the load. In both arrangements of the load bearing surfaces (8) and (8'), the segment and its storage ensure optimized self-alignment of the segment under load in the direction of the force of an object to be transported during transport of the respective object.

Furthermore, the load support itself can be changed as a segment (4) . In the exemplary embodiment, the support leg (2) and the load-bearing leg (3) form an acute angle (α), the so-called Hookmouth. A stop means is arranged at a further free end (9) of the support leg (2) .
