Claims (11)

  1. Spielzeugkappe bzw. -verschluss (1) für einen Behälter, beispielsweise zum Enthalten von Getränken für Kinder, wie Säfte und Fruchtpürees, Joghurts, Erfrischungsgetränke bzw. Softdrinks, umfassend:
    - einen Verschlusskörper (4), der eine rohrförmigen Verschlusswand (2) und eine Basis (10) umfasst, wobei sich die Verschlusswand (2) entlang einer Hauptachse (X) zwischen einem unteren Ende, wo sich eine Mündungsöffnung (8) zum Eingriff mit einem Strohhalm des Behälters befindet, und einem oberen Ende erstreckt, das durch die Basis (10) verschlossen ist;
    - eine Drehstruktur (50), die in Bezug auf die Basis (10) axial vorsteht, wobei sie mit einer Stütze bzw. einem Träger (56) endet, um die Kappe (1) aufzustellen und dieser manuell eine Drehung um die Hauptachse (X) zu verleihen, wobei, sobald die Position des Schwerpunkts bzw. des Baryzentrums (G) der Kappe (1) definiert ist und die Drehstruktur (50) auf einer Grundebene (T) derart platziert ist, dass die Hauptachse (X) orthogonal zu der Grundebene (T) ist, ein vertikaler Abstand (A) zwischen dem Schwerpunkt (G) und der Grundebene (T) definiert ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, sobald eine imaginäre Ebene (I), die durch den Schwerpunkt (G) verläuft und orthogonal zu der Mittelachse (X) ist, definiert ist, ein radialer Abstand (B) auf der imaginären Ebene (I) zwischen dem Schwerpunkt (G) und einen Umfangsabschnitt des Endes der Kappe (1) definiert ist; und
    wobei der radiale Abstand (B) gleich oder größer als der vertikale Abstand (A) ist.
  2. Kappe nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Drehstruktur konisch ist, geeignet, die Kappe (1) auf instabile Weise aufzustellen.
  3. Kappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Drehstruktur (50) symmetrisch um die Hauptachse (X) ausgebildet ist.
  4. Kappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 oder 3, wobei die Drehstruktur (50) spitz ist.
  5. Kappe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Drehstruktur (50) eine Mehrzahl von umfangsmäßig angeordneten Segmenten (52) umfasst, die eine zur Hauptachse (X) konvergierende Form aufweisen.
  6. Kappe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend eine ringförmige Außenwand (20) um die Hauptachse (X) herum, die durchgehend ist oder aus separaten Abschnitten besteht, und zwar radial außen von der Verschlusswand (2) beabstandet, um eine Fach (22) innerhalb der Kappe zu bilden, das oben und unten offen ist, und zwar integral bzw. einstückig mit der Verschlusswand.
  7. Kappe nach Anspruch 6, umfassend sekundäre grafische Symbole (38), die an einer Außenfläche (32) der Außenwand (20) umfangsmäßig beabstandet beabstandet sind, um die Punkte eines Spiels zu bestimmen.
  8. Kappe nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, umfassend
    - zumindest eine Lasche (40), die von der Außenwand (20) radial nach außen vorsteht, und zwar im Wesentlichen in einer imaginären Ebene orthogonal zu der Mittelachse (X) enthalten,
    - primäre grafische Symbole (48) zum Identifizieren der Punkte eines Spiels, wobei ein primäres grafisches Symbol (48) an der unteren Fläche bzw. Unterseite (46) jeder Lasche (40) angeordnet ist.
  9. Kappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, umfassend eine Mehrzahl von Vorsprüngen bzw. Ansätzen (40'), wobei jeder Vorsprung (40') radial von dem Wandverschluss (2) vorsteht und im Wesentlichen auf bzw. in einer imaginären Ebene enthalten ist, welche die Mittelachse (X) enthält.
  10. Kappe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend ein Garantiesiegel (14), das geeignet ist, zumindest in einem Abschnitt durch Abschrauben der Kappe von dem Behälter abgerissen zu werden.
  11. Anordnung, umfassend:
    - einen flexiblen Beutel mit einem Ausgießer;
    eine Kappe (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, der auf den Ausgießer aufgebracht ist.
