Claims (7)
- Sicherung für den Stromkreis eines Kraftfahrzeugs miteinem Körper (2), der sich zwischen zwei Enden erstrecktzwei elektrisch leitende Sockel (3), die jeweils an einem der beiden Enden des Körpers (2) angeordnet sind, wobei mindestens einer der Sockel (3) durch eine elektrisch leitende Zunge (9) verlängert ist, die einstückig mit diesem Sockel (3) ausgebildet ist, wobei dieser Sockel (3) und die entsprechende Zunge (9) so ein einstückiges Teil (5) bildenein Sicherungselement (6), das die beiden Sockel (3) elektrisch verbindet,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der elektrisch leitenden Zungen (9), die mit einem Sockel (3) einstückig ist, aus einer Lasche (10) besteht, die aus einem zusammengedrückten Abschnitt des einstückigen Teils (5) gebildet ist, und dass die mindestens eine Zunge (9) vor dem Zusammendrücken ein Abschnitt eines Hohlzylinders ist.
- Sicherung nach Anspruch 1, wobei jeder der beiden Sockel (3) durch eine Verbindungslasche (10) verlängert ist, die einstückig mit einem Sockel (3) ausgebildet ist, wobei jede Lasche (10) aus einem zusammengedrückten Abschnitt eines einstückigen Teils (5) gebildet ist.
- Sicherung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der mindestens eine elektrisch leitende Zunge (9), die einstückig mit einem Sockel (3) ausgebildet ist, vor dem Quetschen einem gequetschten Abschnitt entspricht.
- Sicherung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der eine Zunge (10) nach dem Quetschen einen Querschnitt aufweist, dessen Länge (m) zwischen 6 und 11 mm liegt.
- Sicherung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine Lasche (10) nach dem Zusammendrücken einen Querschnitt aufweist, dessen Breite (l) zwischen 4 und 7 mm beträgt.
- Sicherung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei mindestens ein einstückiges Teil (5) aus reinem Kupfer besteht.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Sicherung für den Stromkreis eines Kraftfahrzeugs, bei dem man ein Teil herstellt, das Folgendes umfassteinem Körper (2), der sich zwischen zwei Enden erstrecktzwei elektrisch leitende Sockel (3), die jeweils an einem der beiden Enden des Körpers (2) angeordnet sind, wobei mindestens einer der Sockel (3) durch eine elektrisch leitende Zunge (9) verlängert ist, die einstückig mit dem Sockel (3) ausgebildet ist, wobei der Sockel (3) und die entsprechende Zunge (9) so ein einstückiges Teil (5) bildenein Sicherungselement (6), das die beiden Sockel (3) elektrisch verbindet,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der elektrisch leitenden Zungen (9), die einstückig mit einem Sockel (3) ausgebildet sind, zusammengedrückt ist, um eine Lasche (10) zu bilden, wobei die mindestens eine Zunge (9) vor dem Zusammendrücken ein Teil eines Hohlzylinders ist.
