  • Work site barrier systems generally comprise panels of some kind, which are supported by posts, heavy blocks of concrete or secured directly to the ground. Due to the high wind loads, it is thus critical to provide a proper securing of the panels of the system to its supporting structure. On the other hand, when used at construction sites, reconstruction of the work site barrier system should also be allowed in order to adapt to the construction site as it changes.

Claims (16)

  1. Système de barrière de site de travail comprenant :
    une barrière (2) comprenant une partie supérieure (6) ayant une rainure (8), laquelle rainure comprend des parois latérales opposées (9), dans lequel au moins une paroi latérale comprend des première et seconde parties de paroi (120, 121) étant positionnées adjacentes l'une à l'autre et à différentes distances d'un plan central de la rainure mesuré dans une direction normale au plan, dans lequel le plan s'étend entre une ouverture d'entrée de la rainure et un fond de la rainure ;
    un panneau (3) ; et
    un connecteur (4) agencé pour connecter ledit panneau à ladite barrière, dans lequel le connecteur comprend une partie d'engagement de panneau (41) reliée au panneau, et une partie d'engagement de barrière (42) agencée pour être reçue dans ladite rainure,
    dans lequel la partie d'engagement de barrière comprend un dispositif de fixation (49) agencé pour engager au moins une paroi latérale sur au moins une desdites première et seconde parties de paroi afin de fixer la partie d'engagement de barrière à la barrière.
  2. Système de barrière de site de travail selon la revendication 1, dans lequel une desdites première et seconde parties de paroi (120, 121) est une partie en saillie qui fait saillie par rapport à l'autre desdites première et seconde parties de paroi, et qui a une extension longitudinale le long d'une longueur de la rainure (8).
  3. Système de barrière de site de travail selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel au moins une desdites parois latérales (9) comprend un creux (10) qui comprend au moins une desdites première et seconde parties de paroi (120, 121).
  4. Système de barrière de site de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit connecteur (4) comprend une partie de support (50) agencée entre ladite partie d'engagement de panneau (41) et ladite partie d'engagement de barrière (42), laquelle partie de support s'étend à travers une partie de ladite rainure (8) et vient buter contre une surface supérieure de ladite partie supérieure (6) de ladite barrière (2).
  5. Système de barrière de site de travail selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ladite partie de support (50) comprend une ouverture et ledit dispositif de fixation (49) comprend en outre un élément fonctionnel (52) qui comprend une tête (56) et une tige (57), ladite tête venant au moins partiellement buter contre une surface supérieure de ladite partie de support (50), et ladite tige s'étendant à travers ladite ouverture de ladite partie de support vers une partie inférieure de ladite partie d'engagement de barrière (42), dans lequel ledit dispositif de fixation comprend en outre un élément de verrouillage (58), dans lequel ladite tige est engagée avec ledit élément de verrouillage.
  6. Système de barrière de site de travail selon la revendication 5, dans lequel ladite tige (57) comprend une partie filetée qui est en engagement fileté avec ledit élément de verrouillage (58), ce par quoi la rotation de ladite tête (56) dans une première direction fait que ledit élément de verrouillage entre en engagement avec au moins une paroi latérale sur au moins une desdites première et seconde parties de paroi (120, 121).
  7. Système de barrière de site de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5-6, dans lequel ladite partie d'engagement de barrière (42) comprend en outre une partie d'arrêt (59) empêchant ledit élément de verrouillage (58) de tourner librement lors de la rotation de ladite tête (56) dudit élément fonctionnel (52) dans une seconde direction.
  8. Système de barrière de site de travail selon la revendication 5, dans lequel l'élément de verrouillage (58) comprend une partie de base incluant une plaque de verrouillage allongée ayant une extension longitudinale dépassant une largeur la plus petite de ladite rainure.
  9. Système de barrière de site de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5-7, dans lequel ledit élément de verrouillage (358, 458) comprend une partie de base (360, 70, 80) engagée en rotation avec l'élément fonctionnel (52), et au moins une partie de verrouillage (363, 71, 83) engagée avec la partie de base, dans lequel la rotation de ladite tête (56) dans ladite première direction génère au moins un d'un mouvement de rotation, d'un mouvement de pivotement et d'un mouvement de glissement de ladite au moins une partie de verrouillage pour déplacer ladite au moins une partie de verrouillage en engagement avec au moins une des parois latérales (9) sur au moins une desdites première et seconde parties de paroi (120, 121).
  10. Système de barrière de site de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit panneau (3) comprend une structure de poutre et ladite partie d'engagement de panneau (41) dudit connecteur (4) est en engagement avec ladite structure de poutre.
  11. Système de barrière de site de travail selon la revendication 10, dans lequel ladite partie d'engagement de panneau (41) dudit connecteur (4) est au moins dans l'un d'un mouvement fixe et mobile avec ladite structure de poutre.
  12. Système de barrière de site de travail selon la revendication 10, dans lequel ladite structure de poutre comprend une poutre (14) agencée verticalement ayant une forme générale en H, et ladite partie d'engagement de panneau (41) dudit connecteur (4) comprend une fixation en C (43) agencée pour recevoir une partie de ladite poutre agencée verticalement de façon à former un engagement par coulissement vertical avec celle-ci.
  13. Système de barrière de site de travail selon la revendication 10, dans lequel ladite partie d'engagement de panneau (41) comprend en outre un élément de fixation (47) agencé pour fixer ladite partie d'engagement de panneau à ladite poutre (14) agencée verticalement.
  14. Système de barrière de site de travail selon les revendications 3 et 9, dans lequel ledit élément de verrouillage (348, 358) comprend deux parties de verrouillage (363, 71) engagées en charnière avec la partie de base (360, 70) à des côtés opposés de celle-ci, dans lequel l'élément fonctionnel (52) est agencé pour entraîner lesdites parties de verrouillage à pivoter vers l'extérieur pour engager lesdites parois latérales (9) de ladite rainure (8) lors de la rotation de ladite tête (56) dudit élément fonctionnel dans ladite première direction.
  15. Système de barrière de site de travail selon la revendication 14, dans lequel ladite partie de base (360) est en forme de plaque et comprend une ouverture latérale (361) à chaque extrémité de celle-ci, dans lequel lesdites parties de verrouillage (363) s'étendent à travers une ouverture chacune avec un jeu de telle façon que lors de la rotation de ladite tête (56) dudit élément fonctionnel (52) dans ladite première direction, ladite partie de base fait que lesdites parties de verrouillage pivotent vers l'extérieur pour engager lesdits creux (10) de ladite rainure (8) de la barrière (2).
  16. Système de barrière de site de travail selon la revendication 9, dans lequel ladite partie d'arrêt (59) comprend une plaque (354) agencée pour s'étendre entre lesdites parois latérales opposées (9) de ladite rainure (8) et comprenant au moins une ouverture (85) agencée en diagonale, dans lequel ladite partie de base (80) est en engagement mobile avec une partie de verrouillage (83) en L qui est engagée de manière mobile avec ladite ouverture agencée en diagonale, de telle façon que ladite partie de base et ladite ouverture agencée en diagonale font que ladite partie de verrouillage glisse vers l'extérieur en direction d'une desdites parois latérales de ladite ouverture lors de la rotation de ladite tête (56) dudit élément fonctionnel (52) dans ladite première direction, ce par quoi ladite partie de verrouillage en L engage au moins une paroi latérale sur au moins une desdites première et seconde parties de paroi (120, 121).
