Description

The present invention relates to a storage shelf for a piece of furniture or household appliance according to the preamble of claim 1 and a piece of furniture or household appliance.

Storage shelves of this type, in which a support plate and a shelf that is guided on this at the same time rotatory and translationally movable, enable access to otherwise difficult-to-reach areas in a storage space of a piece of furniture or a household appliance such as a refrigerator or freezer.

For example, storage shelves equipped with a turntable are known in which the turntable is installed directly in the base plate of the storage shelf ( DE 42 16 765 A1 , U.S. 4,392,628 A )

A shelf that is positively guided relative to the support plate and can be moved in a rotary and translational manner at the same time is from the subsequently published DE 10 2017 106 170 A1 known.

The disadvantage of these storage shelves known from the prior art is the relatively complex assembly of such a storage shelf.

The object of the present invention is to provide a storage shelf for a piece of furniture or household appliance which can be installed or retrofitted in a simple manner in a body of the furniture or household appliance.

This object is achieved by a storage shelf for a piece of furniture or domestic appliance with the features of claim 1 and by a piece of furniture with the features of claim 16 and a domestic appliance with the features of claim 17.

The storage shelf has a support plate and also a positively guided relative to the support plate, simultaneously rotatably and translationally movable shelf, with mutually facing bearing surfaces of the support plate and the Storage each have at least predominantly closed, circumferential grooves in which rolling elements are guided.

The support plate is releasably attached to a base plate or releasably attached to the body of the furniture or household appliance by means of at least one adapter.

This enables a simple fixing of the rotatory and translationally movable shelf on the body of the furniture or household appliance.

Advantageous design variants are the subject of the subclaims.

According to one embodiment variant, the storage shelf has a base plate which can be fixedly attached to a body of the furniture or household appliance. The support plate is preferably arranged on this base plate.

The storage shelf preferably has a base plate and the adapter is designed as a base plate holder which fixes the base plate on the body of the furniture or household appliance.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the storage shelf, the base plate holder at least partially encompasses an edge of the base plate and has at least one first recess into which a connecting element extending from an edge of the support plate can be inserted, which in the inserted state is held in the base plate holder with a form or friction fit .

Such base plate holders are often used, for example, in base plates designed as glass plates to fix the base plate on the body of the furniture or household appliance.

Corresponding recesses can be made in this base plate holder in an extremely simple manner, so that the support plate for storing the shelf can be mounted by slightly modifying the base plate holder.

The connecting element is preferably molded onto the support plate. It is also conceivable to manufacture such a connecting element as a separate component and to fasten it to the support plate.

According to an advantageous embodiment variant, the connecting element is designed as a hook which engages behind a strip section of the base plate holder, which enables extremely simple assembly of the support plate on the base plate holder.

According to a further embodiment variant, the support plate has holding elements that encompass the base plate.

Such a solution is particularly advantageous when the base plate holder does not exist or is not suitable for holding the support plate.

Here, too, the holding elements are preferably molded onto the support plate. It is also conceivable here to provide such holding elements as separate components that are attached to the support plate.

According to an alternative embodiment variant, the base plate holder at least partially engages around an edge of the base plate. The support plate and the base plate holder here have form-locking elements by means of which the support plate can be fixed positively to the base plate holder by a pivoting movement from a position of the support plate set at an angle to the base plate into a position of the support plate resting on the base plate.

As a result, the support plate can be mounted on the base plate holder by a simple pivoting movement and placed on the base plate.

For this purpose, recesses are preferably formed on a rear edge of the support plate facing the base plate holder, into each of which a hook element formed on the base plate holder engages.

Such recesses and hook elements can be molded on the base plate holder or the base plate in a simple manner.

In order to also reliably prevent linear slipping of the shelf relative to the base plate, according to a further preferred embodiment, at least one recess is formed in an underside of the support plate facing the base plate near the edge facing the base plate holder, into which a recess when the support plate is pivoted onto the support plate on the base plate holder molded counter bar protrudes.

For exact, in particular central positioning of the shelf on the base plate, also transversely to the translational movement of the shelf, contact surfaces of the respective side edges of the support plate near the rear edge of the support plate rest against respective stop surfaces of stops protruding from the base plate holder to the support plate.

