    the connecting element (12) being designed and arranged in the pole handle (4) in a use position such that at least one portion of the connecting element (12) can be pivoted about a longitudinal axis (D) of the connecting element (12) between a securing position and a release position and, in the release position, the connecting element (12) can be moved in a removal direction (Y) and removed from the pole handle (4), the longitudinal axis (D) of the connecting element (12) having the same orientation in relation to the pole handle (4) in the securing position and in the release position and the removal direction (Y) extending substantially transversely to the insertion direction (X), characterised in that, during use, the user's hand is to be guided short distances downward or upward along the pole handle in order to pivot the connecting element between the securing position and the release position, and the removal direction (Y) is arranged substantially from left to right or vice versa from the user's viewpoint and in relation to the pole handle (4).

  3. Pole handle arrangement (1) according to either claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that the connecting element (12) is substantially translationally fixed in the securing position.
  4. Pole handle arrangement (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the longitudinal axis (D) of the connecting element (12) provided as an axis of rotation is oriented in parallel with the removal direction (Y).

  8. Pole handle arrangement (1) according to claim 7, characterised in that the holding device (20) has a resilient element (24) connected to the holding element (22).
  9. Pole handle arrangement (1) according to any of claims 5 to 8, characterised in that the connecting element (12) comprises a first magnetic element (26) and the holding device (20) comprises a second magnetic element (28) which exerts an attractive force on the first magnetic element (26).
  10. Pole handle arrangement (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the pole handle (4) comprises at least one securing means (18) which substantially fixes the connecting element (12) in the securing position in the removal direction (Y), the securing means (18) preferably being designed as a projection.
  11. Pole handle arrangement (1) according to claim 10, characterised in that the connecting element (12) has a portion which adjoins the at least one securing means (18) in the securing position and is released from the at least one securing means (18) in the release position.
  12. Pole handle arrangement (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the pole handle arrangement (1) has a first opening (8) for inserting the connecting element (12) in the insertion direction (X) and a second opening (10) for removing the connecting element (12) in the removal direction (Y), the securing means (18) preferably extending partially into the second opening (10).
  13.
