Claims (11)
- Kapsel (1) mit Push-Pull-Öffnung mit einer Längsachse X, welche einerseits einen ortsfesten Körper (3) aufweist, der mit einem Befestigungsrelief (32) ausgestattet ist, das dafür ausgebildet ist, an einem Hals eines ein Produkt enthaltenden Behälters (10) befestigt zu werden, und andererseits ein Kopfstück (4), das in Bezug auf den ortsfesten Körper (3) entlang der Achse X translatorisch beweglich ist, wobei das bewegliche Kopfstück (4) eine Austrittsöffnung (11) für das Produkt definiert, wobei der ortsfeste Körper (3) und das bewegliche Kopfstück (4) zusammen einen inneren Durchlass (15) zur Abgabe des Produkts begrenzen und das bewegliche Kopfstück (4) zwischen einer Position der Blockierung der Abgabe des Produkts und einer Position der Abgabe des Produkts an der Austrittsöffnung (11) verlagerbar ist und die Kapsel (1) einen Luftansaugdurchlass (16) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Austrittsöffnung (11) für das Produkt eine Durchlassöffnung für die Luft bildet, die in den Luftansaugdurchlass (16) eintritt oder aus ihm austritt.
- Kapsel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Luftansaugdurchlass (16) in dem ortsfesten Körper (3) ausgebildet ist.
- Kapsel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Luftansaugdurchlass (16) entlang der Achse X oder parallel zur Achse X erstreckt.
- Kapsel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Luftansaugdurchlass (16) ein Kanal, ein Kamin oder eine Rille ist.
- Kapsel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kapsel einen zylindrischen Mantel umfasst und dass der Luftansaugdurchlass (16) im Inneren des zylindrischen Mantels ausgebildet ist.
- Kapsel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Luftansaugdurchlass (16) von den axialen Enden des ortsfesten Körpers (3) entfernt ist.
- Kapsel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie äußere Befestigungsringe (22, 24) aufweist, die dafür ausgelegt sind, an einer Halterung (100) befestigt zu werden.
- Kosmetische Abgabevorrichtung, welche einen Behälter umfasst, der mit einer Kapsel (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ausgestattet ist.
- Kosmetische Vorrichtung, welche eine Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 umfasst, wobei der Behälter (10) dafür ausgebildet ist, von einer Halterung (100) in einer vertikalen Position gehalten zu werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kapsel (1) durch einen Griff (102) betätigbar ist, der mit der Halterung (100) fest verbunden ist.
- Kosmetisches Verfahren, welches die folgenden Arbeitsvorgänge umfasst:(i) Bereitstellen einer kosmetischen Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10,(ii) Bereitstellen eines Flakons (101) und Öffnen desselben,(iii) Positionieren des offenen Flakons (101) unter der Abgabeöffnung (11) der Kapsel (1),(iv) Öffnen der Kapsel (1) durch Verlagern des beweglichen Kopfstücks (4) von dem ortsfesten Teil (3) weg,(v) Fließenlassen des Produkts bis zu einer gewünschten Füllung des Flakons (101),(vi) Schließen der Kapsel (1) durch Verlagern des beweglichen Kopfstücks (4) zu dem ortsfesten Teil (3) hin,(vii) Entfernen des Flakons (101) von der Vorrichtung,(viii) Wiederverschließen des Flakons (101).