Due to the connection according to the invention, the support plate is releasably fixed and secured in position both in the vertical and in the horizontal direction. Unintentional loosening of the support plate or tilting forward or slipping to the side are prevented.

According to a further advantageous embodiment variant of the invention, an anti-tipping element overlapping an upper edge of the shelf is arranged on the support plate, which serves to prevent the shelf from tilting about a tilting axis parallel to the shelf of the shelf. Alternatively, the anti-tilt element can be designed so that it engages in a groove in the shelf.

The advantage of such an anti-tilt element is the prevention of a tilting movement of the shelf, in particular when the shelf is unevenly distributed with objects placed on the shelf.

According to a preferred embodiment variant, a section of the anti-tilt element lies in a second recess in the base plate holder, whereby additional stabilization of the anti-tilt element is achieved. According to a preferred embodiment variant, the anti-tilt element is designed as a catch hook, in particular as a C-shaped catch hook.

The storage shelf according to the invention can preferably be used in a piece of furniture or in a household appliance, in particular in a refrigerator or freezer. For this purpose, the piece of furniture or the household appliance each has a body for receiving the storage shelf.

In the following description of the figures, terms such as above, below, left, right, front, rear, etc. relate exclusively to the exemplary representation and position of the storage shelf, the base plate, the support plate, the shelf, the base plate holder, the connecting element selected in the respective figures and the same. These terms are not to be understood as restrictive, i.e. these references can change as a result of different working positions or the mirror-symmetrical design or the like.

In Fig. 1 is denoted by the reference numeral 1 as a whole a variant of a storage shelf.

The storage shelf 1 has a base plate 2 that can be fixedly attached to a body 13, 14 of a piece of furniture 11 or household appliance 12, as well as a support plate 3 arranged on the base plate 2.

On this support plate 3 there is a support 4 which can be moved both in rotation and in translation. For forced simultaneous rotary and translational movement, facing bearing surfaces 31, 42 of the support plate 3 and the tray 4 have respective at least predominantly closed, circumferential grooves 33, 34, 43, 44, 45, 46) in which rolling elements 10 are guided. Balls, in particular, are used here as rolling bodies 10.

The support plate 3 is releasable on the base plate 2 or, as in FIG Fig. 1 shown, on the base plate 2 on the body 13, 14 of the furniture 11 or household appliance 12 fixing base plate holder 5 attached. The base plate holder 5 represents the adapter in this case.

It is also conceivable to fix the support plate 3 or the base plate 2 on the body 13, 14 of the furniture 11 or household appliance 12 by means of several such adapters. In the first case, the base plate 2 can also be omitted.

It is also conceivable to releasably attach the support plate 3 to the base plate 2 by means of at least one adapter.

As in the Fig. 1 and 2 are shown, both on the storage surface 31 of the support plate 3 facing the tray 4 and on the bearing surface 42 of the tray 4 facing the support plate 3, inner grooves 33, 43, 44 and, for improved support of the tray 4, outer grooves 34, 45, 46 introduced.

The inner running groove 33 of the support plate 3 is designed as a closed circumferential running groove. The outer running groove 34 is designed to be open towards a front side of the storage shelf 1.

For the forced simultaneous rotary and translational movement of the tray 4, two partially overlapping inner running grooves 43, 44 and two also partially overlapping outer running grooves 45, 46 are made in the bearing surface 42 of the tray 4 on the bearing surface 42 of the tray 4. All the running grooves 43, 44, 45, 46 are designed here as closed circumferential running grooves.

Fig. 2 shows the shelf 1 in a position rotated by 45 °. As can be seen here, one of the rolling elements 10 is arranged outside the surface of the support plate 3.

In order to prevent this rolling element 10 from being lost, the rolling elements 10 are accommodated in a rolling element cage 9. The rolling element cage 9 is designed here in the form of a circular ring with four arms extending radially outward from the circular ring, at the free ends of which a further rolling element 10 is received.

Both the inner running grooves 33, 43, 44 and the outer running grooves 34, 45, 46 are shaped in such a way that when a force is applied to the tray 4 in a horizontal Direction of the tray 4 from a starting point corresponding to the in Fig. 1 Orientation of the shelf 4 shown relative to the support plate 3 via an in Fig. 2 The intermediate position shown can be moved into a loading or unloading position rotated by 180 °, in which the tray 4 is not only rotated by 180 °, but is also displaced by a predetermined distance to facilitate loading and unloading.

