Claims (6)

  1. Verfahren zum Verpacken von Produkten (22) in schachtelförmige Verpackungen (24), das Folgendes umfasst:
    - Bereitstellen eines Verpackungszuschnitts (20) mit einer Längsachse (B) parallel zu seiner vorherrschenden Entwicklungsrichtung,
    - Auftragen von Kaltklebstoff (44) auf vorbestimmte Bereiche (26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 38, 42) des Verpackungszuschnitts (20), danach
    - Positionieren des Verpackungszuschnitts (20) und eines entsprechenden Produkts (22) in einem entsprechenden Sitz (14) eines Formungsrads, in Schritten um eine Drehachse (A) drehbar,
    - progressives Falten des Verpackungszuschnitts (20) um das entsprechende Produkt (22) während der schrittweisen Bewegung des Formungsrads (12) um die Drehachse (A),
    - Auftragen von Heißklebstoff (64) auf vorbestimmte Bereiche (28, 42) des teilweise gefalteten Verpackungszuschnitts (20), während der Verpackungszuschnitt (20) vorübergehend in einer stationären Position ist, wobei der Heißklebstoff (64) auf einen Teil des Verpackungszuschnitts (20), der orthogonal bezüglich der Drehachse (A) des Formungsrads (12) ausgerichtet ist, und auf einen Teil des Verpackungszuschnitts (20), der parallel zur Drehachse (A) ausgerichtet ist, aufgetragen wird, und danach
    - Abschließen des Faltens des Verpackungszuschnitts (20) um das entsprechende Produkt (22).
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Auftragen von Heißklebstoff in einer Heißklebstoffauftragestation (54), umfassend mehrere stationäre Düsen (58, 62), ausgeführt wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei die Längsachse (B) des Verpackungszuschnitts (20) orthogonal zur Bewegungsrichtung (D) des Formungsrads (12) ist.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Kaltklebstoff (44) und der Heißklebstoff (64) in der Form von Klebstoffpunkten, die sich nicht gegenseitig überlappen, aufgetragen werden.
  5. Einrichtung zum Verpacken von Produkten (22) in schachtelförmige Verpackungen (24), die Folgendes umfasst:
    - ein Formungsrad (12), um eine Drehachse (A) drehbar und mehrere Sitze (14) aufweisend, ausgelegt zum Aufnehmen entsprechender Produkte (22) und entsprechender Verpackungszuschnitte (20),
    - mehrere Faltvorrichtungen (50, 52), ausgelegt zum Falten von Verpackungszuschnitten (20) um entsprechende Produkte (22),
    - eine Kaltklebstoffausgabestation (46) zum Auftragen von Kaltklebstoff (44) auf vorher festgelegte Bereiche (26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 38, 42) der Verpackungszuschnitte (20), dem Formungsrad (12) vorgelagert, und
    - eine Heißklebstoffauftragestation (54), angeordnet zum Auftragen von Heißklebstoff (64) auf vorher festgelegte Bereiche (28, 42) der teilweise gefalteten Verpackungszuschnitte (20), während die Verpackungszuschnitte (20), die sich auf dem Formungsrad (12) befinden, vorübergehend in einer stationären Position sind, wobei die Heißklebstoffauftragestation (54) in einer einem Bereich des Formungsrades (12), in dem die Verpackungszuschnitte (20) um ihre entsprechenden Produkte (22) geschlossen werden, vorgelagerten Position befindlich ist, wobei die Heißklebstoffauftragestation (54) mehrere erste Düsen (58), die zum Auftragen von Heißklebstoffpunkten (64) auf eine Oberfläche (28) orthogonal zur Drehachse (A) des Formungsrads (12) ausgerichtet sind, und mehrere zweite Düsen (62), die zum Auftragen von Heißklebstoffpunkten (64) auf eine Oberfläche (42) parallel zur Drehachse (A) des Formungsrads (12) angeordnet sind, umfasst.
  6. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei die ersten Düsen (58) und die zweiten Düsen (62) stationär sind.
