- Figure 9 shows an embodiment of the first type of building element, where the integrally shaped element or single body is formed by attaching two substantially similarly shaped elements 9 to each other e.g. by gluing or welding, or by using geometrically interlocking members such as a dovetail interconnection or any other interconnection that ensures that the two elements are fixed to each other to withstand pulling the two substantially similarly shaped elements apart.
- Figure 6 and 7 shows a third and a fourth type of building elements 10, 11 for a toy building set according to the invention, where the third and fourth type of building elements only has extensions 13, 14 with either knob or socket surfaces 15, 16 arranged on the free end of the extensions 13, 14.

Claims (8)
- Ensemble de jeu de construction comprenant un ou plusieurs éléments de construction de premier type (1) présentant un corps (2) et au moins deux surfaces de bouton planes (3), chacune étant pourvue d'au moins un bouton (4) s'étendant perpendiculairement depuis la surface de bouton (3) et où le corps formé d'un seul tenant (2) présente en outre au moins deux surfaces d'emboîture planes (6), chacune étant pourvue d'au moins une emboîture s'étendant chacune dans une surface d'emboîture (6), et étant conçue pour une interconnexion par frottement avec les boutons (4) sur la surface de bouton (3) sur un élément de construction identique (1), et où les deux surfaces de bouton (3) s'étendent dans deux plans mutuellement parallèles et non coïncidents et les deux surfaces d'emboîture (6) s'étendent également dans deux plans mutuellement parallèles et non coïncidents, et la distance entre les plans mutuellement parallèles comprenant les deux surfaces de bouton (3) et les deux surfaces d'emboîture (6), respectivement, est identique, et la position mutuelle entre les deux surfaces de bouton (3) est la même que la position mutuelle correspondante entre les deux surfaces d'emboîture (6) de telle sorte qu'elle permette aux boutons (4) au niveau d'une première surface des deux surfaces de bouton (3) d'être insérés dans l'emboîture d'une première emboîture des deux emboîtures (6) sur un élément de construction identique (1) tout en permettant en même temps aux boutons (4) au niveau d'une seconde surface des deux surfaces de bouton (3) d'être insérés dans l'emboîture d'une seconde surface des surfaces d'emboîture (6) de l'élément de construction identique (1), caractérisé en que les surfaces de bouton (3) et les surfaces d'emboîture (6) présentent toutes la même taille.
- Ensemble de jeu de construction selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie de corps (2) de chacun du premier type d'éléments de construction (1) comprend une partie de corps intermédiaire présentant un premier côté où la première surface des deux surfaces de bouton (3) est agencée, et un second côté où la seconde surface des deux surfaces d'emboîture (3) est agencée et où la seconde surface des deux surfaces de bouton (3) est agencée sur l'extrémité libre d'une première extension (5) s'étendant perpendiculairement depuis le premier côté près de la première surface des surfaces de bouton (3) et où la première surface des deux surfaces d'emboîture (6) est agencée sur l'extrémité libre d'une seconde extension (8) s'étendant perpendiculairement depuis le second côté près de la seconde surface des surfaces d'emboîture (6) et où la première et la seconde extension (5, 8) présentent la même longueur.
- Ensemble de jeu de construction selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces de bouton (3) et les surfaces d'emboîture (6) sont toutes rectangulaires ou carrées.
- Ensemble de jeu de construction selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale du corps intermédiaire et de chaque extension (5, 8) mesurée dans une direction en parallèle avec les deux plans mutuellement parallèles et non coïncidents comprenant les surfaces de bouton (3) ou les surfaces d'emboîture (6) respectivement de l'extension (5, 8) sont rectangulaires ou carrées.
- Ensemble de jeu de construction selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les plans mutuellement parallèles comprenant les deux surfaces de bouton (3) s'étendent perpendiculairement aux plans mutuellement parallèles comprenant les deux surfaces d'emboîture (6).
