All this translates into a significant reduction in investment costs in moulds and equipment, as well as in a significant reduction in the overall size and a consequent reduction in production costs.

Claims (7)

  1. Hydraulikbaugruppe für ein kombiniertes System (1) zur Raumheizung und zum Erzeugen von Brauchwarmwasser, mit
    einem wandmontiertem Boiler (2), der hydraulisch mit einem Hydrauliknetz (3) mit einem Primärheizkreis (4) und einem Sekundärkreis (5) verbunden ist, in dem Brauchwarmwasser strömt, wobei die Baugruppe einen ersten Wärmetauscher (18; 18*) aufweist;
    einer hydraulischen Rücklaufventilanordnung (19), die hydraulisch mit dem ersten Wärmetauscher (18) verbunden ist; und
    einer hydraulischen Zufuhrventilanordnung (20), die ebenfalls hydraulisch mit dem ersten Wärmetauscher (18) verbunden ist, wobei der erste Wärmetauscher (18; 18*) vier koplanare Verbindungen (66) für die hydraulische Verbindung mit der hydraulischen Rücklaufventilanordnung (19) und mit der hydraulischen Zufuhrventilanordnung (20) aufweist, wobei die hydraulische Rücklaufventilanordnung (19) einen ersten einteiligen Trägerkörper (31) aufweist und die hydraulische Zufuhrventilanordnung (20) einen zweiten einteiligen Trägerkörper (57) aufweist,
    wobei die Baugruppe dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass
    der einteilige Trägerkörper (31) zwei erste Paare von Anschlussstücken (55, 56) aufweist, die derart angeordnet sind, dass sie auf verschiedenen Ebenen liegen, und dafür eingerichtet sind, die hydraulische Verbindung mit einem ersten Paar von Verbindungen (66) auf eine selektive Weise herzustellen, und
    dadurch, dass der zweite einteilige Trägerkörper (57) zwei zweite Paare von Anschlussstücken (62, 63) aufweist, die derart angeordnet sind, dass sie auf verschiedenen Ebenen liegen, und derart eingerichtet sind, dass sie die hydraulische Verbindung mit einem zweiten Paar von Verbindungen (66) auf eine selektive Weise herstellen.
  2. Hydraulikbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1, wobei die beiden ersten Paare von Anschlussstücken (55, 56) derart angeordnet sind, dass sie auf parallelen Ebenen liegen.
  3. Hydraulikbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die zwei zweiten Paare von Anschlussstücken (62, 63) derart angeordnet sind, dass sie auf parallelen Ebenen liegen.
  4. Hydraulikbaugruppe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche und mit einem zweiten Wärmetauscher (18**), wobei alle Paare von Anschlussstücken (55, 56; 62, 63) verwendet werden, um die hydraulische Verbindung mit dem ersten Wärmetauscher (18*) und mit dem zweiten Wärmetauscher (18**) herzustellen.
  5. Hydraulikbaugruppe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei in der hydraulischen Rücklaufventilanordnung (19) ein Dreiwegeventil (35) integriert ist, das dazu eingerichtet ist, die Brauchwasserphase des wandmontierten Boilers (2) durch Umlenken des Flusses in Richtung zum ersten Wärmetauscher (18; 18*) zu aktivieren, und ein Elektromotor (36) vorgesehen ist, der einen Umlenkverschluss (37) betätigt; wobei der Querschnitt des Umlenkverschlusses (37) unterschiedliche Schließdurchmesser aufweist.
  6. Hydraulikbaugruppe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei in der hydraulischen Rücklaufventilanordnung (19) ein Durchflussmesser (23) integriert ist, der eine doppelte Auslassverbindung aufweist, um Brauchwasser sowohl in Richtung zum ersten als auch in Richtung zum zweiten Wärmetauscher (18; 18*) zu fördern.
  7. Wandmontierter Boiler (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mindestens eine Hydraulikbaugruppe (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 aufweist.
