Claims (7)

  1. Outil d'enroulement (1) pour une machine à enroulement de ressort, comprenant un porte-galet de cintrage (2) avec plaque d'applique (24) contre laquelle est fixé, via une vis de serrage (4) l'empêchant de tourner, un galet de cintrage (3) muni d'une gorge d'enroulement (31) périphérique radiale, et qui présente un col d'appui (25) du galet de cintrage (3), caractérisé en ce que le galet de cintrage (3) présente, sur son côté regardant la plaque d'applique (24), un socle (34) de section non ronde, sachant que le col d'appui (25) présente une surface d'applique (26) regardant le socle (34) et la ceinturant localement, surface dont la configuration épouse la surface enveloppante extérieure du socle (34) la regardant de telle sorte qu'une fixation empêchant la rotation du galet de cintrage est possible dans différentes positions de rotation sur la plaque d'applique, sachant que l'outil de enroulement est formé uniquement de trois composants.
  2. Outil d'enroulement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le socle (34) présente une section en forme de polygone régulier, en particulier en forme d'hexagone, d'octogone, de décagone ou de dodécagone, sachant que le col d'appui (25) présente des moyens de pénétration de forme polygonale permettant de recevoir plusieurs côtés du socle (34).
  3. Outil d'enroulement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface enveloppante du socle (34) est munie d'une denture.
  4. Outil d'enroulement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce la surface d'applique (26) du col d'appui (25) présente des entailles (27) pour la pénétration d'arêtes ou de dents du socle (34) du galet de cintrage (3).
  5. Outil d'enroulement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le galet de cintrage (3) dépasse localement, notamment sur son côté situé en face du col d'appui (25), au-delà de la plaque d'appui (24).
  6. Outil d'enroulement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'outil de cintrage (3) est configuré d'un diamètre réduit en son extrémité située en face du socle (34), sachant que la gorge d'enroulement (31) devient, via un rayon (32), un chanfrein (33) périphérique.
  7. Outil d'enroulement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau de cintrage (3) présente un alésage centré étagé (35) pour faire passer la vis de serrage (4), alésage qui est configuré de sorte que la tête (41) de la vis de serrage (4) soit entièrement logée dans ledit alésage.