- Ensemble de jeu de construction selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de jeu de construction comprend en outre un certain nombre d'éléments de construction de deuxième type (12), chacun présentant une partie de corps en forme de boîte comprenant quatre faces latérales rectangulaires et au moins une surface de bouton plane qui est pourvue d'au moins un bouton s'étendant perpendiculairement depuis la surface de bouton et une surface d'emboîture plane qui est pourvue d'au moins une emboîture, chacune s'étendant dans la surface d'emboîture, et où la distance entre les deux surfaces de bouton d'un élément de construction de premier type ainsi que la distance entre les deux surfaces d'emboîture d'un élément de construction de premier type sont égales à au moins deux fois la distance entre la surface d'emboîture plane et la surface de bouton plane de l'élément de construction de deuxième type (12).
- Ensemble de jeu de construction selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de jeu de construction comprend en outre un élément de construction de troisième type (10) présentant un corps formé d'un seul tenant présentant seulement une surface d'emboîture plane et au moins deux surfaces de bouton planes, chacune étant pourvue d'au moins un bouton s'étendant perpendiculairement depuis la surface de bouton et où les deux surfaces de bouton de l'élément de construction de troisième type (10) s'étendent dans deux plans mutuellement parallèles et non coïncidents et en ce que la distance entre les plans mutuellement parallèles comprenant les deux surfaces de bouton de l'élément de construction de troisième type est identique à la distance entre les deux plans mutuellement parallèles et non coïncidents de l'élément de construction de premier type (1) comprenant les deux surfaces d'emboîture respectivement, et la position mutuelle entre les deux surfaces de bouton de l'élément de construction de troisième type (10) est la même que la position mutuelle correspondante entre les deux surfaces d'emboîture (6) de l'élément de construction de premier type de telle sorte qu'elle permette aux boutons au niveau d'une première surface des deux surfaces de bouton de l'élément de construction de troisième type (10) d'être insérés dans l'emboîture d'une première emboîture des deux emboîtures de l'élément de construction de premier type (1) tout en permettant en même temps aux boutons au niveau d'une seconde surface des deux surfaces de bouton de l'élément de construction de troisième type (10) d'être insérés dans l'emboîture d'une seconde surface des surfaces d'emboîture (6) de l'élément de construction de premier type (1).
- Ensemble de jeu de construction selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de jeu de construction comprend en outre un élément de construction de quatrième type (11) présentant un corps formé d'un seul tenant présentant seulement une surface d'emboîture plane et au moins deux surfaces de bouton planes, chacune étant pourvue d'au moins un bouton s'étendant dans chaque surface d'emboîture, et étant conçue pour une interconnexion par frottement avec les boutons sur la surface de bouton (3) sur un élément de construction de premier type (1), et où les deux surfaces de bouton de l'élément de construction de quatrième type (11) s'étendent dans deux plans mutuellement parallèles et non coïncidents et en ce que la distance entre les plans mutuellement parallèles comprenant les deux surfaces d'emboîture de l'élément de construction de quatrième type (11) est identique à la distance entre les deux plans mutuellement parallèles et non coïncidents de l'élément de construction de premier type (1) comprenant les deux surfaces de bouton (6) respectivement, et la position mutuelle entre les deux surfaces d'emboîture de l'élément de construction de quatrième type (11) est la même que la position mutuelle correspondante entre les deux surfaces de bouton (3) de l'élément de construction de premier type (1) de telle sorte qu'elle permette à l'emboîture au niveau d'une première surface des deux surfaces d'emboîture de l'élément de construction de quatrième type d'être interconnectée par frottement avec les boutons (4) de la première surface de bouton (3) de l'élément de construction de premier type (1) tout en permettant en même temps à l'emboîture au niveau d'une seconde surface des deux surfaces d'emboîture de l'élément de construction de quatrième type (11) d'être interconnectée par frottement avec les boutons (4) de la seconde surface des surfaces de bouton (3) de l'élément de construction de premier type (1).
