Claims (10)

  1. Ladeschlauchverbindungsanordnung (10), die eine Einzugsleine (20), einen schwimmenden Teil (50) und einen Verbindungsteil (70) umfasst, wobei der schwimmende Teil (50) Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen schwimmfähigen Körper (51), der so gestaltet ist, dass das schwimmende Teil in einem Gewässer schwimmt;
    - eine Anschlussteil-Aufnahmeschnittstelle (61);
    - ein erstes Verriegelungselement (69);
    - ein Einzugsleinenführungselement (63);
    - eine Ladeschlauchanschlussschnittstelle (57);
    und wobei das Verbindungsteil (70) Folgendes umfasst:
    - ein zweites Verriegelungselement (77), das so konfiguriert ist, dass es in Verriegelungseingriff mit dem ersten Verriegelungselement (69) kommt;
    - eine Einzugsleinenanschlussschnittstelle (71);
    - eine Schnittstelle für den Anschluss des Kranstrangs (75);
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Einzugsleine (20) sich von der Einzugsleinenanschlussschnittstelle (71) zum Einzugsleinenführungselement (63) und weiter zu einem Einziehteil (20a) der Einzugsleine erstreckt, so dass ein Zug in dem Einziehteil (20a) das Verbindungsteil (70) in die Anschlussteil-Aufnahmeschnittstelle (61) zieht, wodurch ein Verriegelungseingriff mit dem schwimmenden Teil (50) ermöglicht wird.
  2. Ladeschlauchverbindungsanordnung (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlussteil-Aufnahmeschnittstelle (61) in einem Aufnahmekörper (55) mit einer Eintrittsöffnung (52) angeordnet ist, wobei das erste Verriegelungselement (69) zwischen der Eintrittsöffnung (52) und dem Einzugsleinenführungselement (63) angeordnet ist.
  3. Ladeschlauchverbindungsanordnung (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Verriegelungselement (69) und das zweite Verriegelungselement (77) so ausgebildet sind, dass sie automatisch in einen Verriegelungseingriff treten, wenn das Verbindungsteil (70) in die Anschlussteil-Aufnahmeschnittstelle (61) gezogen wird.
  4. Ladeschlauchverbindungsanordnung (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der schwimmende Teil (50) ferner einen Einzugsleinenrücklaufkanal (67) umfasst.

Ladeschlauchverbindungsanordnung (10) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlussteil-Aufnahmeschnittstelle (61) und der Einzugsleinenrücklaufkanal (67) beide eine gerade, längliche Erstreckung aufweisen und dass der gegenseitige Winkel zwischen ihren jeweiligen sich axial erstreckenden Mittelachsen weniger als 30 Grad beträgt.
  6. Ladeschlauchverbindungsanordnung nach Anspruch 4 oder Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einzugsleinenrücklaufkanal (67) eine Rücklaufkanalöffnung (68) aufweist und dass das schwimmende Teil (50) ferner eine Hilfsrücklauföffnung (62) umfasst, die zur Führung der Einzugsleine (20) aus dem schwimmenden Teil (50) heraus ausgebildet ist.
  7. Ladeschlauchverbindungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Verriegelungselement (77) eine Vielzahl von Gleitelementen umfasst, die so konfiguriert sind, dass sie auf einer äußeren geneigten Fläche des Verbindungsteils (70) gleiten.
  8. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Verbindung zwischen einem Kranhaken (7) eines Schiffskrans (5) und einem schwimmenden Ladeschlauch (1) unter Verwendung der Ladeschlauchverbindungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 und Heben des Ladeschlauchs auf ein Schiff (3), wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a) Verbinden eines Verbindungsteils (70) einer Verbindungsanordnung (10) mit dem Kranhaken (7);
    b) Verbinden eines Endes einer Einzugsleine (20) der Verbindungsanordnung (10) mit dem Verbindungsteil (70);
    c) Einziehen des gegenüberliegenden Endes oder eines Einziehteils (20a) der Einzugsleine und Ausgeben des Krandrahts (9) aus dem Kran, wodurch das Verbindungsteil (70) in Richtung eines schwimmenden Teils (50) der Verbindungsanordnung gezogen wird, das mit dem schwimmenden Ladeschlauch (1) verbunden ist, während die Einzugsleine (20) frei in das schwimmende Teil (50) hinein und aus diesem heraus läuft;
    d) Verriegeln des Verbindungsteils (70) mit dem schwimmenden Teil (50) durch Ziehen der Einzugsleine, da das Verbindungsteil und das schwimmende Teil Verriegelungselemente (69, 77) aufweisen, die so konfiguriert sind, dass sie automatisch eine verriegelte Verbindung herstellen, wenn das Verbindungsteil in eine Anschlussteil-Aufnahmeschnittstelle (61) gezogen wird;
    e) Anheben des Ladeschlauchs (1) auf das Schiff (3) durch Übertragung der Hebekraft vom Kranhaken (7) auf den Ladeschlauch, da die verriegelte Verbindung zwischen dem schwimmenden Teil (50) und dem Verbindungsteil (70) zur Übertragung der Hebekraft ausgelegt ist.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, wobei Schritt c) das Einziehen des Einziehteils (20a) von einer Position auf demselben Schiff umfasst, auf dem der Schiffskran (5) montiert ist.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, wobei Schritt c) das Ziehen des Einziehteils (20a) von einer Position auf einem anderen Schiff als dem Schiff, auf dem der Schiffskran (5) montiert ist, umfasst.