The movement back to the starting position is just as simple by exerting force in the horizontal direction in the closing direction, in which the tray 4 is either moved further into the closing position while maintaining the initial direction of rotation, or reversing the direction of rotation.

As in the Fig. 1 and 3 is shown, the base plate holder 5 engages around an edge 22 of the base plate 2. At the same time, the support plate 3 is also attached to the base plate holder 5.

For this purpose, the base plate holder 5 has two recesses 54, into which a respective connecting element 6 extending from an edge of the support plate 3 can be inserted and which are held in the base plate holder 5 in a form-fitting or frictional manner when pushed in.

As in the Fig. 1 and 3 can be seen, the connecting element 6 is formed on the support plate 3. The connecting element 6 is designed here as a tongue-like web 61, with a hook 62 thickening upwards or bent upwards at its free end, which engages behind a strip portion 56 of the base plate holder 5, as shown in FIG Fig. 4 and 5 is shown.

The base plate holder 5 consists essentially of a strip-shaped base body 51 with a slot 52 which extends over the longitudinal extent of the base body 51 and which serves to receive a rear edge 22 of the base plate 2.

Above the slot 52 a fastening strip 53 is formed which is used to fasten the base plate holder 5 to the body of the furniture or household appliance and with which the base plate 2 can be fixed to the body of the furniture or household appliance.

One or more first recesses 54, which are used to receive the connecting element 6, are made in this fastening strip 53. Alternatively or additionally, recesses can also be present on the support plate 3, which interact with corresponding connecting elements on the base plate holder 5, or both the support plate 3 and the base plate holder 5 can be equipped with cooperating connecting elements.

An alternative embodiment of a base plate holder 5a, 5b is described below with reference to FIG Figures 6a-11 described.

The base plate holder 5a, 5b in this variant consists of two separate base plate holders 5a and 5b, which like the previously described base plate holder 5 have a respective slot 52a, 52b for receiving a rear edge 22 of the base plate 2 and encompass the edge 22 of the base plate 2.

The two base plate holders 5a, 5b each have a side edge border 57a on a lateral edge, with FIG Figure 6b only the side edge border 57a of the base plate holder 5a on the left in the figure is shown.

The two base plate holders 5a, 5b are, as in FIGS Figures 6a and 6b can be seen, constructed mirror-symmetrically to each other.

A hook element 53a, 53b is formed on the upper side of a base body 51a, 51b of the base plate holders 5a, 5b facing the support plate 3. In the embodiment variant shown here, the hook element 53a, 53b extends vertically upwards from an area of the base body 51a, 51b close to the rear edge 22 and is preferably bent forward by about 90 °, ie towards the center of the top 21 of the base plate 2 .

The support plate 3 and the base plate holders 5a, 5b have, as in FIGS Fig. 5-11 is shown, form-locking elements through which the support plate 3 can be fixed positively to the base plate holder 5a, 5b by a pivoting movement from a position of the support plate 3 set at an angle to the base plate 2 into a position of the support plate 3 resting on the base plate 2.

The hook elements 53a, 53b engage in recesses 37 on the rear edge 36 of the support plate 3, as shown in FIG Figures 7a, 7b , 9a, 9b , 10 and 11 is shown. These recesses 37 on the rear edge 36 of the support plate 3 are inserted in the shape of a pocket from the upper side of the support plate 3 facing the shelf 4 and the rear edge 36.

It is also conceivable to design the recesses 37 as slots and to design the hook elements 53a, 53b accordingly in such a way that they encompass an angle of more than 90 °.

In the variant shown here, as in the Figures 8a and 8b shown, in an underside of the support plate 3 facing the base plate 2 near the edge 36 facing the base plate holder 5a, 5b, at least one recess 39 is formed into which, when the support plate 3 is pivoted onto the support plate 3, shown in FIG Fig. 11 , a counter strip 54a, 54b formed on the base plate holder 5a, 5b protrudes.

The counter strips 54a, 54b are included, for example in FIG Figure 6b shown, positioned in the direction of the translational movement of the tray 4 made possible by the slot 35 of the support plate 3 in front of the hook elements 53a, 53b.

The widths of the recesses 37 on the rear edge 36 of the support plate 3 are preferably dimensioned such that they correspond to the width of the hook elements 53a, 53b and thereby also position the support plate 3 perpendicular to the translational movement of the shelf 4.

