发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是为了提供一种结构简单和使用方便的蛙鞋,即可以在潜水时使用,也可在陆地行走,同时它还具有柔软、耐穿、抗震、防滑和穿着舒服的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:

1、本发明设有与人体脚部的形状大小相匹配大底,将蹼状的蹼水部设置于中体上,并且中底采用聚氨酯通过注塑工艺一体成型,这种结构的蛙鞋即可以在潜水中使用,又可以直接在陆地上行走,实现了水陆两用的功能,同时具有结构简单、使用方便和的优点。另外,由于大底为采用橡胶制作而成的橡胶大底,具有耐磨性佳、防滑、有弹性、不易裂,柔软度较好、伸延性好、收缩稳定,硬度佳、弯曲性好,防水的优点;中底采用聚氨酯中底,具有密度低、质地柔软,弹性佳,穿着舒适轻便,良好的耐氧化性能、优异的耐磨性能、耐挠曲性能、硬度高;优异的减震、防滑性能;较好的耐温性能;良好的耐化学品性能;易腐蚀利於环保,不易皱折。鞋面采用潜水衣面料缝制而成。因此,它还具有柔软、耐穿、抗震、防滑和穿着舒服的优点。
2、与现有技术相比,本发明中底在连帮注塑成型工艺过程中分别与鞋面和大底连接成一体,不用贴合剂等化学材料,因此不产生任何化学污染、对大自然无公害,也不会脱胶。不但符合国际环保要求,而且在材料的运用上,也充分体现注塑鞋的环保意识。
3、本发明由于在中底上设有拱形延伸部,而拱形延伸部的内壁与位于拱形延伸部正下方的支撑部之间形成一个用于容纳脚趾的第一容纳腔,因此,在行走过程中,脚趾的作用力主要集中在中底上, 而不是集中于中底与鞋面的连接部,能够减轻对连接部的损害,有效避免连接部开裂,从而延长鞋子的使用寿命。
