Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Uhrenkomponenten aus zerbrechlichem Material, das die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a) Fertigen von Uhrenkomponenten (11) in einer Platte (10) aus zerbrechlichem Material, wobei die Uhrenkomponenten (11) durch Materialbrücken (12) an der Platte (10) befestigt bleiben,
    b) Unterziehen der Uhrenkomponenten (11) einer Wärmebehandlung und, während dieser Wärmebehandlung, Anwenden einer Beanspruchung auf mindestens eine Zone (16) von mindestens einer der Uhrenkomponenten (11) mittels eines Werkzeugs (14), um sie auf dauerhafte Weise zu verformen, wobei die mindestens eine der Uhrenkomponenten (11) mit Ausnahme der mindestens einen Zone (16) während der Anwendung der Beanspruchung gegen eine Stütze (13) in Auflage ist,
    c) Lösen der Uhrenkomponenten von der Platte (10),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt c) nach dem Schritt b) stattfindet.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt a) einen Schritt des reaktiven Ionentiefenätzens umfasst.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wärmebehandlung von Schritt b) bei einer Temperatur von zwischen 500 °C und 1300 °C durchgeführt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Schritt b) die Beanspruchung mittels des Werkzeugs (14) gleichzeitig auf die Uhrenkomponenten (11) oder mehrere der Uhrenkomponenten (11) angewandt wird, um sie auf dauerhafte Weise zu verformen.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Schritt b) die Beanspruchung durch mindestens einen Vorsprung (15) angewandt wird, den das Werkzeug (14) umfasst.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Werkzeug (14) aus Quarz, geschmolzenem Siliziumdioxid, Siliziumcarbid, Kunststoff auf Polyimidbasis, Metall, Legierung oder Keramik besteht.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stütze (13) aus Quarz, geschmolzenem Siliziumdioxid, Siliziumcarbid, Kunststoff auf Polyimidbasis, Metall, Legierung oder Keramik besteht.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zerbrechliche Material Silizium, Glas, Quarz, Saphir oder eine Keramik ist.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zerbrechliche Material ein monokristallines Material ist.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Uhrenkomponenten (11) Anzeigezeiger, Zifferblätter, Federn, Räder, Anker, Wippen, Hebel, Sperrkegel oder Hebelfedern sind.