In addition, as in the Figure 6b , 7a and 7b is shown, for the exact alignment of the support plate 3 relative to the base plate 2 on both sides of the rear edge 36 of the support plate 3 close contact surface 38 of the respective side edges of the support plate 3 in the pivoted state of the support plate 3 on the respective stop surfaces 56a, 56b from the base plate holder 5a, 5b abut stops 55a, 55b projecting towards the support plate 3.

The stops 55a, 55b are, as in Figure 6b easy to see, preferably designed as angle pieces, with a respective stop surface 56a, 56b for the exact positioning of the support plate 3.

The Figures 9a, 9b , 10 and 11 show the assembly process of the support plate 3 with the tray 4 arranged thereon on the base plate holders 5a, 5b.

As in Figures 9a and 9b As shown, the support plate 3 is initially positioned at an angle to the base plate 2, preferably at an angle between 30 ° and 50 °, with its rear edge 36 brought up to the hook elements 53a, 53b and pushed into them. This position is in Fig. 10 shown.

Subsequently, the support plate 3 is pivoted downwards onto the base plate 2 by a pivoting movement. The rear edge 36 of the support plate 3 is encompassed by the hook elements 53a, 53b, which serves to prevent the support plate 3 from shifting relative to the base plate 2 in the direction of the translational movement of the tray 4 relative to the support plate 3. The counter strips 54a, 54b are located in the recess 39 made in the underside of the support plate 3, as in FIG Fig. 11 can be seen.

As also in the Fig. 1 and 3 As shown, the base plate holder 5 has a second recess 55 above the slot 52, which is used to receive an anti-tip element 7.

In the variant according to Figures 6a to 11 with two separate base plate holders 5a and 5b, these are arranged to the side of the anti-tip element 7.

Such an anti-tilt element 7 is also arranged on the support plate 3 and shaped such that it overlaps an upper edge 48 of the shelf 4.

The anti-tipping element 7 serves to prevent a tilting movement of the shelf 4 about a tilt axis parallel to the shelf 41 of the shelf 4. Such a tilting movement can occur in particular when loads are unevenly distributed on the support surface 41 of the support 4.

The anti-tilt element 7 is preferably designed as a C-shaped catch hook, with a section 73 of the anti-tilt element 7 protruding from the rear edge of the support plate 3 and being bent upwards. This section 73 is followed by a flat middle piece 72, the height of which is adapted to the vertical height of a wall surrounding the shelf surface 41 of the shelf 4, over the upper edge 48 of which a bent end 71 of the anti-tilt element adjoins the middle piece 72 7 and prevents the tray 4 from tilting in the event of a tilting movement.

It is also conceivable to arrange holding elements on the support plate 3 itself, in particular to shape them, which encompass the base plate 2 and thus enable the support plate 3 to be fixed on the base plate 2.

The support plate 3 and the tray 4 are fixed to one another for axial fixing via a fixing device 8.

The fixing device 8 has, as in Fig. 1 is shown, a screw 81 which protrudes from below through a slot 35 in the support plate 3 and thus enables a displacement movement of the tray 4 relative to the support plate 3.

In order to enable a sliding movement with as little friction as possible, a washer 82 and a sliding ring 83 are placed on the screw 81, which is in contact with the underside of the support plate 3 facing the base plate 2 in the area of the slot 35.

For axial fixation with the tray 4, a fastening receptacle 47 is introduced into the tray surface 41 of the tray 4 and is covered by a cap 84.

The underside of this cap 84 facing the screw 81 is provided with a screw bore with an internal thread into which the screw 81 can be screwed and thus holds the cap 84 axially in its assembly position.

The base plate 2 can be designed as a glass plate. It is also conceivable to design a base plate 2 as a wooden plate or a plate made of plastic or metal. The support plate 3 and the shelf 4 are preferably made of plastic or glass.

It is particularly advantageous that, for example in the case of household furniture designed as a refrigerator, such as a refrigerator or freezer, an already existing base plate 2, for example in the form of a glass plate, can be used to stabilize and retrofit the support plate and the shelf to create a shelf 1, which can be moved translationally and rotationally at the same time and is therefore particularly easy to load or unload.

