Claims (14)
- Wasserschuh, bestehend aus einem Schuhkörper (1), einem Paar Flügel (3) und einem Schwimmer (4, 4'), wobei die Flügel (3) symmetrisch, zusammengeklebt und mit dem Schuhkörper (1) unterhalb des Schuhs verbunden sind, so daß sie einen Teil der Sohle (2) des Schuhs bilden, wobei der Schwimmer (4) unterhalb der Flügel (3) auf der Höhe der Sohle (2) integriert ist, so daß eine seiner Flächen die Sohle (2) bedeckt, wobei die Flügel (3) durch eine Drehverbindung auf beiden Seiten des Schuhs befestigt sind, und wobei die Flügel (3) einen gekrümmten Rand (13) aufweisen, der über die gesamte Länge des Schuhs gekrümmt ist, wobei die Krümmung zur Vorderseite des Schuhs hin als eine Art Schnabel akzentuiert ist, so dass die Flügel sich senken, wenn der Fuß ins Wasser steigt, und sich heben, wenn der Fuß ins Wasser sinkt, und so dass sie in ihre Ausgangsposition zurückkehren.
- Wasserschuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwimmer (4) eine feste Schale ist, die mit verschiedenen Materialien oder Gasen gefüllt sein kann, wobei der Schwimmer unter dem Flügel (3), in Höhe der Sohle (2), eingebettet ist.
- Wasserschuh nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwimmer (4) die geometrische Form eines Tetraeders mit dreieckigen Flächen (14, 24, 34) aufweist.
- Wasserschuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwimmer (4) eine flache Form mit sechs Flächen hat, wobei der Schwimmer (4) in die Sohle (2) eingebettet und mit der Sohle (2) einstückig ist, und dass der Schuhkörper eine Öffnung (15) für den Durchgang eines Hufes aufweist, oder dass der Schuhkörper in der Form eines Stiefels geformt ist und ferner einen Riemen (18) aufweist, um die Pfote eines Tieres in dem Schuh zu halten.
- Wasserschuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flügel (3) aus einem starren Material bestehen und an den Seiten des Schuhkörpers (1) über ein Scharnier oder eine andere Einrichtung befestigt sind, die ein Schwenken der Flügel ermöglicht.
- Wasserschuh nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flügel (3) aus Silikon oder Kunststoff hergestellt sind, mit Rillen am Schuhkörper, so dass die Flexibilität des Flügels es erlaubt, ihn entsprechend der durch die Bewegung des Fußes induzierten Kraft des Wassers zu heben oder zu senken, und dass der Schuhkörper aus Kohlenstoff- oder Glasfaser, Silikon oder Kunststoff hergestellt sein kann.
- Wasserschuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein zweites Paar Flügel (3') umfasst, die über Befestigungsmittel abnehmbar an dem ersten Paar Flügel (3) angebracht sind, um die Breite der Flügel zu vergrößern, wobei die Befestigungsmittel Clips, Schienen oder beliebige andere Befestigungsmittel sein können.
- Wasserschuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er außerdem mindestens vier Flossen (3") umfasst, die von zwei auf jeder Seite des Schuhs angeordnet sind und die Enden der Flügel (3) mit dem Schwimmer (4) verbinden.
- Wasserschuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mehrere Löcher (20) auf einer Seite des Schuhkörpers (1) aufweist, und dass ein zusätzlicher Schwimmer (4') in den Schuhkörper (1) integriert ist, so dass dieser Schwimmer (4') den Platz und die Funktion der Sohle (2) übernimmt.
- Wasserschuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schuhkörper (1) aus mindestens zwei Riemen (16, 17) besteht, die Riemen am Schwimmer (4) befestigt sind, der Schwimmer (4) so beschaffen ist, dass er zusätzlich eine hohle Standfläche aufweist, dass mindestens vier Flossen (3") zu zweit auf jeder Seite unterhalb des Schwimmers (4) befestigt sind, und dass die Riemen ineinander verschlungen werden können, so dass sie zu einer Sandale zusammenkommen.
- Wasserschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus einem einzigen Stück oder aus mehreren Stücken besteht, und dass er durch ein Formverfahren hergestellt ist, wobei im Falle mehrerer getrennter Stücke die Stücke durch mindestens ein Befestigungsverfahren miteinander verbunden sind.
- Wasserschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mit einem 3D-Drucker hergestellt ist und dass die Flügel aus einem Material wie Kunststoff bestehen.
- Wasserschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 zur Verwendung im paramedizinischen Bereich, zur Rehabilitation und/oder zur Erziehung von Säuglingen und Kleinkindern in einer aquatischen Umgebung oder im veterinärmedizinischen Bereich, zur Rehabilitation von Renntieren in einer aquatischen Umgebung.
- Wasserschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 zur Verwendung im Bereich Wasserfreizeit, Fahrten auf See, im Fluss, im See, im Schwimmbad sowie im Bereich Sport oder Rettung auf See.
