Claims (11)

  1. Bouchon de jouet (1) pour un contenant, par exemple pour contenir des boissons pour enfants telles que des jus et des purées de fruits, des yahourts, des boissons douces, comprenant
    - un corps de fermeture (4) comportant une paroi de fermeture tubulaire (2) et une base (10), la paroi de fermeture (2) s'étendant le long d'un axe principal (X) entre une extrémité inférieure où il y a une ouverture de bouche (8) pour un accès avec une paille du contenant, et une extrémité supérieure fermée par la base (10),
    - une structure de rotation (50) s'étendant axialement par rapport à la base (10), se terminant par un support (56) pour tenir le bouchon (1) debout et lui conférer manuellement une rotation autour de l'axe principal (X),
    une fois la position du barycentre du bouchon (1) étant définie et la structure de rotation (50) étant placée sur un plan de fond (T) de façon telle que l'axe principal (X) soit perpendiculaire au plan de fond (T), une distance verticale (A) est définie entre le barycentre (G) et le plan de fond (T),
    caractérisé en ce que, une fois un plan imaginaire (I) passant par le barycentre (G) et étant perpendiculaire à l'axe central (X) étant défini, une distance radiale (B) est définie sur le plan imaginaire (I) entre le barycentre (G) et une partie périphérique de l'extrémité du bouchon (1), et
    en ce que la distance radiale (B) est égale à, ou plus grande que, la distance verticale (A).
  2. Bouchon selon la revendication 1, la structure de rotation étant conique, adaptée pour tenir le bouchon (1) debout d'une manière non stable.
  3. Bouchon selon la revendication 1 ou 2, la structure de rotation (50) étant formée de façon symétrique autour de l'axe principal (X).
  4. Bouchon selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, la structure de rotation (50) étant pointue.
  5. Bouchon selon l'une des revendications précédentes, la structure de rotation (50) comprenant une pluralité de segments (52) disposés de façon circonférentielle et ayant une forme convergeant vers l'axe principal (X).
  6. Bouchon selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant une paroi extérieure annulaire (20) autour de l'axe principal (X), continue ou composée de sections séparées, espacée radialement à l'extérieur de la paroi de fermeture (2) afin de former un compartiment (22) à l'intérieur du bouchon, ouvert en haut et en bas, de matière avec la paroi de fermeture.
  7. Bouchon selon la revendication 6, comprenant des symboles graphiques secondaires (38) agencés sur une face extérieure (32) de la paroi extérieure (20), espacés de façon circonférentielle pour déterminer les points d'un jeu.
  8. Bouchon selon la revendication 6 ou 7, comprenant
    - au moins un onglet (40) radialement en proéminence vers l'extérieur de la paroi extérieure (20), essentiellement contenu dans un plan imaginaire perpendiculaire à l'axe central (X),
    - des symboles graphiques primaires (48) pour identifier les points d'un jeu, un symbole graphique primaire (48) étant agencé sur la face inférieure (46) de chaque onglet (40).
  9. Bouchon selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, comprenant une pluralité d'ergots (40'), chaque ergot (40') étant en proéminence radiale de la paroi de fermeture (2) et essentiellement contenu dans un plan imaginaire qui comprend l'axe central (X).
  10. Bouchon selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant un sceau de garantie (14) adapté pour être enlevé dans au moins une partie en dévissant le bouchon du contenant.
  11. Ensemble comprenant
    - une poche flexible avec un bec,
    - un bouchon (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes appliqué audit bec.