Claims (17)

1. Storage shelf base (1) for an item of furniture (11) or household appliance (12), having

   - a support plate (3) which is arranged in a stationary manner on a body (13, 14) of the item of furniture (11) or household appliance (12),

   - a support (4) which is positively guided relative to the support plate (3) and can be moved simultaneously rotatably and translationally,

   - wherein the support plate (3) is detachably fastened to the body (13, 14) of the item of furniture (11) or household appliance (12) by means of at least one adapter, or a base plate (2) is arranged in a stationary manner on the body (13, 14) of the item of furniture (11) or household appliance (12), to which base plate (2) the support plate (3) is detachably fastened,
   characterized in that

   - mutually facing bearing surfaces (31, 42) of the support plate (3) and of the storage shelf (4) have respective at least predominantly closed, circumferential running grooves (33, 43, 44) in which rolling elements (10) are guided.
2. Storage shelf base (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that a base plate (2) is additionally arranged in a stationary manner on the body (13, 14) of the item of furniture (11) or household appliance (12) and the at least one adapter is designed as a base plate holder (5, 5a, 5b) fixing the base plate (2) to the body (13, 14) of the item of furniture (11) or household appliance (12).

Storage shelf base (1) according to claim 2, characterized in that the base plate holder (5) at least partially engages around an edge (22) of the base plate (2) and has at least one first recess (54) in which a connecting element (6) extending from an edge of the support plate (3) can be inserted, which connecting element (6) in the inserted state is held in the base plate holder (5) in a form-fitting or frictionally engaged manner.
4. Storage shelf base (1) according to claim 3, characterized in that the connecting element (6) is integrally formed on the support plate (3).
5. Storage shelf base (1) according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the connecting element (6) has a hook (62) which engages behind a strip section (56) of the base plate holder (5).
6. Storage shelf base (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the support plate (3) is detachably fastened to the base plate (2) by means of at least one adapter.
7. Storage shelf base (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the support plate (3) has retaining elements which engage around the base plate (2).
8. Storage shelf base (1) according to claim 7, characterized in that the retaining elements are integrally formed on the support plate (3).

Storage shelf base (1) according to claim 2, characterized in that the base plate holder (5a, 5b) at least partially engages around an edge (22) of the base plate (2) and in that the support plate (3) and the base plate holder (5a, 5b) have form-fit elements, by means of which the support plate (3) can be fixed positively to the base plate holder (5a, 5b) by a pivoting movement from a position of the support plate (3) set at an angle to the base plate (2) into a position of the support plate (3) resting on the base plate (2).

Storage shelf base (1) according to claim 9, characterized in that recesses (37) are integrally formed on a rear edge (36) of the support plate (3) facing the base plate holder (5a, 5b), into each of which recesses (37) a hook element (53a, 53b) engages which is integrally formed on the base plate holder (5a, 5b).

Storage shelf base (1) according to claim 9 or 10, characterized in that at least one recess (39) is integrally formed in an underside of the support plate (3) facing the base plate (2) near the edge (36) facing the base plate holder (5a, 5b), into which recess (39) a counter strip (54a, 54b) integrally formed on the base plate holder (5a, 5b) projects when the support plate (3) is pivoted in onto the support plate (3).

Storage shelf base (1) according to claim 9, 10 or 11, characterized in that bearing surfaces (38) of the respective side edges of the support plate (3) rest close to the rear edge (36) of the support plate (3) against respective stop surfaces (56a, 56b) of stops (55a, 55b) projecting from the base plate holder (5a, 5b) towards the support plate (3).

Storage shelf base (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a tilting protection element (7), which engages over an upper edge (48) of the shelf (4) or engages in a groove of the shelf (4), is arranged on the support plate (3) to prevent a tilting movement of the storage shelf (4) about a tilting axis parallel to the shelf surface (41) of the storage shelf (4).
14. Storage shelf base (1) according to claim 13, characterized in that a section (73) of the tilt protection element (7) is inserted in a second recess (55) of the base plate holder (5).
15. Storage shelf base (1) according to claim 13 or 14, characterized in that the tilting protection element (7) is designed as a catch hook.
16. Item of furniture (11) having a body (13) with at least one storage shelf base (1) according to one of claims 1 to 15.
17. Household appliance (12), in particular refrigerator or freezer, having a body (14) with at least one storage shelf base (1) according to one of claims 1 to 15.
