Claims (15)
- Procédé pour le groupement d'unités de feuilles apparentées en groupes de feuilles d'un courant de feuilles comprenant respectivement deux unités de feuilles superposées comprenant les étapes suivantes :a) le transfert des unités de feuilles disposées les unes au-dessus des autres dans une unité de groupement (4) ;b) le transfert des unités de feuilles dans un poste de collecte (5) monté en aval de l'unité de groupement (4), au cas où les unités de feuilles transférées dans l'unité de groupement (4) feraient partie du même groupe de feuilles ;c) sinon : le transfert d'une unité de feuilles dans le poste de collecte (5) et la retenue de l'autre unité de feuilles dans l'unité de groupement (4), avec les mesures suivantes :i) le transfert de l'unité de feuilles retenue dans le poste de collecte (5), au cas où celle-ci ne serait pas un élément d'un groupe de feuilles d'une des unités de feuilles à transférer ensuite dans l'unité de groupement (4) ;ii) le transfert de l'unité de feuilles retenue dans le poste de collecte (5) conjointement avec les deux unités de feuilles à transférer ensuite dans l'unité de groupement (4), au cas où les deux unités de feuilles à transférer ensuite dans l'unité de groupement (4) serait un élément du groupe de feuilles de l'unité de feuilles retenue ;iii) sinon : le transfert de l'unité de feuilles retenue conjointement avec l'unité de feuilles appartenant au même groupe de feuilles des unités de feuilles à transférer ensuite dans l'unité de groupement (4) et la retenue de l'autre unité de feuilles dans le groupe de feuilles (4) et la poursuite du procédé avec une des étapes de procédé i) à iii).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le procédé après les étapes de procédé b), i) et ii) est poursuivi avec l'étape de procédé a).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel pour les unités de feuilles transférées dans l'unité de groupement (4) il s'applique à partir de l'étape de procédé c) :• au cas où une unité de feuilles serait un élément du groupe de feuilles transféré immédiatement avant dans le poste de collecte (5) : le transfert de cette unité de feuilles dans le poste de collecte (5) et la retenue de l'autre unité de feuilles dans l'unité de groupement (4) ;• sinon : le transfert d'une unité de feuilles, qui n'est pas un élément d'un groupe de feuilles des unités de feuilles à transférer ensuite dans l'unité de groupement (4), dans le poste de collecte (5) et la retenue de l'autre unité de feuilles dans l'unité de groupement (4).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les unités de feuilles à transférer ensuite dans l'unité de groupement (4) sont disposées en fonction de l'ordre de disposition des unités de feuilles suivantes et/ou de la disposition d'une unité de feuilles retenue dans l'unité de groupement (4) au-dessus ou au-dessous d'une unité de feuilles retenue dans l'unité de groupement (4).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'unité de groupement (4) présente un dispositif d'aspiration, par l'intermédiaire duquel s'effectue la retenue d'une unité de feuilles dans l'unité de groupement (4) .
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les unités de feuilles disposent d'un marquage, qui indique l'appartenance à un groupe de feuilles, dans lequel le marquage est lu avant le transfert des unités de feuilles dans l'unité de groupement (4).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les unités de feuilles disposées les unes au-dessus des autres à transférer dans l'unité de groupement (4) sont disposées de manière à se chevaucher dans la direction d'avance des feuilles, dans lequel de préférence seules les unités de feuilles superposées à transférer dans l'unité de groupement (4), qui n'appartiennent pas au même groupe de feuilles, sont disposées de manière à se chevaucher.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant l'évacuation d'un groupe de feuilles complet du poste de collecte (5) avant l'introduction d'un nouveau groupe de feuilles dans le poste de collecte (5).
- Unité de groupement (4) pour une installation de manipulation de feuilles (1) pour le groupement d'unités de feuilles apparentées d'un courant de feuilles constitué de respectivement deux unités de feuilles superposées, dans laquelle une unité de feuilles peut être retenue dans l'unité de groupement (4), caractérisée en ce que l'unité de groupement (4) est conçue pour la distribution de l'unité de feuilles retenue seule ainsi que pour la distribution conjointement avec une et pour la distribution conjointement avec les deux unités de feuilles suivantes.
- Unité de groupement (4) selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de groupement (4) comprend un système de transport pour le transport des unités de feuilles à partir d'une entrée de l'unité de groupement (4) vers une sortie de l'unité de groupement (4) ainsi qu'une unité de retenue (9).
- Unité de groupement (4) selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que le système de transport comprend une première unité de transport (8), qui est disposée devant l'unité de retenue (9), ainsi qu'une deuxième unité de transport (19), qui est disposée après l'unité de retenue (9), en particulier, une première unité de transport (8) et/ou deuxième unité de transport (10) constituée de paires de rouleaux de transport (21, 22, 23, 24, 25) pouvant être entraînés, pouvant se déplacer les uns par rapport aux autres.
- Unité de groupement (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 ou 11, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de groupement (4) présente côté entrée une unité d'affectation (7), par l'intermédiaire de laquelle des unités de feuilles superposées suivantes peuvent être amenées au-dessus ou au-dessous d'une unité de feuilles retenue dans l'unité de retenue (9), en particulier une unité d'affectation (7) comprenant trois rouleaux (11, 12, 13) disposés les uns au-dessus des autres, dans laquelle au moins l'un des rouleaux (11, 12, 13) est disposé de manière à pouvoir se déplacer par rapport aux autres rouleaux (11, 12, 13).
- Unité de groupement (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de retenue (9) comprend un dispositif d'aspiration, en particulier un dispositif d'aspiration comprenant une plaque d'aspiration inférieure (19) et une plaque d'aspiration supérieure (20), dans laquelle le courant de feuilles est guidé entre la plaque d'aspiration inférieure (19) et la plaque d'aspiration supérieure (20).
- Installation de manipulation de feuilles (1) comprenant un dispositif d'amenée de feuilles (2) pour la production d'un courant de feuilles constitué de respectivement deux unités de feuilles superposées, une unité de groupement (4) montée en aval du dispositif d'amenée de feuilles (2) pour le groupement d'unités de feuilles apparentées et un poste de collecte (5) monté en aval de l'unité de groupement (4), caractérisée par une unité de groupement (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 13.
- Installation de manipulation de feuilles (1) selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'amenée de feuilles (2) comprend un dispositif de découpe de feuilles pour la production de deux unités de feuilles juxtaposées et/ou qu'un dispositif de fusion (3) pour la pose les unes sur les autres des unités de feuilles produites est monté en aval du dispositif d'amenée de feuilles (2), dans laquelle le dispositif de fusion (3) est conçu pour la distribution avec chevauchement des unités de feuilles disposées les unes au-dessus des autres.
