Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif applicateur d'émail en poudre (S) pour la décoration de carreaux ou dalles de céramique (PL), ledit émail en poudre (S) étant conçu pour reproduire un motif ou une décoration prédéterminé(e) (D), une quantité variable du même émail en poudre (S) étant destinée à être déposée sur des parties sélectionnées de la surface dudit carreau ou dalle de céramique (PL), ce dernier ou cette dernière étant déplacé(e) horizontalement le long d'une ligne de transport (T) sous ledit dispositif applicateur (1), dans lequel il inclut:
    - des moyens de distribution (2), munis d'un plateau (20) pour contenir ledit émail en poudre (S), au moins une ouverture de lame inférieure (21) étant prévue dans ledit plateau (20), qui s'étend transversalement au carreau ou à la dalle (PL) susmentionné(e) pour la libération de l'émail en poudre (S) susmentionné par gravité;
    - une unité de dosage (3), disposée en dessous desdits moyens de distribution (2) et dans laquelle sont prévus:
    - une pluralité d'éléments transporteurs (30), disposés côte à côte et orientés selon la direction de transport dudit carreau ou de ladite dalle céramique (PL), pour définir une surface de soutien mobile (31) de largeur prédéterminée dans leur partie supérieure, destinée à recevoir l'émail en poudre (S) libéré par lesdits moyens de distribution (2) pour former en continu une couche (H) dudit émail en poudre (S);
    - des éléments moteurs (32), associés à chacun desdits éléments transporteurs (30), qui sont configurés pour être activés sélectivement afin de communiquer une avance incrémentielle prédéterminée à l'élément transporteur relatif (30), de sorte qu'une quantité dosée de poudre d'émail (S) est induite à tomber, par gravité, sur le carreau ou la dalle de céramique sous-jacent (PL) en transit avec un mouvement convenablement synchronisé;
    - une unité de traitement électronique (4), dans laquelle un schéma correspondant audit motif ou à ladite décoration (D) pour ledit carreau ou ladite dalle (PL) est stocké sous forme numérique;
    - une unité d'actionnement (5), commandée par ladite unité de traitement électronique (4), configurée pour faire avancer a pas chaque élément de convoyeur (30) présent dans ladite unité de dosage (3), en relation de phase avec l'avancement du carreau ou de la dalle céramique (PL) mentionné(e), pour déposer sur la surface dudit carreau ou de ladite dalle céramique (PL) des quantités dosées d'émail en poudre (S), avec l'épaisseur nécessaire, conformément au schéma de motif ou de décoration (D) susmentionné.
  2. Dispositif applicateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit schéma de motif ou décoration (D) est représenté dans ladite unité de traitement électronique (4) sous la forme d'une matrice, dans laquelle la surface entière du carreau ou de la dalle céramique (PL) susmentionné(e) est divisée en cellules (C) de surface unitaire prédéterminée, dans chacune desquelles les instructions pour reproduire le motif ou la décoration (D) prédéterminé(e) susmentionné(e) sont enregistrées;
    la vitesse d'avancement de chaque éléments transporteurs (30) susmentionné étant définie de manière à ce que la quantité attendue de poudre d'émail (S) soit déposée dans chacune des cellules de surface unitaire (C) susmentionnées.
  3. Dispositif applicateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite pluralité d'éléments transporteurs (30) est constituée par une série de courroies (33), enroulées en une boucle fermée autour d'une paire respective de poulies (34, 35) mutuellement rapprochées et prévues en nombre suffisant pour couvrir au moins la largeur dudit carreau ou de ladite dalle céramique (PL), et en ce que ladite surface de soutien mobile (31) est constituée par les branches horizontales supérieures des courroies (33) susmentionnées.
  4. Dispositif applicateur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments moteurs (32) sont associés à la poulie (35) en aval de chaque paire mentionnée, de sorte que la branche horizontale supérieure de la courroie (33) respective est tendue.
  5. Dispositif applicateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite pluralité d'éléments transporteurs (30) est constituée d'un tambour (37) avec un axe horizontal formé par des disques (38) disposés côte à côte et mutuellement proches les uns des autres, en un nombre suffisant pour couvrir au moins la largeur dudit carreau ou de ladite dalle céramique (PL), en ce que ladite surface de soutien mobile (31) est constituée par une partie supérieure de la circonférence dudit tambour (37), et en ce que lesdits éléments moteurs (32) sont associés à chacun des mêmes disques (38).
  6. Dispositif d'application selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que entre l'unité de dosage (3) susmentionnée et le carreau ou la dalle céramique (PL) sous-jacent(e), il y a une courroie intermédiaire (6) disposée horizontalement, équipée d'éléments d'actionnement indépendants de ceux qui actionnent lesdits éléments transporteurs (30) et ladite ligne de transport (T), ladite courroie intermédiaire (6) s'étendant longitudinalement sur une longueur supérieure ou égale à celle dudit carreau ou de ladite dalle céramique (PL), destinée à être actionnée d'abord à l'avance, en relation de phase avec ladite unité de dosage (3), pour recevoir l'ensemble du motif ou de la décoration (D) constitué de la poudre d'émail (S) fournie par le même moyen de distribution (2) sur sa branche supérieure (6S), et ensuite en relation de phase avec la ligne de transport (T) susmentionnée du carreau ou de la dalle céramique (PL), pour transférer ledit motif ou ladite décoration (D) sur ce dernier.
  7. Dispositif applicateur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que il fournit une plaque de collecte (36), positionnée immédiatement en dessous desdites branches horizontales supérieures des courroies (33) définissant la surface de soutien mobile susmentionnée (31), destinée à retenir tout émail en poudre (S) tiré entre une courroie et l'autre, en évitant leur dépôt sur le carreau ou la dalle céramique sous-jacente (PL).
  8. Dispositif applicateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans ladite unité de dosage (3) il y a un dispositif de séparation (7), associés à chacun desdits éléments transporteurs (30), dans la zone de ceux-ci où la chute par gravité mentionnée de la quantité dosée d'émail en poudre a lieu, avec ledit dispositif de cloisonnement (7) équipé d'au moins une buse (70) pour l'éjection d'air comprimé pour chacun desdits éléments transporteurs (30), qui peut être activée en relation de phase avec l'activation de ces derniers pour réduire la quantité de poudre d'émail tombant (S), et pour diriger une partie en excès (Se) vers un carreau de récupération (71) placé de manière appropriée à proximité.
