qu'un entraînement (5) pour déplacer le cône de soupape (3) par rapport au siège de soupape (20) est disposé en aval du siège de soupape (20). - Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps de tourbillonnement (4) est disposé de manière fixe sur le boîtier de soupape (2) et le cône de soupape (3) est monté de manière déplaçable sur le corps de tourbillonnement (4).

- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps de tourbillonnement (4) est disposé de manière fixe sur le boîtier de soupape (20) et le cône de soupape (3) est monté de manière déplaçable sur le corps de tourbillonnement (4), dans lequel le corps de tourbillonnement (4) est réalisé en tant que contre-appui pour l'entraînement (5) du cône de soupape (3).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le cône de soupape (3) est connecté de manière fixe au corps de tourbillonnement (4) et le corps de tourbillonnement (4) est monté de manière déplaçable sur le boîtier de soupape (2), dans lequel l'entraînement (5) est réalisé pour déplacer l'unité présentant un corps de tourbillonnement (4) et un cône de soupape (3).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement (5) est disposé latéralement par rapport au corps de tourbillonnement (4), vu dans la direction d'écoulement (9) du produit de remplissage.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une conduite d'évacuation (6) est prévue dans le boîtier de soupape (2) pour l'évacuation latérale des gaz déplacés lors du remplissage du produit de remplissage à partir d'un récipient (7) à remplir, dans lequel la conduite d'évacuation (6) peut de préférence entrer en communication fluidique avec un tube de gaz de retour (42) s'étendant dans le corps de tourbillonnement (4) et/ou dans le cône de soupape (3).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une unité de dosage (8) pour doser un produit additif, en particulier un sirop, est prévue au-dessus du cône de soupape (3).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps de tourbillonnement (4) est disposé à une sortie (21) du boîtier de soupape (2).
